Who owns more share in OVT company?

Arjun transferred all his shares in Ovi name when he announced his love for Purvi openly to Manav and family. He went out of DK house without single penny in his hand.

They purposefully showed Manav handing over shares to Ovi. We didn't see her transferring shares back to Arjun.

It means Arjun don't have any shares in D&K business. Arjun is managing business because his father has shares. i.e on behalf of DK (his father) and Ovi (as she is his wife).

Arjun already told Ovi has full rights in appointing people in office as she belong D family. This shows Ovi didn't transfer back her share s to Arjun. She is holding shares in her hand.

So Manav and Ovi share counts are high comparing to DK. In this case, Ovi can take over business in her hand at any situation. Only thing she needs is her father's support. DK can't do anything.

What do you think? Will Ovi chase Arjun out of her company?

Did CVs showed that share part just to show Arjun's heart?

is it having any significance?
