Geet's POV

Buddy!! That means Gautam's bestest friend!!! I have never bothered to ask his friend's name. but I always wondered what was the speciality of his buddy b/c gautam was not the one who makes friends easily. But he s in London na. so much thots were clouding my mind. Suddenly maan placed his hand on mine.

I dunno whether it s rt place to say the truth. But I don't want more mu b/w us.

I saw him taking a deep breath.

You probably don't remember but we met when we were little. You were about 2 and I was 8. We met at the park. It was a newyr eve. You fell down from the swing and crying calling ur parents. U was glancing at a particular direction and I saw a couple busy in their own world. I took u in my arms and saw ur pretty hazel eyes clouded with tears. U stopped crying and looked at me curiously when I cocooned in ur arms and wiped ur precious pearls. I placed u in my lap, tickled u. u was laughing uncontrollably, and then we played in swing. U was always saying to swing high and I obeyed my cute princess order. U dint leave my side the entire tym at the park. And to b honest I dint mind. My parents came to call me and I dint want to leave ur side. They said they will allow me to cum to meet u but I dunno y I want to propose u.

He chuckled. I saw different emotions playing on his face. It seemed like he was reviving the entire moment again.

So I took the grass and made it like a ring and proposed u. and u nodded like an excited child. Suddenly ur bro came snatched u from me glaring. he said he was looking for u. but u animatedly told wat happened and u jumped to my arms. I was so happy that I kissed all over ur face.

He was fine but doctor advised him bed rest. So we have to shift in London. I felt that I lost u. I tried to date other girls but unknowingly my heart was searching for that pretty princess. When I was doing my MBA my family moved to dubai for expanding the business and I had to stay in hostel. Gautam was my room mate. When I saw him I felt like I have seen him sumwhere. I tried to befriend him but he was so silent. Then slowly we became friends and he shared his secrets. He told about his naughty behen and showed me ur pic from his wallet. When I saw it my heart immediately recognized the little princess. I was staring like an idiot and whispered mishty.

I was drowning in those hazel eyes and dint realize that gautam was cursing profanities at me. I came out of thots when he snatched the wallet.

I dunno what to do. Suddenly I bent on my knees and folded my hands.

Gautam looked confusingly. I told the past incidents. He seem to remember and glared at me. I clutched his legs like a baby and told y I couldn't meet them the next day.

He told me u kept crying a whole week then eventually forgot. After begging a lot he agreed but made me promise I vl never leave u. he told me about ur likes, dislikes etc. he told me that he will make meet us and tell u abt my love. But I want no pressurizing on u. that's y when I completed my MBA I joined our business in London and worked there as an employee. After one year dad want me to take over business but I told dad that I will took over the company only when my love will b beside me. all were aware about my childhood love and when I told more abt u and showed ur pics they were literally fida on u, especially sweety. she s eager to c her grandchildren.

He was laughing while saying ds. I remembered the washroom incident. she s so cute.

Then to win ur heart gautam suggested to join here as professor and it was not difficult as my dadaji s one of the main trustee here. Then u noe the rest.

He looked at me keenly.

Geet.. I m so sorry.. I was a jerk for hiding this and I promise that I vl do whatever it takes to make up to u for the rest of my life.

He was crying at the end. I took my hands out of his and wiped the tears. I was not angry at him for hiding this but I felt blessed to get such a man in my life. His tears were pricking my heart.

I trust u maan..

He smiled thru tears that were again brimming his chocolate brown eyes. I decided to make the situation light.

And don't u dare break the promise. Warna u Haven't witnessed the real Geet handa!!

I said with a arrogance. He chuckled.

I blushed. But I was not ready to utter those words yet. A little bit teasing won't do bad,rt?

I stifled a yawn that escaped. He looked concerned. He leaned forward and gave a kiss on my forehead.

I nodded and closed my eyes and sleep overtook me within no tym.

Rest of the week I was pampered by gautam, meer and especially maan. he was making me feel like princess. When I open my eyes from my beauty sleep my room will b filled with fresh flowers like whilte lilies, roses, orchids. And he like a true gentleman will kiss me on top of my head and give a bouquet of white lilies, my favourite. i wanted him to kiss me on my lips but that khadoos khurrana still treats me like a fragile doll. But I can't blame him. I dint confess my love,rt?! Meer came to noe abt maan from gautam and after that her eyes always held a teasing gaze and I found myself blushing. Stupid blush!! When I witnessed the buddy relation b/w maan and bro I was shocked. I can swear that they were having a tough tym while acting.

It was the day of my discharge and I was doing a happy dancing.. mentally.. as usual maan came up with white lilies.

I had let down my hair just the way maan like and I was wearing the salwar maan gave me during our stay on his house. It was a white one. He was staring at me. and I blushed again. Nowadays I m blushing a lot. he leaned forward and his breath was falling on my lips. Our lips were so close but sum1 cleared throat. I looked to c my bro grinning stupidly. I gave him a glare b/c I have never ruined his moment with meer but nw he s acting as a villain. Urgh.. i so hate him.

Gautam and meer was hooting and whistling and I hid my embarrassed face on the crook of his neck. He dint seem to mind infact he enjoyed it a lot. we headed towards my house. Meer and gautam in one car and maan and I in other.
