Well, my diet secret is that I mix up my a high protein diet with lots of colourful vegetables. It's true that to build muscles you need to have a high protein diet which includes meat and fish but adding lots of colourful vegetables with it increases its nutrient value. Plus, a protein diet helps in keeping your belly flat.
Viren
My diet mainly consists of fiber but in the required amount. Mostly for my diet I eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes which are known for dietary fiber. Fiber in a proper quantity helps in maintaining a healthy weight as it aids digestion.
Aditya
My diet chart includes calcium as well. We don't need calcium only while growing up but also for heart health, blood clotting and most importantly muscle functioning. Plus, taking calcium in the appropriate quantity helps in controlling body weight.
