Arnav clueless? or dame sure? jr ASR not his

Did anyone notice that Arnav knows that Sheetal is single mother, her son is about 8 to 9 years. but not for a moment does he even suspect that Aarav could be his child. he is totaly indifferent to sheetal single mother status.

the family noticed the similarities between Arnav and Aarav,

Arnav knows the Aarav is a precocious little boy and shares his love for gardening. He may have also noticed the way he dresses. Yet it does not cross his mind that the boy could be his. Strange na?
