And the next thing she knew, everything was blanked out, her eyes closed as she lied on the floor helplessly, while enduring the unbearable pain.

Jeevika, who was walking out of the kitchen, saw Viraat coming down the stairs, angerily. She hurriedly walked towards him.
Jeevika: (worriedly) Viraat? Kya hua tum itne gusse mein kyun ho?
Viraat: (calm voice) Kuch nahi Bhabhi, main aapse baad mein milta hun. (starts walking away, past her)
Jeevika: (turns towards him) Arey par jaa kahan rahe ho itni raat ko?
Viraat: (his back facing her/eyes closed) Main yahin bahar garden mein hun Bhabhi.
Viraat walked out, and Jeevika made her way towards VirMan's room.
Jeevika: (entering the room) Mannu, Viraat ko...
Jeevika stopped in her tracks as she show Maanvi, lying lifelessly on the floor. She ran towards her worriedly, with tears in her eyes. She lift Maanvi's head off of the floor, and placed it on her lap.
Jeevika: (worried/scared/panicked) Mannu...Mannu kya hua hai tujhe? (tapping on Maanvi's cheek) Mannu aakhein khol na. (crying) Mannu, please aankhein khol. (looking around the room) Viren ji...main Viren ji ko bulati hun.
She carefully placed Maanvi's head on the floor, and ran towards the stairs.
Jeevika: (on the top of her voice/crying) Viren Ji..Viraat, Maa...
Viren came running towards the stairs, he panicked as he saw Jeevika in tears. He hurriedly climbed up the stairs.
Viren: (hands on her shoulder) Jeevika kya hua?
Jeevika: Viren Jii...
Vanshika Maa: (standing downstairs) Jeevika, kya hua Beta? Tum ro kyun rahi ho?
Jeevika: (looking at Vanshika Maa) Maa, (looking at Viren) Virenji, dekhiye na meri Mannu ko pata nahi kya ho gaya hai. Woh behosh ho gayi hai.
Viren: (worried/scared) Kya? Maanvi..kahan hai woh..?
Jeevika: Kamre mein, chaliye...
Viren and Vanshika Maa, followed Jeevika, towards VirMan's room. They ran towards Maanvi, as they entered the room.
Viren: (palm on her cheek) Maanvi...
Viren panicked more as he felt Maanvi's body temperature, which was freezing cold.
Vanshika Maa: Viren, jaldi se doctor ko call karo.
Viren: (looking at Vanshika Maa) Maa, hume Maanvi ko abhi issi waqt hospital le kar jaana hoga, uski body temperature bahut low hai.
Swamini Bua, with Dadaji, Kadambari Chachi, Shlok, and Inder Chachu, entered VirMan's room, worriedly.
Swamini Bua: Jeevika, Viren Kya...(stopped as she saw Maanvi) Maanvi ko kya hua?
Jeevika: (crying) Buaji, pata nahi achanak Mannu ko kya ho gaya hai..
Viren: Jeevika, baatein baad mein karna, abhi hume Maanvi ko hospital le kar jaana hoga.
Dadaji: Haan, jaldi karo.
Inder Chachu: (looking around) Viraat kahan hai?
Jeevika: Woh bahar garden mein hai.
Kadambari Chachi: Shlok, jaa kar Viraat ko bula kar la jaldi.
Shlok: Ji Maa.
Shlok went running towards the garden, where Viraat was sitting while holding his head in between his hands.
Shlok: (panting) Viraat Bhaiya...
Viraat: (not looking at him) Shlok, please mujhe akela chodh de.
Shlok: Par Viraat Bhaiya...
Viraat: (annoyedly) Shlok kaha na akela chodh de mujhe.
Shlok: Par Viraat Bhaiya, Maanvi Bhabhi...
Viraat: (turned to face him) Maanvi? (stands up/worriedly) Kya hua Maanvi ko? Woh thik toh hai?
Shlok: Woh apne kamre mein behosh padi hai.
Viraat: (shocked/worried) Kya?
Without looking back at Shlok, Viraat ran as fast as he could towards their room. Within no time, he was standing at the door of the room. He immediately ran towards and sat down beside Maanvi, who was lying on the floor, unconsciously, with her head on Viren's lap.
Viraat: (patting her cheek) Maanvi? (looking at Viren with teary eyes) Bhai, kya hua hai isse?
(palm on Maanvi's cheek) Maanvi aankhein kholo..
Viren: Viraat, hume Maanvi ko jald se jald hospital le kar jaana hoga.
Viraat: Haan..chalo..
Viraat carried Maanvi in his arms, and hurriedly walked out of the room.

Viraat was running all around the hospital like a mad person, carrying Maanvi in his arms. He was looking for Doctor Bakshi, with his tear filled eyes. Jeevika was also very panicked, she was also running beside Viraat, while Viren was trying to calm both of them down. Only Vanshika Maa, and Kadambari Chachi were there in the hospital, everyone else were at home, praying for Maanvi's well being.
Viraat: (shouting) Dr. Bakshi kahan hai?
Nurse: Woh...
Viraat: (looking around/screaming) Dr. Bakshi? (to the nurse) Bulayi unhe...
Nurse: Dekhiye aap shor mat kariye...
Viraat: (shouting at her) Aap Dr. Bakshi ko bulayi, meri Biwi ki tabiyaat bahut kharab hai.
Doctor Bakshi, who came out of the ICU, was looking at everyone confusedly. He still couldn't see the person who was shouting his lungs out.
Dr. Bakshi: (looking at the nurse) Kya ho raha hai yahan?
Viraat turned around and smile through his tears as he saw Dr. Bakshi.
Viraat: (teary eyes) Doctor, Maanvi, dekhiye na isse kya ho gaya hai.
Dr. Bakshi: (hand on his shoulder) Ghabrao mat Viraat, sab thik ho jaye ga. (to the nurse) Sister, stretcher lao jaldi.

Viraat, Viren, Jeevika, Vanshika Maa, and Kadambari Chachi were sitting outside of the hospital room, waiting for the doctors to come out. Viren, Kadambari Chachi and Vanshika Maa were consoling Jeevika, while Viraat was just sitting, holding his head in his hands. Viren looked up and saw Dr. Bakshi coming out of the room.
Viren: (hurriedly walks towards Dr. Bakshi) Doctor?
Viraat immediately looked up and ran towards him.
Viraat: (worried/panicked) Dr. Kya hua hai meri Maanvi ko, woh thik toh hai na? Kuch hua toh nahi hai usse?
Dr. Bakshi: Dekhiye Mr. Vadhera, hume abhi zyada pata nahi hai ki usse achanak se hua kya hai. Par jo bhi hua hai woh uske liye bilkul bhi thik nahi hai. Unki body temperature bahut hi zyada low hai, aur unhe saans leene mein bhi taklif ho rahi hai, unki heartbeat bhi bahut hi weak ho rahi hai. Humari kisi bhi medicine par unki body react nahi kar rahi hai, aur yeh bahut dangerous hai unki bemari ke liye. Hum koshish toh kar rahe hai, par mujhe nahi lagta hum Maanvi ko bacha paiyeinge, uski body bahut weak hai kisi bhi treatment ke liye.
Viraat: (holds him by his collar/screaming at him) Kuch nahi hoga meri Maanvi ko. Kuch nahi hoga usse samjhe aap! Nahi jaa sakhti woh mujhe chodh ke, nahi jaa sakhti, usne mujhe wada kiya tha.
Viren: (pulling Viraat away) Viraat chodh unhe, kya kar raha hai.
Viraat: (shaking Dr. Bakshi by his collar) Aap kisi bhi haal mein meri Maanvi ko bachaiye, kuch bhi karke...
Viren: (pulls him with a jerk) Viraat chodh...
Viraat left his collar, and hugged Viren while crying.
Dr. Bakshi: (hand on Viraat shoulder) Mr. Vadhera hum koshish kar rahe hai, baki sab upar wale ke haath mein hai. Aap sab bas dua kijiye.
Dr. Bakshi went back inside the room, while Jeevika stood there looking at him going and Viren hugging Viraat while crying.
Viren: (tears rolling down) Viraat, sambhal apne aapko.
Viraat: (hugging him tightly, while sobbing) Bhai meri Maanvi ko bachalo, main mar jaunga uske bagair. Please meri Maanvi ko bachalo.
Jeevika stood up from her chair, followed by Vanshika Maa and Kadambari Chachi. She starts walking towards Viraat and Viren, with tears rolling down.
Jeevika: Kya hua hai meri Mannu ko?
Viren and Viraat broke apart, and turned their face towards Jeevika, who was standing infront of them with an expressionless face. Viren looked at Vanshika Maa helplessly.
Vanshika Maa: (walks towards Jeevika) Jeevika Beta, (hand on her shoulder) kuch nahi hua hai, sab thik ho jaye ga.
Jeevika: (looking at Vanshika Maa, with teary eyes) Nahi Maa, meri Mannu ko kuch hua hai? Koi bemari hai usse? (hands on Vanshika Maa's shoulder) Bataiye na mujhe kya hua hai usse?
Viren: (walks towards her) Jeevika..
Jeevika: (screaming at Viren) Mujhe sach jaanana hai, bataiye mujhe kya hua hai Meri Mannu ko?
Kadambari Chachi: (holding back her tears) Jeevika, kuch bhi nahi hua hai Maanvi ko, pichle kuch din fever the toh shayad...(forcing a smile) tum fikar mat karo, sab thik ho jaye ga.
Jeevika: (shouts at them) Jhut, aap sab jhut bol rahe ho. Aap sab jante ho ki meri Mannu ko kya hua hai. (looking at Viraat/rans towards him) Viraat...Viraat tum jante ho na, toh batao na apni Bhabhi ko, kya hua hai Maanvi ko? Bolo na Viraat.
Viraat: (crying) Bhabhi Maanvi...Maanvi...
Jeevika: (worried) Maanvi kya Viraat, batao mujhe, please batao.
Viraat: Bhabhi Maanvi ko...Maanvi ko can..cancer hai. (breaks down)
Jeevika stood there looking at Viraat without any expression on her face. She was just looking at him, without any tears in her eyes, without even moving an inch. Viren ran towards Jeevika and wrapped his arm around her shoulder.
Viren: Jeevika?
Jeevika: (without moving) Meri..Mannu...Can..cer...
Vanshika Maa: (teary eyes/hands on Jeevika's cheeks) Jeevika, Beta, Maanvi ko kuch nahi hoga.
Jeevika: Meri...Mannu...mujhe chodh...kar...chali jaye gi.
Viraat sat down on the floor, hiding his face in between his palms, and started crying listening to Jeevika's words. Vanshika Maa ran towards her Son, and hugged him, while Kadambari Chachi and Viren were consoling Jeevika.
Vanshika Maa: (rubbing his back) Viraat, ro mat Beta, kuch nahi hoga Maanvi ko..
Viraat: (crying) Yeh sab meri wajha se hua hai,,,sab meri galti hai. Maine hi,,,(hugging her back tightly) Maa meri Maanvi ko thik kardo, main uske bina nahi jee sakhta. (pulls away from the hug) Maa please mujhe meri Maanvi wapas laa do...laa do na Maa. (wipes his tears) Maa, bacchpan mein jab mujhe aur Bhai ko kuch chahiye hota tha, tab aap mujhe woh laa kar de deti thi, Maa aaj mujhe chahiye...(crying yet again) Mujhe Maanvi chahiye...(pleading through his eyes) please Maa meri Maanvi ko thik kar do.
Vanshika Maa ran away from there, as she couldn't hold back her tears, seeing her Son in pain.
Vanshika Maa: (crying) Maaf kar dena apni Maa ko Viraat, tumhare bacchpan mein jo tumhari Maa tumhari har ek iccha pura karti thi, aaj wohi Maa bahut bebas hai, nahi de sakhti woh jo tum chahte ho. Nahi thik kar sakhti woh usse, jiske bina tum jee nahi sakhte, nahi kar sakhti...

Maanvi was lying on the bed, with an oxygen mask, covering her mouth and nose. She was breathing heavily, while a nurses and doctors were panickingly running around or out of the room. Viraat, who was standing outside of the room, was looking inside through the window. He was getting restless as he saw everyone running inside and then out worriedly.
Viraat: (worriedly/running behind her) Nurse, Maanvi..?
Nurse: (turns around to face him) Dekhiye hume humara kaam karne dijiye. (walks away)
Viraat: Arey par..
Vanshika Maa came back and saw Jeevika continuously crying, Viren and Kadambari Chachi trying to calm her down, while Viraat was just looking inside the room, throught the window. She walked towards Jeevika and sat beside her.
Vanshika Maa: (stroking her hair) Jeevika, Beta apne aapko sambhalo.
Jeevika: (stands up/saddly, screaming) Kaise sambhalun main khud ko? Kaise sambhalun? Meri Bahen, andar maut se ladh rahi hai, aur main kya kar rahi hun? Main yahan araam se baith kar bas do chaar ansun baaha rahi hun. Mujhe toh yeh bhi nahi pata ki meri Mannu ko hua kya hai? Woh chodo, mujhe toh yeh bhi nahi pata tha ki meri Mannu, meri Bahen ko cancer hai. (calms down/tears rolling down her cheeks) Maa...Maa ki tarah maanti hai woh mujhe, mujhme apni Maa ko dekhti hai woh, aur main, main kehne ke liye Maa bann gayi, par kabhi samjh nahi paayi ki meri Beti, meri Mannu kis daur se guzar rahi hai. Aaj woh mujhse itni dur khadi hai, ki chahte huye bhi main uske paas nahi jaa sakhti, uska woh dard nahi dur kar sakhti. Uski himmat nahi bann sakhti. Meri Bacchi, meri Mannu ko main nahi baccha sakhti...
After all that shouting, Jeevika's head started spinning, her vision got blured. Viren immediately held her in his arms as she was about to fall down.

Viren: Jeevika tum thik ho?
Jeevika was conscious now, after she fainted, Viren brought her in a room and the doctor examined her.
Doctor: (to Viren) Ghabrane ki baat nahi hai, bas stress ki wajha se faint ho gayi hai. (looking at Jeevika) Aapko stress nahi lena chahiye, yeh aapke aur appke Bache ke liye bilkul bhi thik nahi hai. (after a pause) Ab main chalti hun, take care.
The Doctor left, Viren sat beside Jeevika, as she started crying.
Viren: (hugs her sideways) Jeevika, sshhh...kuch nahi hoga Maanvi ko.
Jeevika: Viren ji mujhe bahar jaana hai.
Viren: Par..
Jeevika: (pulls away from the hug) Please, mujhe Mannu ke paas jaana hai.
Viren: Thik hai chalo.

Viren and Jeevika came out of the room, and saw a shocked, upset and angery Viraat, talking to Dr. Bakshi while Vanshika Maa and Kadambari were hugging each other and crying. They hurridely walked towards them.
Viren: (to Viraat) Viraat kya hua? (looking at Dr. Bakshi) Doctor Maanvi?
Dr. Bakshi: I'm sorry, par hum Maanvi ko bacha nahi paaye...(dn't kill me guyz😭)
Viraat: (shouts at him) Jhut, sab jhut hai. Meri Maanvi mujhe chodh kar nahi gayi hai. Woh yahin hai. Maanvi...
Viraat pushed Dr. Bakshi aside and entered the room along with VirIka, Vanshika Maa, and Kadamberi Chachi. Inside, laid Maanvi lifelessly, without the oxygen mask on her face, machines making beeping sounds.
Jeevika: Mannu..?
Viraat and Jeevika walked towards Maanvi, while Viren, Kadambari Chachi, and Vanshika Maa, stood at the door, crying.
Viraat: Bhabhi, kuch nahi hua hai isse. (laughs a little, with teary eyes) Aapko pata hai na yeh kitni badi nautanki hai. (shaking Maanvi by her shoulder) Maanvi chalo uth jao, yeh koi mazak ka waqt nahi hai. Come on get up.
Jeevika: (smiles with teary eyes) Haan Viraat, yeh zarur mazak kar rahi hogi. (sits on the bed) Maanvi ab uth jaa, warna main tujhe ussi tarah uthungi jaise bachpan mein uthati thi.
Viraat: Bhabhi yeh nahi uth rahi hai, aap jaise bachpan mein uthati thi na, waise uthaiye isse.
Vanshika Maa, Kadambari Chachi, and Viren were crying, looking at Viraat and Jeevika in that state.
Jeevika: Haan,,Mannu abhi bhi waqt hai uth jaa, warna main sach mein tera haath pakad kar tujhe kheech ke uthaungi. Chal uth.
Viraat: (forcing smile on his lips) Bhabhi jaldi uthao na isse.
Jeevika: (looking at Viraat, with tears in her eyes) Viraat, Mannu uth kyun nahi rahi hai?
Viraat: Bhabhi aap koshish karo, woh uth jaiye gi.
Jeevika: (shaking her by her shoulder) Mannu uth na, please apni Di ke liye aankhein khol de, please Mannu. (crying) Mujhe chodh ke mat jaa Mannu, uth jaa mere liye, apni Di ke liye uth jaa. Abhi toh tujhe apne Chutku ko bhi dekhna hai. Woh kya soch raha hoga, woh abhi iss duniya mein aaya hi nahi aur uski Maasi usse dur jaa rahi hai, (places her head on Maanvi's stomach/crying) uth jaa Mannu. Please uth jaa...
Viren walked towards Jeevika and Viraat, and placed his hands on their shoulder.
Viren: (trying to hide his tears) Jeevika, Viraat, sambhalo apne aapko...
Jeevika: (stands up) Viren ji...(facing him) Viren ji boliye na Mannu ko uthne ke liye. Woh aapki baat kabhi nahi talegi, boliye na usse Viren ji.
Viren: (cupping her face/crying) Jeevika, main kuch nahi kar sakhta. Maanvi hume chodh kar chali gayi hai, ab woh iss duniya mein nahi rahi.
Viraat looked at his Brother with bloodshot red eyes.
Viraat: (shouts) NAHI...meri Maanvi mujhe chodh kar nahi gayi hai, woh mujhe chodh kar nahi jaa sakhti, wada kiya tha usne mujhse.
Viren: Viraat..(raised his hand towards him)
Viraat: (moves back) Nahi, nahi gayi hai woh mujhe chodh kar, main usse jaane hi nahi dunga. (sits on the bed, near Maanvi/holds her hand in his) Maanvi, Maanvi main keh raha hun na aankhein kholo. Maanvi dekho Bhai kya keh rahein hai. (crying/innocently) Woh keh rahein hai ki tum mujhe chodh kar chali gayi ho. Maanvi, jaldi se uth kar inhe bata do ki tum mujhe chodh kar nahi gayi. (looking at everyone in the room) Dekho sab kaise ro rahe hai, (looking back at Maanvi/hand on her cheek) tumhe toh kisi ke bhi aankhon mein aansun dekhna pasand nahi hai na, toh aaj kaise dekh rahi ho?
Jeevika was crying her heart out, hugging Viren, who was also crying seeing his Wife and Brother in that state. Vanshika Maa walked towards Viraat, while Kadambari Chachi stood there crying.
Vanshika Maa: (stroking his hair) Viraat, Beta ab bahut der ho chuki hai, (holding back her tears) Maanvi humare aansun pochne ke liye nahi aa sakhti...
Viraat got off of the bed angerily, grabbed the medline laceration tray, which was placed near the bed, and threw it on the floor. VirIka, Vanshika Maa, and Kadambari Chachi walked back, away from Viraat, as they were shocked and scared of him. Dr. Bakshi came running in the room, with some nurses behind him.
Viraat: (angerily/shouting, while looking at everyone) BAS!!! Kuch nahi hua hai meri Maanvi ko, kuch nahi hua hai usse. (sits back on the bed) Maanvi, bas bahut ho gaya huh...ab tumhe uthna hi hoga. (lovingly stroking her hair) Maanvi tumne mujhse wada kiya tha na, ki tum mujhe kabhi bhi chodh ke nahi jaogi, Kiya tha na? (hold her hand with his other hand) Toh aaj apna wada nibhao na Maanvi, please mere paas wapas aa jao. Main tumse wada karta hun, main kabhi bhi tum par gussa nahi karunga. Main kabhi tum par nahi chilaunga, please wapas aa jao Maanvi. Mere liye na sahi apni Di ke liye aa jao. Par please aa jao. (tears rolling down his cheeks) Tumhare bina meri zindagi kuch nahi hai, main tumse bahut pyaar karta hun, apni zindagi se bhi zyada tumhe chahta hun, (cutely) please wapas aa jao. (crying) Aa jao na Maanvi, warna main tut jaunga.
Viraat slowly lifted Maanvi up and hugged her tightly, while rubbing her back.
Viraat: (pulling her more close to him) Tumne shadi ke saath phere lete huye kuch kasame khai thi, un kasamon mein se ek kasam thi ki tum mera saath hamesha nibhaogi, mujhe beech raha mein akele kabhi chodh ke nahi jao gi. Apni kasame puri karo Maanvi, wapas aa jao meri zindagi mein. (tears continuously streaming down his face) Main tumhare bina ek pal bhi nahi reh sakhta, tumhi meri partner ho, tumhi mera future ho, tumhi mera pyaar ho, I Love You Maanvi, mujhe chodh kar mat jao. Meri zindagi tumse hi shuru hoti hai aur tum par hi khatam, mujhe chodh kar mat jao, mujhe meri zindagi se alag mat karo, main mar jaunga, main nahi jee paunga...(crying his heart out, while holding his life in his arms)
Everyone looked up in shock as they heard a voice..it was low, but very clear.
Maanvi: Vi..Vir..aat...
A shocked Viraat, pulled Maanvi away from his embrace, and looked at her face. Her eyes were slightly open, and her lips had a little smile.
