CHAPTER 27
viren : can i see her...
doctor : yes u can... but try n not disturb the patient...
viren : hmm..
viren entered the hospital room with his knees going weak n body shivering. he went near the hospital bed n then thanked his luck. the girl lying on the bed wasnt manvi... she wsnt his to be bride... she wasnt the love of his life... she wasnt his manvi...
viren thanked his stars million times in those few minutes n he turned around n went back to the place where shaurya was standing taking support of the wall... viren saw that shaurya was broken n shattered as manvi has always been like a younger sister to him. viren hugged shaurya n shaurya hugged him back for giving viren the much needed support.
viren : she isnt our manvi... our manvi is safe...
shaurya broke the hug n looked at viren while wiping the tears which were rolling down his cheek.
shaurya : what...??
viren : haan woh manvi nahi hai...
shaurya : but doctor ne mujhe manvi ka phone diya abhi n car bhi toh manvi ki hi...
viren : i dont know but thanks to god that girl isnt manvi... we need to find her
shaurya : lemme ask the doctor about this...
viren : yes...
virat : bhai...
viren : virat...?? tu...??
virat : manvi...
shaurya : virat ka call aya tha thats why i called him...
virat : kya hua manvi ko...??
angad : haan bhaiya, what happened...?? is everything alright...??
manvi : viren...
viren looked at the source of the voice n looked at manvi who was standing in front of him with her hand bandaged. viren ran towards manvi n engulfed her in his arms n virat was again burning on seeing them hugging. shaurya was happy seeing his saali sahiba all fit n fine. angad knew that virat was burning in anger n jealously, so he put his hand on virat's shoulder n tried calming him down n said " dont create a scene here... control yourself dude " virat looked at angad for a second but again his eyes turned towards manvi who was hugging viren as tightly as she could n was rubbing his back in order to soothe him. here he was dying to hug his love n there the love of his life was hugging his brother.
viren broke the hug n cupped manvi's cheek n rubbed his thumbs on her cheeks " manvi.. where were you sweetheart...?? u dont know how much sacred i was...?? i thought i lost you...?? manvi i love you... i love you so much... i cannot afford to lose you... agar aaj tumhe kuch ho jata toh main marr jaata... jee nahi pata... manna i love you to bits... promise me k ab tum kahin nahi jaogi... kahin nahi... tumhe pta hai main kitna pareshaan tha tumhare liye... doctor ne kaha k wo ladki jo us room hai woh tum ho... she is in coma, hearing this broke me into zillions of pieces n i thought i would never be able to breath again... but u came back... just for me... i love you manvi... " saying this he kissed her forehead. seeing this particular sight, made virat feel worse... the anger he was trying to supress, was now rising evry passing second, he made a fist and would burst out all his anger n frustation any moment.
manvi : viren... shh... you cannot break like that... you are my strengh... u brought me out of my dark past n u urself are now shattering... u cannot shatter... see i am with you... i will always be with you... i love you... love you so much... i also cannot live without... no matter what the circumstances are i would be with you n remember manvi is yourz... only yours...
viren : i know... cmon now lets go back home...
shaurya : mannu...
manvi : jiju... i am fine.. dont worry...
shaurya : but how did all this happen...??
viren : lets not talk about it... i cannot listen to it..
manvi held viren's hand silently saying that she is with him n no one can separate them now. while she was looking at shaurya, she noticed virat n angad. seeing virat gave her goosebumps, she could see what all he was going through... she knew that he was angry, n this was evident from his red eyes n the way he was clenching his fist n gritting his teeth.
manvi : jiju actually i was coming back home, when i saw a girl asking for lift. i stopped the car and told me that her family was behind her life n wants to kill her because she is pregnant before marriage. i couldnt deny n helped her because... because i could relate to her... i gave her a lift n after sometime a car started following us. i increased the speed of the car n i dont know when a truck came in front n it became difficult for me to control the car n we had an accident. after sometime i gained consciousness n called the ambulance. we were brought here n i was way too scared, so when the nurse asked me the name of the patient i gave my name...
viren : so u got in problem while helping that unknown girl... n this almost scared the hell out of us... amaazing...
manvi : viren... i was forced... i couldnt stop myself from halping that girl... i just ccould not n u know why...
viren : i know everything... i know u were taken back into the time when -
manvi : i know u understand... jiju lets go now... i am tired...
manvi cut viren because she didnt want the topic of her unborn child again in front of virat. shaurya, manvi n viren made their way outside the hospital leaving virat n angad behind...
virat : she didnt even talk to me... she didnt even...
angad : everything will be fine...
virat : nothing would be fine... i saw something in her eyes today angad... i think she has really move on... because if this same thing would have happened 3 years back, she would have hugged me, kissed me... but no... today she didnt even look at me... forget thinking about me or loving me...
angad : oh cmon... you cannot lose all your hope like that... you wre only hell bent on the fact that manvi still loves you n u yourself are saying that she isnt in love with you any longer... you need rest my friend... lets go back home...
angad n virat also made way back to home n virat straightaway went to his room as he just wanted some time with himself n no one else...
while angad made way to kripa's room to share all this with her. angad told kripa everything in detail n kripa listened to him with all her concentration n focus...
kripa : i said it before also... manvi loves viren bhaiya... thats why she is marrying him... i know her angad... she wouldnt marry someone if she doesnt love him...
angad : but why dont u understand...?? u have seen how virat has suffered after manvi left...
kripa : yeah i have seen him partying around, sleeping with girls... so in short i have seen him missing my best friend n mourning over the loss... yes i do remember, we even saw him searching for manvi in the whole city like a manaic... do u remember...??
angad : now stop being sarcastic kripa... its okk yaar.. we are from 21 st century and these things happen... its not a big deal...
kripa : oh that means sleeping around with guys i can come over to u n claim that i love u more than anything in the world n stuff... cool...
angad : what...??? no... dare u think like that... n if any other touches u... no if any other guys try to touch you, i will kill him...
kripa : exactly point... you cannot stand all this... but you expect manvi to understand n accept virat back like nothing happened...
angad : cmon kripa... i know virat has been wrong... but today i can see that he loves manvi dearly n he wants only one thing from his life n that is his manvi... i know he has commited many mistakes but who doesnt... i mean one should get a chance to apologise n undo the hurt caused.
kripa : i wouldnt say anything on this topic now... i would leave it on destiny... let destiny decide about these three life... let time heal all the wounds... wat say...???
angad : perfect solutions... now lets have our time...
kripa : get out u jerk...
angad : kriippa...
kripa : goodbye angad...
kripa closed the door on angad face n leaned on the door...
angad : good bye...?? whats so good in this bye...?? haaye...
