I have a feeling that Arnav will fully realise what Khushi has been going through after Sheetal's truth comes out. He will then realise what a dirty game Sheetal has been playing all this time. That will bring intensity between the two and he will try to make it up to Khushi. But if Sheetal has been using this child and training him to break the Arshi bond, then as a woman I would like to see Khushi give a slap to Sheetal for degrading women and for using a child for her own purpose.
