"And how much time!!!!!!!???" Geet stared balefully at the clock on the wall opposite her."Aur kitne time Maan ki meeting chalegi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??"
As soon as they reached Khurana Constructions, Maan had to immediately rush for a meeting in the conference hall. It had been twenty odd minutes for Geet to pass sitting in her cabin & she was missing Maan like hell ! She once again glared at the poor clock which told the time to be twenty minutes & thirty seconds'.!
Geet fell back on her chair & closed her eyes wanting to calm the fire within her. Also the thought of Dia loomed her mind. Geet sensed the more she thought of Dia, her passion for Maan increased twofold'!
Her trance was interrupted by a phone call & it eventually turned out to be Dia's'Geet answered the call normally'.or she atleast tried to! Hello's & hi's were exchanged before coming to the main discussion'
"Achcha Geet, I will be returning the day after tomorrow, I just want to plan a surprise for Maan, will you help me? Actually I wanted to tell him how much I love-- "
"Dia ! Dia ! Listen, why don't you just come here first, we will talk about your 'surprise' later."
Dia felt something strange in Geet's voice.
"Is everything alright'.I mean Maan is missing me, right?"
Even before Geet could say anything, Dia again spoke.
"Well, I know he is not missing me par koi baat nahi mein wapas aakar sab thik kar doongi!I really hope Maan mujhse pyaar aur shaadi dono karenge!"
That pierced Geet's heart. She clenched her fists to control her self'but she couldn't.
"May be there is some other girl in his life whom he loves!"
"Tum aisa kyun keh rahi ho Geet? Aisa kabhi nahi ho sakta, infact I won't let that happen ever!! Maan se utna pyaar koi kar hi nahi sakta jitna mein unse karti hoon !!" Dia said with extreme firmness.
The call ended letting the fire within Geet to only heighten'.
Geet got up from her chair & moved around'
"Sasha was right..! Dia will never let Maan be mine..!"
She didn't know when in her trance she walked out of her cabin & was walking along the corridors.
"I have only one weakness'the truth behind my false certificates'aur mujhe yeh baat Maan se kehna hoga'warna if Dia comes to know'she might'she might'& Maan'"
Her eyes were petrified thinking but at the same time she was fierce from inside' She dashed in Maan at a turn' He was a bit startled by this sudden collision'Geet saw him & the next moment she threw herself on him, hugging him tight'Holding her, Maan balanced himself from falling'
"Kya hua Geet?" he asked in surprise kissing her nape.
She did not reply. Her eyes were closed feeling him passionately. Her hands moved over his back before finally clutching his white shirt. Her nails pricked his back through the thin cloth material'oblivious of the fact that she had aroused him'There was a vacant cabin right next to where they were standing. Maan quickly pushed open the door & dragged himself along with her in & then locked the door'
"Geet'" he moaned amidst kissing her shoulder. Squirming, Geet clutched his shirt tighter.
"Before Dia comes, I have to tell Maan about the forged certificates'I won't let him go away from me'kabhi nahi..Maan is mine'sirf mere'Dia kuch nahi karegi'Maan mujhse alag nahi honge'mujhse door kabhi nahi jaane doongi'kabhi nahi'"
"Geet! Kya kar rahi ho!??"
Her passionate trance was broken.
"Geet! You will tear my shirt agar aisa hi chalta raha toh! Ab chod bhi do'!"
Geet was shocked. She saw that she had mercilessly smashed his shirt under her nails. She at once broke the hug not knowing what to say'but Maan firmly pinned her to the wall. Seeing Geet all confused & jittery after her behavior, he decide to tease her.
"Waise, you deep nail marks might be there on my back!" his voice was sensual.
"Maan'woh'mein..sorry'I'didn't.."
"Why are you saying sorry'maine kab kaha mujhe aitraaz hai'" he inched his face closer to her which raised her heart beats'He trailed kisses on her jaw line right upto her left ear. She closed her eyes to feel the touch of his lips'Then he whispered.
"Waise would you like to explain your behavior'?" he bit her earlobe.
"Woh'.I was'I was missing you'"she was breathless. The heat from his nostrils turned her blood lukewarm'
"Hmm..I see'" his kisses made their way back to her chin.His stubble was making things difficult for her',"Then you should miss me often so that I can be treated to your wildness..!"
"Maan'please..aisa mat boliye na.." she placed her hand on her biceps'
"Relax ! I am joking!" He was lingering on her cheeks. It was not that he didn't aim for her lips but he was hesitant as an entire day in office was remaining was he feared that he wouldn't be able to concentrate even more once he feels her lips'
"How was your meeting..?"
"It was good'I tried not to think about you.."
Then he abruptly brushed his lips past hers which made her heart throb instantly'The next moment he released her. Her cheeks were red not knowing what to say. She glanced sideways while he stared at her..
"Head to the conference room. I have to make three souls happy by announcing their promotion."
"Who all are being promoted?" she asked curiously.
"You will get to know within sometime!"
Geet knew he won't be spilling the beans. They walked out of the cabin'Sasha had co-incidentally seen them moving out which she herself was on her way to the conference room..
"Maan Sir aur Geet andar kya kar rahe the'?" she pondered..

All were in the conference room with nervous yet expectant faces waiting for Maan to come.
"God Sasha! Your hands are cold!" exclaimed Geet.
"I hope mujhe promotion mil jaye!!"
"Aur mujhe bhi!!" added Rahul.
"Be positive!" Geet said calmly.
"You are not tensed?" asked Rahul surprised'
"I am almost sure mujhe promotion nahi milne wala!" sighed Geet.
All were silent when Maan entered. He cast a stern glance on all not even sparing Geet which shocked her. Then he took his seat at the head of the table. He did not look in Geet's direction which shocked her even more!
"Why is he not looking at me! Shayad mujhe dekha nahi hoga!"
She walked to the direction where Maan was looking but then again Maan turned his head! She again walked back to her earlier place but Maan yet again turned his head away!
"Ms Geet Handa!! This is a conference room not your private garden!! Stand at one place!!"
He said sternly looking at her with the corner of his eye. He saw her angry pout. He smirked a little which was only seen by Geet!
"I won't take much time to announce the promotions since you all have been waiting long !" Maan looked at all, "So here goes the list.."
Everyone waited with bated breath while he announced the first name..
"Nishant Arora."
All heads turned to the named man. Well this was expected as he was indeed good at his work!.
Sasha, in tension clutched Geet's hand. Then the next name came.
"Sasha Kapoor."
Sasha couldn't believe what she just heard. Geet was very happy hearing that. They both looked at each other. Geet waved a smile. Sasha muffled her excitement as of now!. Even Rahul was happy for her, but he was still expectant.
"And the last name is'."
Maan paused casting his bossy eyes on all. He stopped to look at Geet but she turned her eyes pretending to be angry'
"And the last name is'"
He paused again. The air was devoid of any breaths being emitted. Geet lend her curious ears to hear Maan.
"Okay the last name is Rahul Khanna!"
The silence broke into claps from all. Rahul heaved a heavy sigh of relief. He had been sweating even in the air-conditioned room. Geet was extremely joyous for Sasha & Rahul.
"Well deserved promotions!" announced Maan. There was silence again with all three of them controlling their excitement.
Then everyone made their way outside the room. And the next moment, there was happiness all around with all pouring congratulatory wishes on the three promoted. Sasha hugged Geet excitedly. She was almost jumping. Geet too returned the hug with the same fervor.
"Congratulations Guys!!!!!!" she wished Rahul & Sasha. Pinky too had joined them.
"Oh Boy! Maan Sir ne toh jaan hi nikal di thi!"Rahul sighed still coming in terms with his happiness. Geet giggled & pated his shoulders.
Everyone turned tight-lipped when they saw Maan coming out of his conference room.
"And yes one more good news. Today is half-day. All can leave early!"
Maan left from there.
"Celebrations!! Yippieee!!!" quipped Pinky. Everyone resumed their work soon after.

Geet was walking to her cabin when she sensed a strong grip around her wrist & the next moment she was pulled inside Maan cabin by him..
Her angry eyes met his sensual ones.
"Mujhe aapse baat nahi karni!"
She tried to depart but Maan did not leave her wrist & pulled her to him with her back against his torso. He nuzzled his nose against her ears & neck, then whispered.
"Maine kya kiya'.."
"Aapne kya kiya??" she turned to look at him while he slipped his hand around her waist holding her close, "You did not even look at me once in the conference room aur upar se woh dialogue bolne ki kya zarurat thi?? Private garden & all that!!!!??"
Her complaints met his dazed eyes & voice. He seductively trailed his finger from her temple to her chin & whispered
"Bas itni si baat? Actually I feared that I would forget my purpose of calling everyone seeing you, specially after what had happened today morning'you know'"
Her eyes at once bent down in shyness & she was pink.
"Waise bhi, your eyes actually drive my senses away. Only I know how I controlled myself in the conference room!" he added huskily.
And she turned red from pink.
"Maan'please!!!" she crooned while snapping him playfully. He smiled.
"Will you come on a date with me today?"
She looked at him wide-eyed, "D-Date???"
"Shayad isi liye I gave a half day which I usually don't give!" he winked.
She agreed, smiling shyly. Just then Maan's phone rang. They had to part. It was from one of the clients.
"Yes Mr Chopra'.oh'Yeah..Yeah'we will surely come!"
The call ended.Maan turned to Geet.
"Mr Chopra is throwing a birthday party for his wife at Palace Hotel tomorrow. He has invited us?"
"Us???"
"Yes ofcouse! You & me! Anyways they are our future clients ! I think hamein jaana chahiye! Tum chal rahi ho?"
She agreed to that too!
" Great!"
"Ma-an..woh'.I am really happy ki Rahul got promotion'"
"Yes ofcourse!"
"N-Nahi I mean--"
"Geet! Rahul's promotion was already on the cards as he deserved it! Jo kuch bhi hua, uski wajah se I won't stop his promotion. And'" he looked away away from her & continued, "I admit that I was little jealous of his being close to you'."
Geet smiled & made him look at her.
"Little jealous????" she asked, teasingly.
"Yes! Aur kuch nahi!" he shrugged his shoulders.
"Don't tell me Maan!! You were very very very jealous!!!"
"What rubbish!!"
"Ab maan bhi li jiye Maan!!"
"Nahi!"
"Haan!"
"Nahi!"
"And what Akash & Sameer?? " she giggled.
"I don't know what are you talking about!" he again looked away.
"Achcha ji? What dialogue you had maaroed to Akash ?" she mimics Maan, "person in foot should not compete with the person in the car,else...will be crushed'or something like that you had said to him!"
"Geet!" he glared at her but she was still grinning.
"And Sameer! Poor fellow did not get to speak anything in front of you!! Akash still managed to!" she laughed.
"Geet!!!" he yanked her closer, "tum mera mazak uda rahi ho??"
"No ! Never!!" she pretended to be scared but then again started laughing."By the way why were you grilling me that day in the car?"
He looked away. Geet was in full fun mood.
"Achcha forget that! How did you realize that you love me?" she asked with twinkling eyes.
"W-Woh'I got to know the day when Akash was to come" he admitted without looking at her.
"I see'because the way you were grilling me I thought you had imagined me grilling you so that you admit your love for me!!!"
Geet laughed at the weird thought of hers oblivious of the fact that it had indeed happened with Maan. He stared at her wide-eyed, recollecting her grilling. She was still laughing. Then the next second, without any prior notice, he smacked his lips on hers'
Now it was her time to be stunned but by the time she could recover, she found herself kissing him with the same passion as he was'. He pulled her more closer to deepen the kiss. She easily lend him entry to explore her mouth & she uttered a soft moan'He parted from her sensing her breathless'.!
After that, Geet just stared at him, speechless. Then finally her shaky voice made an attempt.
"Y-Y-Yeh aapne k-kya kiya'.??"
He smiled quirkily, "Tumhe chup karvane ka this was the only way left!!"
Her cheeks were tomato. Her first ever kiss & that too so abrupt!!. She hid her face Maan's arms as she did not find any other place to hide herself.

"He kissed me!!!! Did he'did he really kiss me!!!??? Was I dreaming!!!?? But it was real'!"
Geet was walking aimlessly towards the reception in her own world. The feel of his lips against here was still fresh which made her blush every now & then!. She was so lost that Sasha had to shake her thrice after Geet bumped into her..
"Geet!!! Come back to your senses???!!" she shook her once more.
"Huh'! H-H-i Sasha? How a-are y-you?!!!"
"Oh God Geet!!! Did someone kiss you ki your are behaving like this!!!"
Geet was now full in her senses. She stared blankly at Sasha not knowing how to react.
"This girl is very dangerous!!! Isse sab kuch kaise pata chal jata hai!!!!! "
"Tum yeh kya bol rahi ho!!!"
"Anyways listen to me! We are going to celebrate tonight ! So Rahul, Pinky, you & me are going for a movie then disco & finally dinner! "
Sasha said flashing a smile. But Geet was in a fix.
"Main toh Maan ke saath bahar jaa rahi hoon! Ab main kya karu!!?"
"I can't come!" she said abruptly which raised Sasha's eyebrows!
"Why?"
"B-Because'b-because'"
"Are you going on a date?" asked Sasha directly.
"She is really dangerous!"
"Nahiii!! What do keep on saying everytime??!! Woh'toh main'"
"Geet can't come because she is working over-time!!"
They both turned around to see Maan standing. Geet controlled her cheeks from turning red.
"B-But S-S-Sir'you told that-- "
"Yeah I know today is half day but Ms Geet Handa is working on some important files which should be completed today itself!"
Maan said with such firmness that even Sasha was made to believe him.
"Okay Sir."
Maan left.
"Sasha! You all go & enjoy! Hum phir kabhi challenge!"

After the office hours, Rahul, Sasha & Pinky straight headed for a movie. Geet went back to PG to get ready for her date while Maan would pick her up in his car towards dusk'
