i think he is mentally unstable and cant speak ..looks like it will be walking on similar lines like Koshish where a wife struggles fr her hubby and also her fight frm Mill to Mall

the way his mother potrayed him made me think that he is smart and young. he is for sure looking more than 40..jsut like the match Uma got ealier.

I know! I was thinking the same thing. Usually, what happens is that the mother sings praises of her son. When she told Uma bout Sudhanshu, she should've mentioned that he is mentally challenged. I'm like liar! He looks atleast 49. Totally not Uma-Type.
