Yaami Gautam signs film opposite Sharman Joshi

Close on the heels of Yaami Gautam winning accolades for her debut act in Vicky Donor, we hear that the actress has signed her second film. The project will be helmed by Shivam Nair. This is Shivam's third project.

A source says, "Yaami has bagged almost every award for her debut film. She has been approached by a big production house to be part of their romantic drama and she has agreed." According to insiders, the film revolves around two people, who belong to different walks of life, and how they fall in love with each other under unconventional circumstances.

Yaami is currently completing her workshop for Neeraj Pandey's Aman Ki Aasha opposite Ali Zafar. "She will begin shooting for Neeraj's love story by next month and then start preparing for Shivam's project. Yaami is excited to work with Sharman as he too has been receiving a lot of appreciation for his performance last year." Yaami remained unavailable for the comment.
