Part 5

Geet was looking about Vampires from the book she have brought to know about them: Vampires... Undead monsters, who drink the blood of the humans.

Her reading was disturbed by shouting from the outside

Client: ARE YOU EVEN HUMAN... YOU... YOU'RE A DEVIL...

The staff was trying to pursue the client.

Geet: Not even human???

Maan as if he read Geet's mind voice said:Of course not. How dare he put me together with humans?

Geet: My boss is a VAMPIRE. That is the reason why I am going all these researches. I have become Director's private secretary about a month ago. And soon after that I discovered his secret by chance. He is using my mother as HOSTAGE to make me stay in his company as I knew his secrets. That is how I became a secretary for a Vampire.

Once the client have left the premises, Geet returned back to her cabin. There she notice Maan looking into the books about Vampires which Geet have brought earlier.

Maan turns towards Geet with the book he saw in her table: So... You're looking for my weakness. Isn't it? Are you planning for some escape?

Geet: No. I'm not. I dont like to do things half way. I accepted to be your secretary, so I want to make sure that I am doing my job best. I must know everything about you like what you need and what you need to avoid.

Maan: Well... Do whatever you want. I dont care about what is there in your mind. But there is no use of these stuffs. These humans are afraid of us. So they say all kind of stupid stuff like we are monsters, the living dead etc. That is all rubbish.

Geet with a teasing tone: What about turning into bats and wolves???

Maan turned his gaze in anger while Geet tried hard not to smile. Maan walked off to his cabin and slapped the door shut.

Geet showed her tongue to his back:Why dont you spill some more information about you. "DONT GET INTO MY WAY & DONT ASK ME ANY STUPID QUESTIONS" that is his policy in short. But I suppose he is right. These books cant give a clear information about him. She kept the books aside. I cant understand about him unless I see myself. Because knowing about the employer is the most important duty of the secretary.

The director can move in midday too provided he have to avoid direct sun light. He can eat human food even though he doesn't need to. He's perfectly fine with Garlic and he likes wine.

The essential Meals are twice in a week. Mainly Women's blood. And that too babes at that... "I only drink the highest quality blood of the highest quality women".

Geet hears moaning sound of the girl from Maan's room. All of them develop symptoms of Amnesia. But none of them turned into a Vampire. "Vampires only drink blood of only Maiden blood". My foot. These women wont even pass the virgin test, if there life is depended on it.

Geet's thought drift to close moments with Maan "Women blood has the best taste in the moment of ecstasy. The moment I sink my teeth into their neck... they feel the greatest ecstasy. And ecstasy so great that they dont mind me stealing their blood and their body become numb."

Geet's flow of thoughts were disturbed when she heard Maan's cabin door open with a click. Maan come out of his cabin alone with his girl.

Maan: Ms Handa... Did that arrive?

Geet: Yes sir. Here it is. She handed over a parcel to Maan.

Girl with full excitment: What? Is this for me?

Geet: Yes, I chose it especially for you. But I think he'll kill me for this.

The girl was busy opening the parcel. Once she opened it she kept admiring it while Maan was shocked with the gift. The gift is a cross with a chain which is made of pure silver.

Girl: Thank you Maan.

The girl was busy putting the chain on herself, while Geet's full concentration was on Maan.

Girl: How does it look on me?

Maan looked at Geet's direction with an expressionless face, then he smirked when he noticed Geet was concentrating on him.

Maan: Let me help you dear.

Geet who never expected such a reply from Maan was shocked and was unable to hide the same from Maan. Maan was helping the girl with the chain while Geet made a mental note that Maan is perfectly fine with cross and silver, as the chain was made up of pure silver. Meanwhile Geet came forward to help the girl with the mirror.

Geet: Here is a mirror. If you please mam.

Girl: Thank you. Its so thoughtful of you.

Geet held the mirror in such a way that the mirror can even give Maan's reflection. She noticed the mirror and thought: His reflection is as clear as the girl in the mirror.

Maan started to laugh when he saw Geet's expression and the way she was noticing the things. His laughter made both the girls towards his direction.

Girl with a suspicious look: Doesn't it suit me?

Maan: Oh No... nothing like that. It looks beautiful on you. So dont mind me. Anyway let me lead you to your car. You never know if I stay here a minute longer, someone might drive me crazy.

Geet was totally embarrassed while the girl had no clue, so she silently followed Maan. Once Maan left geet showed her frustration on her files: That wasn't funny. I was trying to understand things seriously. If... If I do something like that... then even a dinosaur will die.

There are too many thing to be watched when you are a Vampire's secretary. I have to make sure I keep few things away from him which might harm him. I have to be careful that his identity is not revealed. I have to made sure, his condition doesn't affect his work. These things are quite too much. And no matter how much he is different from human beings. He's EGOISTIC, ARROGANT AND s**t!!! But it seems nobody around him have noticed these thing... Sweet talking is his personal virtue!!!

Geet's thoughts were disturbed by the knock on her door. There entered a handsome man with his formal white suit.

Dev: Ah, Ms. Handa!

Geet: Manager Khurana!

Dev came near Geet's desk and leaned on her desk: So, are you get used to my brother? He has a very different character, so it must be so hard for you.

Geet: To tell you the truth Manager, it is!

Dev: I know he is difficult to handle.

Geet: Manager Khurana is Director's elder brother. Until last month I was his secretary's assistant. He's honest, open minded and kind. He is completely different from Director. He was always a perfect boss.

Dev: Is Maan here?

Geet: He's not present here right now. But he will be back very soon.

Dev: Then I can wait for my brother in his cabin.

They both enter Maan's cabin, as Dev found the cabin quite dark he pulled the window roll up to make the light enter his cabin and stand near the window to enjoy the view.

Geet: Good that Manager is not a Vampire like his brother. I hope even their father is also not a Vampire. But what kind of relationship do they share with the Vampire Clan. I suppose they dont have any relationship. I guess the Director have not said about his condition to his family.

Dev: Ms Handa. I'm really very glad that you are getting along with my brother. I have rest peacefully when I know that someone like you with excellent talent is near him. He's too strong headed and do things without thinking. I wanted to have someone who can fix his character. I was worried. Hope you understand.

Geet goes to her dreamy expression: He's sooo kind.

Maan: I dont need your concern.

Geet and Dev turned to see Maan standing near the cabin door with his signature pose.

Geet: What's with him?

Dev: Maan?

Maan: I dont want anyone to babysit me. Why did you come here for?

Part 6

Dev: So you wont believe if I say I came to see my little brother?

Maan: Excuse me, but no. Better hurry up what you came for.

Geet: Does Manager know Director is a Vampire?

Dev: Would you come for the party held at the end of next week?

Maan: I thought I told you about this already.

Dev: You have to show your face once in a while. We are all in the same company but all we see is only during the meeting. Papa is angry and myself and Ma are worried about you.

Maan: STOP IT CAN YOU. I'm not like you. I dont want to know anything about you or your family. You guys are always a hurdle for me. If you can LEAVE NOW.

Dev and Geet were embarrassed with the way Maan was behaving.

Geet: He is horrible. All his brother did is worried of him.

Dev with concern: Maan... I never thought you as a Different person. He turns towards Geet and say... I'm sorry about that but this is just a usual quarrel between the brothers. I'll come again...

Geet: Manager...

Once Dev left, Geet was watching Maan with a keen look. Maan noticed Geet watching him.

Maan: What?

Geet: Nothing... Would you like anything else?

Maan: You like that too???

Geet took sometime to understand "that" means Manager: All female employee of this company admire him.

Maan with a smirk: Dont aim too high.

Geet wonder what was he trying to say, then she thought of changing the atmosphere and said: You have a official dinner with Mr. Thakur from Thakur Industries. You have to start at 5pm. For today's meeting you will probably need me. So I decided to accompany you. Hope you dont have any problem in me accompanying you.

Maan: Okay.

Once Geet left his cabin, she become busy with packing the things required for today's meeting. That Director is such a cold hearted person. How can he treat his own brother like that? Manager was so kind and he know his family is worried about him. He doesn't give a damn to any relationship or their feelings. I think I know the reason. He must have been grown with a warped character as he was the only vampire in his family. On top most of all his brother is too good to be frank. No matter how we look at him. But he is perfect.

I think the Director is resisting. I'm sure that he didn't want to lose to his brother. But I feel that Manager will be the next President of this company.

They both boarded in the car. When they were travelling Geet was awfully quite and she is in her own land to think...So I think he have no other choice but to depend on his Vampire Identity to keep his self esteem. But still I feel sorry for him somewhere inside...Then she noticed Adi who was driving the car. Speaking of which, Driver Adi might have known Director's secret. But he still willingly work for him. Adi is a normal human being. I wonder why he still works for the Director, maybe he would have threaten him too like me.

Adi: Sir... We have arrived.

Geet noticed the place they have arrived. She was shocked to see the place. A CHURCH? She looked at Maan to see if he was disturbed by the place, but as always his face is totally unreadable. But she got more tensed as his silence was disturbing her more.

Client: Hello Mr. Khurana.. Welcome.

Maan: I am so glad to meet you again Mr. Thakur.

Geet: Well, he was fine with crosses after all...

The whole place was like a hotel and people were working inside...

Geet: This place is too beautiful.. your wife is the manager of this place right?

Client: Yes. She purchased this Church to schedule for the demolition. The opening was only a few days back. Myself and my whole family were Christians. It is a relief that we atleast had this place to relax.

Maan: Good that you have the finest collection of Wine too.

Client: If you want I can give the tour to wine cellar.

Once the meeting was over, the client came to send off both Maan and Geet.

Client: I hope we will be able to meet again Mr Khurana.

Geet: Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Once Geet and Maan have boarded into their car, Geet noticed that Maan was feeling suffocated and he wasn't able to breath properly.

Geet: Director??? Did you have too much of drink??? She tried to touch him but...

Maan: DONT TOUCH ME.

Geet was shocked with his volume: What???

Maan started to feel too suffocated and was finding it very difficult to breath. Geet noticed his fangs.

Geet panic: Are you feeling ill?

Maan snapped back: I'm fine.

Geet: You dont look fine at all!

When Geet tried to come forward and help him. Maan just stopped her and pushed her off so that he can maintain some distance between them.

Maan: I'm telling you, better you stay away from me. The way I am in now, I wont be choosy to the things what I need now. So better stay away.

Geet: You need blood??? But why? You had your Meals today. Then how come you need them again.

Adi: Maan sir, the man you had dinner with was a Christian.?

Geet was shocked to no extent: Adi!!! The Religion??? You are weak against the holiness of the Christian? That's why you were fine with Crosses and Silver chain that day? But that building and all the belonging are Thakur Family, who are very religious Christians. Thats why this dinner had such a bad effect on you...

Maan: Well, Congrats good that you finally found out my weakness.

Geet was totally pissed off now... DONT TALK RUBBISH. I am here to help you as your secretary. Even though you are arrogant, egoistic, womaniser and uncooperative and above all A Vampire... Both Maan and Adi were like What the hell was she trying to say... But she continued without noticing their reaction...i still want to protect you. That is the main duty of the Secretary so please have faith in me.

Geet with full Anger ' So, What is your real condition???

Adi: His life force were drained during the meeting. All his facilities are at their lowest. The only life force for the Vampires are blood. The life force may dry for one reason or the other. So that can be regained only by drinking blood.

Geet: So what you need is blood.

Maan: So better hurry up and call someone from the list to...

Geet observed Maan for few minutes and said: No... YOU CAN HAVE MY BLOOD.

Both Adi and Maan were shocked with her statement.

Maan looking at Geet: Do you even understand what you are saying now?

Geet: Yes, I do understand. Even though it is hardly a part of my duty. But anyways you need blood now Director. Even if mine is not of such a high quality blood you usually demand.

Geet was saying all these so sincerely which made Maan totally speechless.

Maan: Admirable Devotion.

Maan moved closer to Geet. She blushed when Maan placed his hands near her neck.

Maan: I wasn't just complimenting you, but you know this might hurt a bit. His breath was flagging Geet's lips.

Then Maan sunk his fangs in Geet's neck and started to have her blood.

Geet: God... My head is floating... I like he is taking something away from me.Geet grabbed fistful of Maan's coat tightly for support as the time pass by while Maan pull her more towards him. I am melting and floating inside him... I feel like we are blend together and have become one... ECSTASY.

After Maan had enough blood he let out a sigh and looked at Geet. The sudden pull over from her made Geet to wonder what happened.

Geet innocently: Director, if that wasn't enough you can have somemore...

Maan: If I drink until I am full, it might be bad for your health. That was enough. Adi call three other women for me.

Adi: Yes sir.

Geet felt a lump forming in her heart. Other women!!! Yes. I'm just his First aid meal for him. Of course he would need others. She place her hands near her heart Why is that my heart is beating this fast? Was this because of lost of blood? (Madhu wonder if it was due to blood loss or her boss calling other women. Is this the first sign of attraction?)

Maan look at Geet with concern as she is totally silent: Ms Handa. Then his reaction turn into a smirk and say You are very sensitive and you are quite tasty too.

Geet blush more with his comment: Ms Handa! Are you alright? When she responded him with a nod, Maan's reaction turned into smirk and said you're very sensitive and you taste quite good too.

Geet blush more with the comment: You are lucky its a Punjabi style boss. (Now with a totally pissed off face) Unfortunately, you wont be able to taste it again anymore. I will make sure that you doesn't need my blood at any situation hereafter. I guarantee you it...

Maan: Then I shall be looking forward for your skills.

His breath was hot on my neck... slight pain when he drank my blood. That feeling was running through my whole body. I am still not able to forget that day.

New Day in Khurana Constructions

Geet was in Maan's cabin as Maan was asking about his schedule to her for the day, she was discussing the same with him. Once the official talks were over.

Maan: SO NOT SEXY!!! How come I am stuck with someone who is absolutely have no idea about how a sexy secretary be? Meaning her hair pulled into a tight bun and her Old librarian styled glasses. I really cant believe it.

Geet was like what was he saying then she composed herself and said: Well, I am very sorry for not being a Sexy Secretary. I am afraid that I do have my limitations in that department.

Maan: Limitation? LIAR. These aren't even power glasses, right? Never try to fool Maan Singh Khurana. That time you were able to see perfectly even without the glasses. (Here that time meant the moments when Maan was so close to Geet. I meant the First Aid moments)

Geet was totally shaken with his judgement and started to stammer: I... Its difficult to explain to you. But these glasses are to correct a slight astigmatism (Astigmatism is an optical defect in which vision is blurred due to the inability of the optics of the eye to focus a point object into a sharp focused image on the retina). When I work in the system I cant see all the colors without them and my head starts hurting if I work without these.

Maan: If you are suffering from Headache why the hell you pull your hair like that?

Geet with full nervousness: If I dont pull it up it keep falling and it look terrible on me. Geet was unable to avoid turning red with Maan's questioning look.

Maan with a keen look: I wonder what makes my composed and capable secretary Geet Handa to get so uneasy... I am getting curious to know what made you to insist this style of yours.

Geet: I'm at my best, I assure you. The truth is that my face is too childish. The real me doesn't look anything like a full fledged member of the society. I dont want anyone to know about this in this company. The secretary of the Director of his company have a Child face! I cant afford it to happen. Geet once left his cabin closed the door as if it was the only barrier that can save her from him for now. I didn't panic because he found out about my glasses but what made me panic was his touch.

It was entirely by chance I found out that the Director is a Vampire. I work as a Secretary to my boss who is a Vampire, but... last month due to the meeting with the Christian Family made him lose all his life force. That is the main weakness of his which I came to know on that day. But as a Secretary to save my boss I offered my blood to him as a First aid even though I wasn't ready that time.

Her thoughts move back to the time when Maan was sucking her blood in the car. It's a shame but I think I understand the feelings of all those women, who is willingly giving their blood to him. THAT BURNING FEELING... But even since then whenever he come near me, I always get reminded of it whether I like it or not.

But I m different from those women. I know the purpose of that feeling is to let the Vampire suck more blood. The heat in my body had absolutely nothing to do with my feelings.

Geet carried the tray to Maan's cabin to which contained two cup of coffee for Maan and his guest, I need to find a way to deal with him with more logic.

After knocking the cabin door, Geet entered to find that the brothers have stopped their hot conversation just because she have entered but still the room had the heated flames.

Geet: Excuse me Director, here is your coffee.

Dev with his sweet smile: Thank you.

Geet: Ah... Such a Heart Warming Smile. Wish Manager had my blood. He is Director's elder brother but it seems he's not a Vampire. (Maan turn his head, so that he doesn't want to notice Geet's Dreamy Expression for Dev) I suppose it has to be a very complicated situation. May be thats why...

Dev: Dont you think you are too quick tempered? (Devji this is What Great Maan Singh Khurana to be a Quick Tempered) You should handle this more gently otherwise this will affect our employees too. This may even lead to a disaster.

Maan: Ha.. You're too naive.

Geet who was watching all this from one corner : There he goes again. It looks like Director hate his brother? They dont get along so well. The Director never miss a chance to put the humans down, but this treatment towards his brother is more worse. He's just jealous. The Manager is just too perfect.

When Geet was about to go out of his cabin,

Maan: I wont leave either him or his employees like this. I will level them to the ground once for all...

Dev: You're too brutal.

Geet: Well said, Manager. She went again to the canteen to make a coffee for herself. Guess they were talking about Director Miyada. He is going against the company's current establishments. I've often seen documents related to him and his department. He's not so different from Director. Now let me think... I am sure the boss is plotting something. I'll do some research on Miyada, then. I'll be able to provide information to the Director on the First Notice...

She heard the loud creak from Maan's cabin, she rushed to her boss cabin wondering what happened...

Dev: Anyhow, dont do anything in rush...

Maan: I dont need you to tell me that. If you are done, you better hurry up.

Maan slams the door once Dev left. Dev noticed Geet was witnessing all the happening.

Dev: I know his attitude is the worst, but he's not such a bad person by heart.

Geet made a baby face for the comment, Dev noticed her expression and said No I meant it! And... its not that we dont get along, I mean this too... with a sad tone.

Geet was both sad and wanted to smooth his pain, but kept silent as it wasn't in her work limit.

Once Dev left, Geet entered Maan's cabin,

Maan who was facing his back towards Geet, but he sensed her presence, so he order her to clean the mess: Hurry up and remove all the evidence that indicate his visit. They all depress me.

Geet: Manager? Are you meaning him???

Part 9

A New day in Khurana Constructions, the President along with Manager and other members entered the Office Premises. They were all greeted by all employees as they were walking into the office.

Geet: Rajeev Khurana is the President of Khurana Constructions and the Father of two brothers. His younger brother name is Ravi Khurana is the Vice President of this company. There is a rumour that he is going against the President about the management policies. Director Miyada takes advantage of that and he is trying to produce an Anti Establishment party with the company, i.e. A party is supporting the Vice President.

In the Canteen, all the girl staffs were preparing drinks for the member who came to attend the BOD, even our Geet was there along with them...

Girl 1: He said it again...

Girl 2: Who? You mean Director Miyada?

Girl 1: Yes. He said Lousy under his breath, so that the President and the Manager wont hear him.

Girl 3: Yes, its the same when I wait for him. Only complaints everyday.

Girl 1: He's always been like this. He doesn't eat anything except in some High Quality Foods.

Girl 2: What about the formal meals with our clients?

Girl 1: Is it true that he decides the deal with a client based on the food on their formal meeting?

Geet: That's too much. She keep doing the work while the other girls were gossiping.

Girl 1: But you know what, in the last Board Meeting, both the Khurana Brothers (She meant Maan and Dev) looked at my way. I was too happy!

Girl 1 & 2: That was dreamy...

Girl 1: Director Khurana doesn't stay in the building very often and leaves very late night. And when he is in, he's always in his office, so its really very rare to meet him, right?

Girl 2: We're Executive Secretaries, but still we feel lucky when we meet him.

The girls turn towards Geet: But you are his private secretary, it must be really very difficult for you. I heard he is very strict and there's so much work to do...we know that you are capable Geet, I dont think anyone else can handle this job as you do.

Sasha, a co-worker of Geet enters the Canteen where the girls were gossiping and pitying Geet. Good that Sasha came as a Life saviour to Geet or else all the girl staff would have been pitying Geet so much.

Sasha: Come on girls, its time for all of us to work. Now this is not a place or time to gossip.

Sasha and Geet walked out of the canteen with their own plates to serve their bosses.

Geet: Sasha, you are the Vice President's Secretary, right? It must be very difficult for you to work with him. You're very calm and you always answer with a smile. A Real Model Secretary Image you are.

Sasha: Ah, please dont say that, hearing that from you, make me blush.

Geet: I'm no good with that, no matter how much I smile, this popping vein is always there when I get pissed off. Pointing towards her forehead.

Sasha: Ah, I'm the same, but for me they pop in back of my head.

Geet: Lucky that your boss cant see them.

Once they both separated to go to the respective departments, Geet stood still watching Sasha going in her direction.

Geet: Sasha Mam, I really admire her. She is very capable in her work as a secretary. Not only that but a very kind hearted person and perfect is all aspects. I can do without being as pretty as her, but still I am unable to find a way to get rid of my childish face.

Geet noticed two men were walking in her direction, when she saw their faces, one was Director Miyada and the other was...

Geet: He was from Sathya Departmental Stores. What was his name again???

After a while, when Geet was working in her cabin, Pinky, her co worker entered with a knock.

Pinky: Geet, do you have a minute?

When Geet was patiently listening the things Pinky was telling.

Geet: The Le Meridian Restaurant? On such a short notice? I think its impossible to get a reservation there...

Pinky: Director Miyada ordered me it has to be there or no where else.

Geet suddenly got an idea: Okay I understand! Leave it to me, I'll do what I can!

Pinky: You think you can? Geet!

Geet: I think someone I know is working there.

Pinky who is all happy now: They decided to meet there all of a sudden and I was so stressed about it...

Geet remember Director Miyada was walking with someother person: By the way, didn't Director Miyada have a guest just now?

Pinky: Eh? Yeah why?

Geet: No... Nothing... On Phone. Excuse me, please, but could I speak to...

Geet was on phone for few mins all the while Pinky was standing near her with full tension. Once the conversation on the phone is over, Geet handed over a card to Pinky.

Geet: Okay, now its all settled! All you have to do is tell them my name and you'll receive the accommodation.

Pinky who was in cloud Nine wasn't able to thank Geet enough. Once Pinky have left, Geet had enough stuffs to work about Director Miyada and his companion.

Geet: Sathya Departmental Stores, Eh??? I wonder if Miyada has some negotiations to do with the new client... But there is a conference with Maan Sir and everyone tomorrow.

Once all the works were over, Geet noticed the time and went to Maan's cabin. Inside his cabin, Maan was having some hot conversation in the phone.

Maan: Then we wont make it... The conference is tomorrow. Do what you want. Maan notice Geet standing near the door ... Just get a hold of it. Understood?

Once Maan finished the telephonic conversation Geet: Excuse me Sir, but would you like anything else for tonight?

Maan: No... You can go home.

Geet before exiting the cabin: According to the forecast, the weather will be bad tonight.

When Geet stepped out of the office premises, she noticed the dark clouds forming: I think the Director will go all out this time. That's certainly something I should not get involved with. Isn't that right? I'm sure this is something a kind of a shabby affairs. Anyway, this is a kind of business that you have to stay away. Then why I am still feeling uneasy? I know because I'm a Vampire Secretary, even though I know his secrets, I'm still on the edge about it, one way or another. I hate to run from my responsibility especially in the real crucial moments.

Next Day the climate itself was quite scary as expected, they is a big downpour in the city,

When Geet entered Maan's cabin, she noticed that he is tensed about something.

Geet: Director, its time for the meeting at Sathya's headquarters. When she saw no response from him, she thought I guess things didn't go his way...But I dont know anything.

Suddenly the intercom started to ring in Maan's cabin. Before Geet can reach the phone, Maan picked up the call.

Maan: Its me... Okay I understand... Say what? Damn... Then it cant be helped. I'll try to do something. Keep in touch... Ms Handa.

Geet: Yes!

Maan: Go to Sathya Departmental Stores. You'll receive some documents from a man there. Miyada was receiving money from Sathya. In return they receive special privileges. The documents you'll receive are proof of that. Geet was shocked with the news. Once you obtain the files make sure they are the correct documents. I am sure just a glance is enough for you. Go and bring them to me.

In the market place, that was mentioned earlier by Maan, Geet recollected what Maan instructed her.

1.Pretend to be a Customer and look for an employee named Vijay in the second floor, where they sell shoes.

2.Change from your uniform into plain clothing. They must not know that you are from Khurana's.

3.Once you have the documents, bring them to me straight away. I'll be at Sathya's Headquarters by that time.

4.Make sure you be there on time.

After collecting the required documents, when Geet was on her way to the head quarters the car was suck in the traffic caused due to heavy down pour.

Geet: Driver sir, Cant we move little faster please.

Driver: We wont be able to move from here for hours in this traffic.

Geet checked the time and decided to reach the destination by herself. As the weather was too bad, she was totally drenched by the time she reached the office, even though she wore a raincoat.

In Sathya's Head Quarters, Maan along with other Directors were attending the meeting. In between the meeting, the girl came to inform Maan that he have a visitor.

When Maan came out to see who is the visitor, he is totally shocked to see the girl who is none other than Geet with her cute childish look, without any tight bun or her glasses.

Geet: Director...

Maan: Are you Ms. Handa?

Geet: I'm very sorry for calling you in middle of the meeting. I brought the thing you ordered for. By the way, you said it will be okay if I reveal my identity once I am here, so I had to say that I am from Khurana Constructions to make an entry.

Security head: I'm very sorry about that sir, but no matter how I look at her, she doesn't seem to be any older than my daughter, who is studying 10^th standard right now.

Maan who was unable to control any longer, started to laugh with the comment said by the Security Head. He was laughing too much that he wasn't able to control himself.

Maan: So that was the reason for your usual style? Geet was totally embarrassed with his reaction. So where are the documents?

Geet: Yes, here is the file... I just covered it so that they wont get wet.

Maan checks the documents, once he got the file: Fine... Now then... You know too much so I suppose this is one more reason not to let you go. Maan turn to her and ask her to stay in the car.

Inside the Meeting hall, Maan handed over the evidence bought by Geet from Sathya headquarters. When Miyada and Sathya saw those documents, both were hell shocked. Thus the meeting came to an end, but not as expected by all though.

Meanwhile in the car parking Geet borrowed a towel from Adi to dry herself. Maan and Dev came out of the premises as the Meeting was no longer held.

Dev: Both Sathya and Miyada became pale like death. Now that I think about it, its true that there are many contacts with Sathya which were more than profitable for their conditions. There were reports that Miyada was deceiving us with them. The documents you showed were only some of the evidence. All they can do is gently hint that the culprits were Sathya and Miyada.

Maan: But they both understood that we have a concrete evidence, too.

Dev: This time it was only a light threat. But none of the sides intend to break off the relations between Sathya and Khurana.

Maan: As for Khurana, it will all come down to smiling politely and saying he had been cheated as we were. Miyada will be given an Oh, so stern warning and thats that.

Dev: But he really was white as a sheet... Although when you start threatening, you can give people nightmares...

Maan: So that was the "As Gentle As Possible" approach you were whining about. Satisfied?

Dev: No...

Geet was listening all this conversation from one corner of the car parking.

Dev with a sad expression: You always only stain your own hands. This time, I'll say that what you did was by my order, alright?

Maan suddenly grabbed the shirt collar of Dev: FOR ONCE USE YOUR HEAD. You are the person on the very top of this organisation. You cant stain your hands. You have to finally learn how to use the tools you have!

Geet: What is this? Is Maan sir, trying to protect his brother? Then why he is always so cold towards him? Its not that he is trying to hide his embarrassment or anything, so...

Maan notices Geet was standing in some hidden place and watching all this.

Maan: Ms Handa!

Geet was like OMG he got me.

Dev who saw Geet was totally shocked: Ms. Handa??? You look so different today... Where are your glasses???

Geet: You were the last person I wanted to meet right now... Yes... Ah... I wasn't able to see with the water drops in them, so I just left them. She remember breaking the glasses while wiping it off by accident.

Dev too started to laugh after seeing Geet: I knew you were a perfect secretary, but now I see you're cute too.

Geet turned red with embarrassment: Thank you so much.

Maan ordered Geet: Lets go...

Geet excused herself from Dev and followed Maan to the car.

In the car,

Maan: Good for you. Your favourite Prince on a White Horse told you he thinks you're cute. You should have showed him that face of yours right from the start.

Geet: I want to apologize for the way I showed up in the lobby. I understand it was absolutely inappropriate for a secretary... or for any employee of the Khurana Constructions...

Maan: I see. So that style is your understanding of what a secretary should look like. Because the real face of the perfect secretary Geet Handa makes her look like a child. Is that it? You wanted to fool everyone around you. Even I couldn't imagine what the real "you" looked like. And without guessing it, I still acknowledged you as a Capable Secretary.

Geet is shocked with his comments.

Maan: Adi, stop by some optical shop.

Adi: Yes sir.

Geet looked at Maan with confusion: Director?

Maan: Didnt you say you couldn't do without glasses? Then it cant be helped right? (Geet is impressed that he remember what she actually said early) I'll buy them for you. But in return, you'll choose something sexy this time.

Geet: What to do...? I don't know if its because Dev sir said that I am cute... or because Maan sir finally acknowledged me as a capable secretary, but I AM VERY HAPPY.

Geet bought the same glasses, Maan is back to his Yuck face as she saw her again with her tight bun and the old style librarian glasses.
