Manveer scenes (as always ) were cute and lovely. I loved the spurt of jealousy Uday showed when Manyata remenisced about an old-love😳. This was my favourite dialogue from the update : "tu Veer ki item hai aur Veer sirf tera hai..tu ek awaz de de..woh tere saamne khada ho jaayega...chalti hai kya nou se baara" .

By the evening everyone crossed Rajasthan border and reached Jaigarh. The sky was smoldering and the heat was unbearable. But all of that refused to tie down the wave of happiness that was arising in Manveer's mind. They looked every inch of the king and queen they were about to become.

The word had spread among the locals about the coronation and public were equally happy for them. Despite the heat a large crowd awaited them. J and Akash's car zoomed in before everyone else and J got out wearing her sunglasses and throwing attitude around.

"Arre dekho, lagta hai Yuvraj aur Yuvrani aagaye'chalo chalo" some woman said and others followed her to the car. Their car was obviously an SUV and everyone touched it with adminration.

J saw what they were doing and an automatic disgusted feeling came on her face. They were common folks after all. How dare they touch her precious baby! "Humare paas mat aana samjhe, humari gaadi ko haath bhi lagaya toh'" She raised her finger to warn them.

"Yeh toh Yuvrani ho hi nahi sakti'Jaigarh ka Rajparivar toh Noukraniyon ko bhi badi izzat deta hai'" the woman said loudly. The others laughed at her words.

"tumne mujhe Noukrani kaha??" J's temper was on seventh sky.

"J, inko chodo aur chalo yahaan se'" Akash tried to save the situation.

J would have argued more but the crowd had moved away already; towards the car that was behind J's car. Udayveer got down first and as his feet touched the ground he bowed and took a pinch of mud from the ground; he smeared it on his forehead. A gesture suggesting that the place, its people were all important to him more than himself.

There were deafening echos of 'Yuvraj Udayveer ki Jai ho'

It all felt very eccentric to Udayveer; in his mind he was still the guy who lived in a 10 by 10 kholi and ate vada paav for break fast. He spotted a child in the crowd and was constantly reminded of Bubbly and his eyes moistened. He missed living the innocent life of the common man. Of course a person of his stature was not allowed to display his emotions so publicly and he controlled himself. Manyata who stood beside him had noticed the change of emotions on her husband's face and could guess exactly what he was thinking. She moved a little ahead and picked that child in her hands and stood her beside them. The little girls face lit up and so did Udayveer's. The gathered people were greatly pleased by humble nature and humility of Manveer and couldn't stop singing praises of them.

The royal palace of Jaigarh was decorated like a bride for their arrival and everything looked pristine to the T but someone was clearly not happy. It was Yuddhaveer, cousin of Udayveer;

"Humare alava aur koi Jaigarh ka Raja nahi ban sakta'NAHI BAN SAKTA!!" he threw down the paper weight. It landed on ground with a thud.

"Pitaji! aapne kaha tha ki aap ne us Udayveer ka intezaam bachpan me kar diya hai'phir ab woh aasman se gira kya(You said you had made sure Uday would disappear, now did he fall from the skies)?" he screamed at the top of his voice.

Vanraj was reminded of the time when he had paid a trusted servant to kidnap Udayveer. He had been sure at that time that the crown of Jaigarh would belong to his son only. Sure that Udayveer would never return. But now he was here with his wife in tow.

"Bete aap chinta na kare'Jaigarh ka taaj keval aap ka hai aapka'koi bhi aira gaira aakar use aapse nahi cheen sakta'hum aisa hone nahi denge" He patted his son's back.

"Yadi hum aap ke bharose baithe rahe toh yeh taaj aise hi humare haath se nikal jaayega'aur hum noukar ban jaayenge" Yuddha threw up his hands.

"Hum ise seedhe raaste se nahi nipta(take care) sakte'hume kootneeti(smart plan) apnani hogi'kuch aisa jisse saamp bhi mare laathi bhi na toote(which would make us win and we won't get caught)" Vanraj said and some nasty plan had been already formed in his mind.

"Maharaj, woh log aagaye" a servant came and informed them. Yuddhaveer and Vanraj fixed their smiles in place and got their charade to the door.

"aayiye aayiye'itne saalon baad humare mahal me khushiyan aayi hain..Jaigarh ke mehel me aap ka swagat hai" Vanraj said.

"Khamma gani Kaka saa" manveer said together and bent to touch the old man's feet.

Manyata was looking at the interior of the mahal with awe. There was exceptional artistry on the walls and the whole Mahal was the greatest example of ancient architecture that could only be found in old haweli's like this.

Yuddhaveer licked his lips looking at Manyata. He was smitten by her beauty and couldn't look away from her once he had seen her.

'I have to have her'wow what a woman!' he resolved in his mind.

Manyata's instincts flickered to life and something told her there was danger here. But her King was with her and she had nothing to fear. She felt a thrill run through her as she thought about herself as a Queen.

The Raj purohit arrived shortly after everyone and the auspicious mahurat of the 'Rajyabhishek' was decided. It was to be held after 3 days on the night of full moon.

Manyata spent the next 3 days exploring the city and also the palace. She was in a corridor now; looking at the pictures lined on the walls. Those were the hand drawn portraits of the ancestors of Jaigarh kings. There was a small picture there that was different from others. Manyata was intrigued by it and went near for a closer look. It was the picture of a sage. As she wondered why he was given a place among the kings and their lineage, the scene in forest came to her mind. The date at the foot of the portrait read 1888 to 1988. 100 years of life!

Then who had helped them in discovering each other? Was he a ghost? Spirit? She would never know. She backed away from the portrait slowly and something cold touched her hand from behind.

Oh no'

It must be that danger she had sensed. Her instincts warned her to tackle the enemy head on and she turned with her hand turned into a fist.

As she opened her eyes with full determination to fight, the scene infront of her made her laugh instead.

Her mighty king stood there, with two lollypops in his hand. He looked like a school boy.

"Veer, yeh kya? Tum mere liye Lollypop leke aaye? agar kisi ne dekh liya toh?" Manyata asked.

"Manyata, do din baad sab kuch badal jaayega'ek baar Rajyabhishek hote hi humari zindagi badal jaayegi'phir hum chahe toh bhi aam aadmi ki zindagi wapas nahi milegi; toh maine socha ki kuch aisi yaadein banaloon jo zindagi bhar humare saath rahe'(After 2 days, our life will change completely, so I thought I'd gather some pleasant memories)" Udayveer was all emotional now.

J was quick to spot the anguish in Yuddhaveer's eyes when he had welcomed them. She was going to capitalize on it big time and none could stop her. She and Akash met Yuddha in his room and after a little bit of prodding he admitted that he was indeed after the crown of Jaigarh and Udayveer was a constant thorn on his side.

"United we stand'separated we fall" J said. "Kya matlab?" Yuddha asked.

"matlab yeh ki dushman ko harane ke liye hum sabko saath me kaam karna hoga'Taaj tumhara aur-" "Aur Veer, I mean Udayveer mera" J completed Akash's words.

While the other two argued about their plans, he was imagining Manyata. If only Udayveer was present there at the moment and if he could mind read, in all probability Yuddha's all teeth would be broken and may be he would lose a limb or two.

i believe my beloved readers are not interested in this SS anymore and that explains the reducing number of 'Like's and comments with each update...alright your wish is my command as a writer and as you readers want, i'll end the SS in next update itself 😊 and won't be writing any thing in future as well...because i'm not a good writer and wouldn't like to bore any one..
