Arnav's POV
It was my wedding! Not sure if to scream in happiness for to cry in happiness. I couldn't believe for a second that I, Arnav Singh Raizada was getting to my Khushi. This was the day I had been waiting for years but I had lost hope in the heart and now life gave me a second chance. I was extremely happy; my bliss was beyond anyone's imagination. I was at the Mandap, standing with my hands at the back and waiting for Khushi to come. I was going to go myself and bring her down in my arms but then I felt as if she was around; I quickly looked towards the stairs, she was there; coming downstairs, all ready to become mine, forever. I kept looking at her as I couldn't get enough of her form. She looked extremely beautiful with her red and bottle green dress. She was simple yet so graceful. Payal and Di were bringing her down, each on the either side. She kept looking down at the stairs. I was, desperately to be honest, waiting for her to look up at me. And as if she had read my mind, she raised her eyes and looked towards me and then behind me. She was surprised as Shashi uncle was here too.
She had been cheerless as uncle had told her that he was extremely busy and couldn't come but he had joked with her because he couldn't miss it for the world. How could he even miss his only daughter's wedding? I saw her slightly smile at him and then looked back at me and bashfully looked down again. It was just a matter of minutes and she'd be mine. Forever.
She was brought down to the Mandap, near me. Not for a second I had taken my eyes off her. She hugged Shashi uncle as he came up to her - "He'll keep you happy and I know that very well." I heard him say with a bright smile.

All the rituals had been rightly followed and now it was time for the 7 rounds. We took the 7 rounds and promised each-other that we'd be by each-other's side, forever and always. We took everybody's blessings. I saw that shine in Khushi's eyes that made me realize how she was happier than me.

It was time for the ghar-pravesh, I had to pick her up in my arms and take her to the living room. I heard giggles around me by the family. And Akash people kept winking at me. Khushi had been blushing so much that now, at the moment, I thought she'd just blow up. I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable.
I looked at her, she looked at me. I was lost for a while but I heard clearing of throats. I landed back to the earth. She looked down again.
I smiled at her shyness, I scooped her up in just one go and her hand reached for my collar. Everybody started hooting and I saw her smiling.

I had been told to wait till Payal and Di take her to the room. They came out while giggling and nudging each-other. "Chote, you can go for now but the whole money ceremony will be dealt with later." 'Di pulled my cheek and pushed me to the stairs. I went inside and locked the doors. I looked at the bed but she wasn't there. Weren't brides supposed to be on the bed? I looked around desperately when I found her by the pool side.
"What are you doing there? You're supposed to be inside." 'I asked while stepping a few steps behind her.
"You know all the brides sit on the bed shyly so I decided NOT to sit on the bed." She said with a bright smile as she turned to face me.
She never failed to make me smile. I took a step towards her. She quickly took a step back, with widened eyes. I looked at her confusedly.
"Why are you scared of me?" I asked with a frown.
"I.. no..Umm..." I heard her stammer and then she looked at the pool.
I took another step and she backed away simultaneously. I knew that one more step would make her bump into the pillar and I took another step yet again and she bumped into the pillar.
Nobody's POV
She bumped into the pillar and her eyes widened as round as a cars wheel. She looked up at him and she skipped a beat with the way he looked at her. All those sleepless nights when she used to see him talking to another girl made her gloomy and now he was hers, forever. She had always dreamt of there wedding and now it was all reality. She couldn't look at his burning eyes gazing at her. Her heart beat raised and her breath was coming shortly.
Arnav was enjoying the situation; he loved it how she got nervous when he was around. He bent down slowly and kissed the corner of her lips.
The night they become one was here!

5 years later
Khushi was coming from the terrace with dried clothes in her hands singing a tune Payal had taught her in Hindi.
"Aaj mausam hai suhana. Kapre donay ka hai bahana. Lalalalalala." -Smilingly she entered the room and gasped in shock.
The whole room had been upside down. The play station all on the floor, games here and there, all a disaster!
"Oh my god! I had just got the whole room clean. AYAANN! ARNAVVV! Where are you both?" 'She screamed but there was no sign of them. "I'm going to count till 3 and I want both of you here, right here in-front of my eyes. 1...2..." Khushi shouted with her eyes closed.
She heard someone clear his throat she opened her eyes. With the cutest little boy, 4 years old. He was just like Khushi but had eyes like his father, Arnav. They both looked at her innocently and suddenly hugged her, apologizing for messing the room up. She couldn't be angry at them; she started laughing and hugged both of them back.
Every love story has a happily ever after.
The End!
