Part 4

After the dinner Arnav went to drop them in their house as it was already late. He was feeling so bad for not having a good chat with Khushi so was she. He knew she was in a bit bad mood after the perfume incident but lest he knew that it was because of Sheetal as she felt bad for creating a scene infront of aunty.He wanted to sort it out with her before he could retire to bed as both would be devoid of sleep if they don't.

Garima Gupta was desperate that her daughters didn't reach home at this hour.She was peeping outside the door while Sashi her husband was interested in watching Mumbai Indians Vs Delhi Daredevils.

Garima : Why do they take so much time to reach? Doesn't these girls know its already late?

Sashi : Im sure they know. See how dark it is outside.

Garima stared at her husband for that poor joke.

Sashi : Yay' it's a six'. Woah.. Viru.. Bang on Man..

Garima got irritated with her crazy husband sighed with irritation,started to move towards kitchen when she heard a car stopping infront of her house. Her irritation did change a bit to relief when she saw her girls rushing inside. But the sight of Arnav Singh Raizada entering the house behind them didn't let of that disinterest and irritation go off from her face.. Arnav settled down with Sashi who welcomed him to join the interesting match... Khushi ran towards her mom hugging her and kissing her cheeks.

Khushi : Sorry ma for being late.

Garima faked a smile : That's ok. But where were you both ?

Khushi : ah.. ASR took us a for a dinner outside and we had a sumptuous dinner with my favourite Jalebis.

Garima's face fell which was noticed by Khushi.

Garima : Oh.. I had prepared your favorite aloo pooris waiting for you to have together.

Khushi felt bad. : Sorry ma.. Come.. You and papa should have it now.

Garima : No worries. I can handle. Saying she went inside not after staring at her husband who was happily chatting with Arnav Singh Raizada. Khushi did notice that too.

Arnav was listening to her words but didn't care as he was amazed at the so excited father in law talking about the not so interested cricket.

Khushi felt guilty and moved towards her room which Arnav noticed and he tried to escape from his father in law's clutches slowly.

Sashi : arre beta.. where are you going? Sit here. What happened? Jalebis didn't work today?

Arnav (smirking) : What do you think of me uncle ?

Sashi : I know you beta.. Its just I wanted to know the trade secret of how you tackle my daughter. I have been dealing with my Hitler wife for the past 30 years but cant find a proper solution.

Arnav : Uncle. That's because I have control over your daughter which you still don't have.. better you don't try uncle. FOrget it. You cant!

Saying he moved into Khushi's room leaving behind a gaping father in law who forgot to cheer for another sixer.

Arnav moved near Khushi who was sitting on the bed thinking deeply with the pillow on her lap. He sat beside her keeping his head on her lap which made her drift from her thoughts. He always liked to lie on her lap which he had missed to experience on his mother's lap from childhood. She knows that however khadoos and akdoo he can be to the outer world he will remain as her baby. She could only provide the warmth and that care which he longs for. She ran her fingers through his hair making him fall into a start of deep slumber.

Arnav : So.. still jealous Jalebi ?

Khushi : Jealous and me ? No way ladoo..

Arnav : I can see that from your eyes. Nothing can escape my eyes.

Khushi: Oh come on. Im not thinking about that.

Arnav : I know what you thinking about. Just go and butter ur mother. She will be alright.

Khushi : hmm. I know that. Why is that she even fails to wish you?

Arnav : Is that new ? I don't care about anyone. I m here for you and you are mine that's all.

Khushi : So you mean I don't belong to my parents?

Arnav (getting up ): Done discussion. Im sleepy now. Let me make a move. And don't think something stupid as usual. Go and sleep. You look tired.

Khushi : So you don't want to ask me about Mr.Rathore ?

Arnav : And don't you know that I cleared him off our way?

Khushi : Yea.. I know you.. but ASR'

Arnav : I said enough discussion.

He leaned towards her capturing her lips making her aware there is nothing to discuss much. They felt the whole world oblivious to them. A bliss which they couldn't even express between themselves. Feel of eternity. It was like she had submitted all her grievances, complaints and worries. He has taken care of it easing her worries out.

Arnav came from his jog to find Avinash Raizada reading his morning newspaper with his usual coffee cup. Avinash moved back his newspaper and Arnav sat beside him.

Avinash :Good morning chotte.

Arnav : Good morning' when did u reach ? You could have called me.. I would have come to the airport.

Avinash : No problem chotte. It was too late and you just returned back yesterday. I didn't want to disturb you from the sleep.

Arnav : So how was your trip ? Grabbed the deal ?

Avinash : hmm'. My reply depends on who is asking this question? Daring Business Man Arnav Singh Raizada or My loving Chotte?

Arnav (smirk): Its your perception. You can think whatever way you like. But my question was really casual nothing official about it.

Avinash ( laughing and put his arms on his shoulders) : I know chotte. You are really smart in talks.

Arnav : Had to be smart enough in this world...

Avinash : True ASR True.. I have learnt a lot from you.. And you still teach me a lot. So hows my daughter in law? Couldn't meet her for so many days. Did you finish that Rathore?

Arnav : See how confident you are about my actions.. I didn't finish him.

Avinash: I think he escaped before he got caught.

Arnav : Still I have my sources searching for him'

Anjum : Good morning Good morning.. What a surprise? Both business magnets having a morning chat at home? Whats the topic? Khushi ?

Arnav (smirked): see.. there you are,now let me make a move before you both arrange for another round of coffee chat about me and Khushi.

Avinash and Anjum laughed at the sight of the mighty ASR aka their Chotte running towards his room to hide himself from the never expected blush on his face as they knew he is not so vulnerable to their teasing.

Arnav was on his cabin having a meeting with Aman on when his phone beeped with a new message. He continued his meeting but his concentration totally went off air when he read the message and smiled

"Two charming girls waiting for your appointment outside the cabin. One being an ardent and a crazy admirer of the great ASR requests for the confirmation of this appointment to his secretary"

Aman was surprised to find a small smile creeping on his boss' lips after a long time and he knew the person behind and who would be the only possible reason for his smile.

Arnav messaged back " Appointment granted for the admirer only that too if she is not here to disturb my meeting by her looks."

Within ten seconds he found his cabin door banging opened by his ever cute fiance in her yellow chudidhar as usual affecting him so much that he had to finally close his file.

Khushi : So do you think Im disturbing you ?

Arnav : ANy doubt? Chalo First Take your seat Madam.

Khushi saw a naughty glint in his eyes and took her seat while Lavanya was on showing her share of attitude towards the other gentleman sitting beside Arnav and took her seat.

Aman : ASR. Do u plan to give any personal interview today?

Arnav: I don't think so..

Aman : Then what are these channel people doing in your cabin?

Lavanya : ASR... Did your manager forget that AR Group had set up a press conference to inform about the upcoming fashion show. We are here for that coverage.

Arnav : Oh... yeah.. Aman.. How can you forget that?

Lavanya : Oh come on ASR. Your manager hardly have brains.

Aman : Excuse me.. Hold your tongue.

Lavanya : Why should I ?

Arnav :Enough guys.. Im fed up of your cat dog fights.

Khushi : Yea.. no one cant be like us..

Arnav : What do you mean ?

Khushi : I mean we hardly have fights since I dont get an opportunity to even argue.

Aman: Oh.. wait.. ASR the press conference was only at 12 noon. I will take care of the arrangements. Ms.Lavanya care to give your friend and her fiance some privacy?

Lavanya stared at Aman and followed him out of the cabin. Arnav had fixed his eyes on Khushi which he didnt break even after Aman and Lavanya left.

Arnav : So what were you talking about? Cat Dog fights? Are u serious ?

Khushi : I m not talking about fights ASR. I just wanted to state that you always dominate me.

Arnav looking into her eyes intensely: And dont I have that right? Do you think Im not worth for that too?

Khushi got emotional and moved near him cupped his cheeks : ASR, I didnt mean that way.. You have all the rights on me. Only you have that. I was just joking. We do fight but I always like you dominating me. Its true that I feel so bad thinking that I cant argue back but never ever think that you will lose that right anytime. Im all yours only. See I was about to get into a proper fight but you dont give me a chance to even fight properly.

Khushi moved into tears and Arnav pulled her into a hug making her rest head on his shoulder.

Arnav : Do you want to fight ?Then lets fight... Come...

Khushi( breaking the hug) : What ?

Arnav : Yea... Since you are worried that I dont let you win over me, I dominate you in every arguments, We shall finish all those incomplete fights which we had for all these years. I don't want to let you down in this. Lets start from the first encounter we had in Anjali di's marriage.

Khushi smiled thinking of that nostalgic first meet they had before eight years.

FLASHBACK

"Arnav Singh Raizada aged 19 years old boy,."ooh...he is so hot yaar, cool.. handsome hunk .'"the girls in their teens were drooling over Dulhan's younger brother while the boys were hell envious on him getting the entire attention of the girls and even married women. Most of them were behind him asking him either for a drink or checking with him the topography of the place as if he was the location map. Arnav was furious to this behavior of the girls wanted to hide himself in his room till the marriage rituals were done. He pounced on most of the girls who giggled and blushed while talking to him. They just wanted to get a glance of him near and that irritated him the most. They lost their senses and literally swooning shamelessly before him. If not for his di , he wouldnt have attended this marriage even. He didnt believe in marriage and relationship as his father's life had always been a bitter example to think good about it.

While moving to his room he bumped with a girl. He lost his balance and the girl too tripped on him and soon they were on the floor with the girl in his arms and top of him. He got irritated to the core and was about to explode but the sight before his eyes made him forget even his existence. A thin sleek girl in her teens with an oval face, cute facial features, petite figure, lucious lips closing her eyes clutching on to his collar as if fearing that she was about to fall from a cliff.
