Chapter three- New feelings

Fahad and Bharti apologized, in unison, again. Fahad apologised Bharti, and Bharti to the girl ahead.

"It's okay," said the girl and Bharti, again in unison. The trio burst out laughing. Bharit looked at the girl ahead of her when they stopped laughing.

"Hey! I have seen you somewhere!" Bharti says to her.

"I've seen you too! Umm..were you in Ishaan S2?" she asked Bharti raising her one eyebrow.

"Yes! And yea! You were in the show.. something.. Sunaina.. right?" Bharti said as she remembered the show.

"Yup. But it's quite a time after that. And wait-wait-wait.. were you the sister of Saloni in Humse Hai Life?" asked the girl to Bharti.

"Yup! I still catch the repeats of your show at night."

"Oh really? Thanks! Even I watched your show, Ishaan, and still watch Humse Hai Life. By the way, hi! I am Palak."

"I am Bharti. Nice to meet you! And, thanks for what?"

"For talking to me and watching my show," said Palak as she felt some friend in Bharti.

"Oh! Thanks to you too, for all that you said! I second it."

"You lazy bum!"

"Thank you for the compliment, Ms. Palak! I really am lazy. And one more thing, don't thank me or apologise me for anything from now!"

"And why is that so?"

"I suppose we are friends, aren't we?" Bharti said as her face beamed.

"Yes we are." said Palak as her eyes twinkled.

"Hey! Palak, that clip in your hair! WOW! It is so cute!"

"Is it? My mom gifted me it for helping her in some tedious work."

"Oh wow. And do you know.."

They both started gossiping about everything. Fahad stood there all confused on what was going on and stared them. Bharti happened to see him. God! FAHAD! Mei toh isse bhool hi gayi! He'll think I'm from the lot who dumps the old friends as soon as a new one makes an entry! What the heck! But wait. Why am I so tensed about what he thinks for me? But he's a friend, isn't he? Poor he. Must be feeling alone!

"Hey!" Palak called her and their bantering started again as Fahad's thought had been brainwashed off Bharti's head.

"Bharti!" Fahad called her getting frustrated now. Everyone around started staring him. Who does she think she is? Does she know my existence? I've been waiting since half an hour for her undivided attention, but does she care? But why am I getting so worked up? She hasn't been ignoring like since ages. Just that she found a girl to gossip with. Still, being a friend, she forgot me. Didn't she?

"Sorry," he mumbled and everyone carried on whatever they were doing. For example, some girls who had been staring Fahad kept on staring him. [LOL! Hottie jo hai ;)]

"Woh Fahad, I'm sorry.." Bharti tried to apologise, but Fahad shoved off excusing himself. Bharti started following him that instance.

"Your boyfriend?" asked Palak teasing her.

"What? No!" Bharti almost screamed. Now everyone was staring her. She apologized while Palak was chuckling all the while. Bharti shot a glare at her.

"It is okay. Koi zaroorat nahi thi ani war cry dene ki! I just gave it a thought."

"Yes. Tujhe bada sochne ka shauk hai, haina?"

"Ha hai toh! Ab dekh in 5 ladko ke baad mera turn hai. Wish me luck!"

"Best of luck re! But mujhe sirf 4 ladke hi dikh rahe hai!"

"Actually, ek ladke ne mujhe apni jagah rakhne ko kaha. He had some important work, so."

"Oh. Thik hai. Ab tu meri aur Fahad ki jagah rok, mei usse leke aati hun!" said Bharti as she rushed to the way Fahad went.

She was going engrossed in her thoughts, when she banged into someone.

"Sorry," they both said in unison. God! Why everything was being said together? They both looked at each other. He was a male.
