"Amma I am so late for my interview and please ask bao-jee to give me the car keys for today." Khushi said quickly braiding her hair. She made the last knot and turned towards here mother.
"Here is your bao-jee, ask him yourself." Garima said fixing Khushi's bed.
"Ask me what?" Shashi came in from the door.
"Umm...Bao-jee it's my interview and I need the car, please? I know you just replaced it with the new one but please?" Khushi making an innocent face.
"Fine...But promise me you won't get into trouble." Shashi said with a sigh.
"No, I won't. Thank-you so much. I love you." Khushi said in a rush. Grabbed the keys and had set off to her life changing interview.
Khushi was a simple girl. She had the strongest beliefs in God. Talking to herself was a habit of hers. She was a cheerful girl. She couldn't see sadness in her loved ones. In the past few years she had become strong. After her parents death she had made an oath to herself that she would never let her new family, her new parents be miserable. She was kind to others, everybody wished for a daughter like her. She was different, just different from others.
She wore a simple yellow kameez with a white churidar and a white duppatta. She had arrived in-front of the huge building, the AR designs.
*Khushi's POV*
Akash jee had mentioned something to Payal about this place but I didn't remember. I had never seen Akash jee. Whenever we made a plan of meeting something always had gone wrong and we couldn't meet. Payal didn't even have a picture to show. I pushed my thoughts away and started to look for a place to park. I found a place which was opposite to the building, so I took a U-turn and parked it there. I saw a white SUV, I didn't know who it was but he or she had parked right in-front of my car. I sighed and looked in the rear view mirror to fix any thing unusual on me. I took my bag and my file, got out of the car.
The door of the car in-front of me opened and a tall, suited guy came out. He was charming; any girl would say that about him. He was a little tan, he had a masculine figure, he was really tall, and he seemed perfect. I looked away as I realized I had been staring at him like an idiot and I was glad he hadn't noticed as he was busy on the phone.
I started walking towards the building, looking down at the ground when I hit something hard and warm. I looked up and to see the same guy I was examining.
"Dek ke nahi chal sakti kya?" I heard him almost yell.
"I'm so sorry. I wasn't looking so I..." I began to apologize but he cut me off.
"I know, girls like you bump into rich guys and then act all innocent. You seem to seek attention. Just disgraceful to the society." I heard him spit these hurtful words. My anger rose that instance.
"Listen mister! I don't know who you are and... no wait, I actually don't give a shit about who you are and how rich you are. Owning a big car and knowing English isn't a big deal, okay? English mujay bhi ati hai. I also own a big car. I said sorry for bumping into you and you couldn't just say 'its okay' and end this situation but no you had to say something else. You don't even know me and you are insulting me. Who do you think you are? Laad-gorvernor!" I said it in one breath. I don't know how but I did.
I saw his anger burning in his eyes. They were dark. I collected my papers as quickly as possible and turned away before he could say or insulted me further.
*Arnav's POV*
I was already angry and then this happened. The bloody clients keep postponing the meeting and this girl bumped into me.
I don't know why I said that, I felt...no... Arnav Singh Raizada never feels guilty. I was angry at her. How could she talk to me like that, I will show her how she has messed with the wrong person?
"Bhai is everything alright?" I heard Akash.
"Yes everything is perfectly fine." Arnav said and walked up to the building.
