Megha was sitting in front of the mirror, getting ready for school, when she received a message on her phone.

I envy the mirror which is gazing at your beauty at the moment and is privileged to spend all your special moments with it! With lots of sigh ' Mr. Jealous

She smiled knowing Mohan's intentions to convince her out of her pretend anger. She glanced at the picture of Mohan on her dressing table and typed a reply.

You are gazing at me as well, Mr. Bhatnagar! So I am not falling for this trick! With lots of spice 'Mrs. Mirchi

Mohan received the message at his office and pursed his lips in disappointment reading it. He gazed at her picture on his phone when he heard a knock on his door.

"Yes, Come in!"

"Hello Sir! Good Morning" Addu entered with a big smile on his face and a box in his hand

"Morning Addu!" Mohan cheered up seeing Addu and mumbled to himself "I wish all my mornings are like this. I get to talk to every family member of mine"

"Pardon, Sir?"

"What brings you here? Hope everything is good with you and your sister?" Mohan diverted him

"Haan Sir! We mended it well and good. Thanks to you"

"To me? I think you are a sweet brother and that did the trick!" Mohan wondered whether he was playing a double game but he felt that his words were sincere

"Please take this, Sir" Addu offered a box full of homemade pedas. Mohan smiled understandingly

"If you don't mind" Mohan took a handful of sweets and filled a plate on his desk

"My mother's preparation. She is an expert in cooking"

"I know! I meant to say that all mothers are of course wonderful in cooking" He blabbered something to set himself correct

"Take some more, Sir" Mohan did not hesitate and took few more before shamelessly gorging on a few in front of him

"And I love homemade sweets. My Guru's handwork, it's only me who can eat them" Mohan laughed at his own joke and continued

"Don't tell him when you meet him, ok? He will get angry with me like a wife" Addu joined in his laughter remembering Guru's silly fights with Mohan

Mohan started typing a new message after Addu left his cabin.

You have magic in your hands! Everything, be it a simple pappad or a sweet peda! They melt like butter in my mouth!

Megha was at the dance class when she received the second message from Mohan. She tightened her lips playfully and then replied

If you have forgotten I would like to remind you that I have seen this butter melting in your mouth in front of my eyes and this is not melting me anymore!

"Arrey yaar! Have I lost my touch?" Mohan chided himself standing in front of the mirror and started thinking hard

When Megha received her next message she was at the dance class performing her steps in front of the students.

The best and most beautiful things cannot be seen or even touched; they must be felt with the heart! I can feel you near me always, my pretty woman!

Megha burst out in laughter reading this well toned message, imagining Mohan's hard work in getting her convinced. She signed the kids to continue their steps and took a while to send her reply.

Mohan jumped out in high on receiving a message beep. He closed his eyes for a while before opening the message to read.

Looks like Mr. Bhatnagar is busy at office looking for love quotes! Do you need some more help Mr. Romeo?

Mohan threw away his phone on his desk giving an angry look at it.

"Did I go overboard?" Megha asked herself when she was alone in her school canteen. She wondered why Mohan did not message her for a long time. As she was lost in her thoughts, the canteen boy served a half glass of tea on her table. She looked at confusedly and before she asked anything to him, her phone beeped for a message alert.

I have heard that one's anger gets cooled down with hot tea! Shall we share a glass of tea, Mrs. Mirchi Madam?

Megha smiled in blush, reading the message. She dialed Mohan's number and picked the glass of tea in her other hand. On seeing Megha's call Mohan smiled with a blush himself. He looked at the half glass of tea on his desk and answered the call. They both were quiet on the phone, smiling and blushing at their sides.

"Tea is good! Thanks! How is yours?" Megha finally broke the silence

"Ek dum mast!" Mohan put his hand at the back of his head and shook it in joy

"I think it always tastes good when shared with loved ones!"

"And its lot more special when one gets it after a hard day's work of convincing!"

Both of them laughed at their day's newly found adventure.

"By the way, how is your little helper doing in her job?" Megha asked knowing the source of Mohan's information about her whereabouts

"Haan! Good that she still remains as her Paapu's little Jaan!" Mohan's voice showed his pride and joy

"She will always remain so! Even after daughters get married and gone from the parents they will remain special to their fathers!"

"Arrey! Just now I am getting my family back, and you are already talking about sending my daughters away? Naaa! I will find someone for both of them, who will stay with us!" Mohan pouted his lips

"Looks like the grooms have to impress the father first before getting to their girls?" Megha was amused

"Of course they have to! They got to prove their characters and worth for my angels!"

"Just like their father in law?!" Megha could easily imagine Mohan's reaction for this and laughed out loud on the phone

As days flew by, Addu was getting accustomed to everything about Mohan and the surroundings. He did not find it easy to accept that his internship at Mohan's office was coming to an end in one week. He would be required to get back to Indore and complete his final year of degree. And he found a new man in him who was proud to face an outside world with confidence. But something didn't feel right to him and he wasn't sure what it was.

"Sir, we would like to invite you for a treat. Would you mind joining us?" The boys and girls met Mohan at his office inviting him for a farewell treat

"Sure I would love to! What is the plan?"

"As you love homemade food, we thought we will cook for you!"

Mohan was shocked to hear this from Addu. He found himself engrossed in an emotion which he could not define.

"Are you sure?" Mohan pulled his voice out with great efforts

"Don't worry Sir. We cook well!" They said it in chorus to which Mohan smiled in relief

"Then, we will have this treat in my house! What say?"

"We would love that, Sir!" Again a chorus made Mohan burst out in laughter. He found that the young group always brought refreshment and energy into him.

"That's a very good idea!" Mohan was excited when he heard Nanhi's plans of joining Bhopal office permanently. He wondered whether she had other reasons for staying back but ignored it, giving importance to the prime reason of him being the preference.

"You know Spiderman, Mummy is very happy hearing this" Nanhi sounded excited

"I know Chavvanni! She must be the happiest person at the moment" Mohan reminisced the day when Megha insisted on Mohan taking Nanhi with him.

"And I think I can manage to share my Spiderman with Rimjhim!" Nanhi stood across him resting her hands on her waist as if evaluating Mohan's reaction to her statement

"Are you sure?" Mohan looked at her doubtfully lowering his eyes

"What to do? After all I am the grown up here among the three of us!" Nanhi winked at him smilingly. Mohan twisted his cheeks and lips resting his fingers on them and responded

"Haana!!! You are the grandma of the whole world!" They both burst into laughter and continued their tease on each other, living every moment of the present forgetting the lost days in the past

"Bhaiya, I am very happy for things happening around! Nanhi is staying back here! We are getting to spend time with Addu before he is gone" Guru was excited

"Haan yaar! Hope everything goes well and we can all live together soon!"

"Haan bhaiya! Like one big family!" Guru grinned big and looked around the house as if it was already filled with people. Suddenly his smile faded and he asked

"Bhaiya, will Renu bhabhi too come to live with us here?" Guru's eyes were wide open in fear

"Haanaa! Your Renu bhabhi can't survive without us!" Mohan smiled at him funnily

"Sachchi?"

"Hey sunna! If you keep serving her your special tea then she sure will not turn back here"

"Megha bhabhi hasn't come yet and you have to drink my special tea till then!" Guru appeared to be threatening Mohan who was amused at his response

"Arrey yaar! I just hope whatever happens is for good!" Mohan suddenly sounded weak

"Good things happen to good people! Megha bhabhi always says this!" Guru's voice was soft but assertive
