Rahul Bose opines that one doesn't have to necessarily wait for a festival to let one's hair down. When quizzed about indulging in puja and other rituals in Diwali he says, "I am not religious at all. I will be carrying through my social work in Andaman and then I'll go to Delhi to meet a few people.
