Geet: You know wat darling hubby.. you sound like a three old baby who is been denied of his favorite chocolate.

Maan: Ohh really sweetheart than I wont mind showing you wat exactly I can do.

Geet: enough Maan.. why do you suck so much.. its just 15 days you are away from me and you react as if you are away for last 15 years. I wonder how your staff works with you there.

Maan: you don't need to worry for them. Just take care of yourself and the baby even though I don't trust you with your ever excited mood.

Geet: ohh really than it would be better tat you don't call me every 2 hours asking Jaan.. how are you.. Jaan did you have anything and blah blah bhal..

Maan: Jaan…..

Geet : hmmm..

Maan: I miss you. why did you send me here..

Geet: Maan, how is work going on…

Maan: why do you change this topic every time Geet.

Geet: Coz.. I don't want to have any discussions on it aur haan if you don't stop calling me every 2 hours I swear I will not even receive your call.. now bye.. need to take rest aur app.. better concentrate on your work… rather than getting worried for me..

Maan: geettt..

But before Maan could even say anything more Geet had cut the line. It was 15 days now since Maan had left for London. Though Geet missed him terribly she did not show much. She could hardly sleep but would not risk her baby. Everyone at Khuranna Mansion had taken care of her and fulfilled every demand she made. Pari had strictly warned Geet tat she would sleep in her room until and unless Maan would return and Vicky he was not less who would irritate her every hour by calling her. she smiled remembering the last night incident where she turned the whole KM upside down with her mood swing which wanted to have chocolate cake and tat to after mid night.

Geet: you all. Na.. bad.. I will.. tell.. Maan.. nobody cares for.. his Geet.. I will..

Geet cried bringing big fat tears in her eyes while everyone begged in front of her not to cry.

Vicky: Bhabi…

Geet: No bhabi vabhi… I want chocolate cake.. now.. means now…

Vicky: Oye meri Maa.. its crossed 12 at night. Aur app ish waqt cake khana chahti hain.. please na.. have this.. flavour.. I promise I will get you your chocolate cake early morning.. but now have this fruit cake na.. please…

Geet: fruit cake..

Geet smiled taking the cake while others smiled seeing her taking it but poor they, next second they saw the cake landing on Vicky's face, making everyone to laugh.

Geet: its sweet na Vicky.. but I don't want… I want chocolate cake and nothing else.. nahi tho.. I will call Maan right now..

Yash: Beta.. its late now… how can we get the cake.. see subah hi tumne wahi cake khaya tha na.. please now eat something else.

Yash: Dad… chocolate cake.. chocolate cake.. chocolate cake.. and chocolate cake.

Yash sat down holding his hand while Dadima came forward to make her understand but Geet was not ready to listen.

Geet: Jaaye.. sab so jaye…. I know.. no one cares for me.. My Maan is not there na.. why would you care.. I will go from here.. chalo baby.. lets go.. no one cares for us when dadda not there.

Geet had tears in her eyes while she stood up to go but Vicky was fast enough to hold her back.

Vicky: Dare you say tat again Bhabi and I swear you will see the worst from me.. kya samjthi hain aap.. haan we don't care for you na.. than fine get ready.. I will wash my face and come.. Pari get her ready right now.

Vicky stormed out from there while Geet smiled showing her teeth making others confused.

Geet: Dekha…how my tears affect you all.. ek natak aur sab maan gaye… geet you are too good.. chalo Baby.. chachu hume.. cake denge.. hmmm.. so sweet na..

Naina: Par beta.. you know wat you did.. I mean.. Vicky is angry on you..

Geet: No Mom.. I know him.. aur gussa tho woh bilkul nahi.. kya hain na.. he fears taking me out at night.. Maan se darr tha jo hain.. par main bhi Geet Maan Singh Khuranna hoon and I know how to get my things done… now let me go and enjoy..

Geet turned but was shocked to see Vicky down so fast. She gulped hard seeing him angry but she made a puppy face melting him within seconds.

Vicky: This wont help you every time Bhabi.. I swear I will take all my revenge on you.. gosh how does Bro cope up with your mood swings. This is the nth time in 15 days tat you are not letting me to sleep at night..

Geet: Sorrlllyyy.. Please… jaane do na.. chocolate cake..

Vicky: Hmmm.. Pari.. get her jacket and shawl..

Geet: Vicky.. its not cold outside.. Please lets go like this na..

Vicky: Wear it bhabi..

He said sternly while Pari made her to wear. The three left for a restaurant while Vicky confirmed tat the restaurant that he had asked to open was all ready with the cake or not. (hehe.. kya Khuranna's hain yaar). Geet smiled hearing him while she slowly kissed his cheeks before settling herself on the back seat of the car along with Pari while Vicky droved the car.

Pari smiled seeing her smile while she settled herself next to Geet on bed getting her out of her thoughts but Pari was shock to see her flinch a bit.

Pari: Bhabi… are you all right.

Geet held her stomach which had a slight pain but she shrugged it off knowing tat it may be common during pregnancy.

Pari: Bhabi…

Geet: Haan.. Pari.. m fine.. Lets sleep before your Hitler comes to give a lecture..

Pari looked at her eyes, which denied her words. She tried to get up to inform Vicky and others but before she could, Geet held her hand.

Geet: m fine.. I said na.. there's nothing to worry Pari..

Pari: than why does your eyes don't make me trust your words Bhabi..

Geet: Aisa kuch nahi.. m just tired…

Pari: Ohh really.. wat hard work did you do to get tired.. Haan boliye..

Geet: I said na. m fine.. why do you all make a fuss about small things.

Pari: Coz you are our lives….

Pari moved out of the bed getting a bit angry on geet while Geet closed her eyes.

Geet cried holding her tummy with was paining while the doctors tried to soothe her. Everyone stood close to her bed seeing her crying.

Vicky: wat the hell are you doing… cant you see she is in pain.

Doctor: Mr. Khuranna.. can you please calm down.

Vicky: Calm down when she is in pain.

Doctor: Naina.. please..

Vicky saw his mother eying him but he was not the one who would stop his worries. The moment Pari had informed him about Geet being in pain he ran to her room only to see a crying geet holding her tummy. He did not waste a second and held her arms screaming for her while everyone followed him to the hospital.

Yash: I think we should inform Maan….

Geet stopped screaming the moment she heard his name and before Yash could dial Maan's number she said.

Geet: No… don't.. Dad ..please.. don't call him… he will not think before returning Dad.. please… ahhh..

Dadima: Yash.. just call Maan right now..

Geet: Please…. Please.. don't call…. I will be fine.. Dad.. please…

Naina: Par beta.. Maan needs to know..

Geet: please… Mom… agar Maan.. wapas aaye… tho.. sab barbaad hoga.. please.. Vicky… Vicky.. promise.. me tat no one.. will.. inform him about. Me.. please.. no one.. aur.. agar.. kisne.. kiya.. than.. I will.. never come.. back to.. KM… again.. and.. I mean.. it..

Vicky: aap pagal ho gayi hain.. wat do you think.. tat I will hide this from Bro.. I don't care if we are on roads..

Geet: But.. I do… I cant see.. him .. shattered.. do you.. get.. I cant see.. my family… longing for.. anything… no one knows.. it better than me… no one.. knows.. Vicky..

Everyone closed their eyes getting the meaning of her words. They kept quite for time being while the doctors studied her latest report giving a worry some look at them.

Vicky stood outside the door watching his Bhabi lying in between the machines and wires while Pari stood next to him.

Pari: Vicky… we should inform Bhai. Vicky.. its important..

Vicky: Nahi Pari.. I cant.. Bhabi.. has warned us from informing him anything.

Pari: Par… you know we cant right now.

Vicky: Nothing will happen do you get..

He turned holding Pari tight by her shoulders digging his nails into her while everyone was sacred of his anger.

Vicky: Kuch nahi hoga.. Nothing will happen to her and the baby… and I swear if anyone goes against Bhabi's words informing Bro about her than they will face me and my anger.. and I mean it..

Vicky literally warned them feeling helpless from all sides. The moment they heard the Doctor saying tat there were some complications in her pregnancy and her fear of her past medical history had proved it right. Her blood pressure was getting low and instantly the doctors shifted her to the ICU not risking the baby and the mother. There was a fear in all but the doctor assured them tat they had brought her right on time and it would help them to get everything back to normal. Though the doctor assured them and they wanted to tell Maan but before shifting to the ICU Geet warned them saying "dare anyone of you inform Maan. and I swear.. I will do wat I said.. and as far as me and baby is concerned I know nothing will happen to us.. par agar kisne ne Maan ko inform kiya.. than I will leave everything behind once again and go far away Vicky.. and I literally mean it.. make sure tat none of you inform Maan about me."

The moment she finished darkness covered her eyes panicking everyone while the doctors ran from here and there for her treatment. There was a sudden panic after she lost her consciousness and this made the Khuranna's more worried. It was more than 3 hours now and still the doctors had not said a word about her. The Handa's were informed and there was a big argument between Vicky and Arjun for informing Maan but literally everyone knew if they did than Geet would do wat she said. All were helpless in front of Geet though they wanted to inform him but feared tat Geet would do anything and they had seen it before when she wanted Maan to agree to her words and go to London but would it be right by hiding this thing from him.

Another 3 hours passed and the doctor was finally out from the ICU. Dr. Shilpa Tripathi though a professional but she knew Khuranna's and would not be wrong to say wat they were feeling right now. she sighed and directly looked at Vicky whose eyes held many questions while Pari held his hand tight in hers fearing for anything.

Doctor: Mr. Khuranna.. she and the baby is fine.. everything is fine Mr. Khuranna…

Vicky did not say a word but his tears said it all. He was scared.. scared from inside and the moment the doctor said tat she and the baby were fine his tears finally made their way letting his fear to wash away with the tears. He smiled in between his tears while the Doctor patted his shoulder.

Doctor: She is fine Vicky… Your Bhabi and the baby is fine… let them rest now… you can meet her later..

Vicky: Can I just see her once please.. just once..

Doctor could not say no to him seeing his eyes and tears and nodded for a yes. Pari held his hand and slowly walked inside the ICU and the last control he had broke seeing Geet sleeping peacefully. He held her hand while the nurses inside were shocked to see him crying. Pari tried to calm him down but she knew tat no one could do tat as the person who could do was sleeping after giving him this restlessness. Vicky wiped his tears, placed a soft peck on Geet's forehead, and went away without even waiting for Pari. Pari caressed Geet's forehead and quickly followed Vicky who was fast on his legs and was seen going inside the Doctor's cabin who was just relaxing herself but was not surprised to see him there.

Doctor: I was waiting for you Vicky.

Vicky: Wats the matter Doctor.. aakhir baat kya hain.

Doctor: She is fine..

Vicky: I know tat.. but wats it.

Doctor knew tat it was not easy to hide her doubts now as he had sensed them.

Doctor: Vicky… there are chances tat she may loose the baby.

The words pierced Vicky and Pari but the doctor continued.

Doctor: Her body is not strong enough to keep the foetus inside her. I had said earlier Vicky tat her reproductive system had been weaken due to her infection and now it has affected her very much. Her BP is not getting stabilized tat often and it will risk her pregnancy.

Vicky: wat do you mean by it doctor.. wasn't it you who had said tat she will be fine if she takes care.

Doctor: I did but I had already informed Maan about the chances Vicky. Her pregnancy is not so easy and for god sake stop giving her stress. Can you explain me why so sudden her BP was low.. and where is Maan right now.

Vicky held his head down.

Doctor: Did not I inform you all tat a mere stress and you can loose her and the baby. Why don't you all just get straight tat she is just not another case for me. It's a risky pregnancy Mr. Khuranna and her latest reports do suggest tat.

Vicky: But how is she now.

Doctor: I would just say tat she is fine and I can't even ask her to abort the baby Vicky as abortion can lead to anything anything means she can never be a mother again or she can even die.

Vicky gulped hard hearing the words while Pari clutched his hand digging her nails into him.

Doctor: I just want you all to take all the possible care so tat she gets healthy and she needs to put on weight to keep the baby healthy. I will need to keep her here for some days so tat I can monitor her pregnancy every second. Can you inform Maan tat I need him back to have a discussion with him. It's urgent.

I know you will be not happy with the update but I had to bring this as if you have not forgotten tat Geet's medical history is not so good when she was carrying the first baby. She had lost it due to infection, though she was safe but her weakness was something that would return with time. Lets see how they fight with this and keep their baby safe.
