Divorced couple Delnaaz Irani and Rajiv Paul come together to compete for reality show

Television actors Delnaaz Irani and Rajiv Paul terminated their marriage barely a few months ago. And now, the couple will not only come face to face on the reality show, Bigg Boss, but they'll also compete for the top cash prize.

Moments before entering the house, Delnaaz sounded nervous and excited. While speaking to us, she did not know that her ex-husband, too, was a participant. "Being on Bigg Boss feels like an exam," she says.

However, when asked how she would react if she was to see Rajiv in the house, her tone turns stern. She says, "I'll think of him as one of the contestants. My divorce has come through. This show is just a game. I won't wash my dirty linen in public and I will not discuss my personal life on national television. In fact, I have made many jokes in the past about my divorce; I've said, 'I spent 14 years in a real Bigg Boss house', so this show is tame in comparison."

Meanwhile, Rajiv seemed comfortable with the fact that he just might end up spending three months with his ex-wife in one house.

"If she's there, she's most welcome. It isn't my house, so I can't decide who to invite. If I don't have a problem with a dacoit being a contestant, why would I have a problem with her? She was my wife for 14 years. I loved and respected her and I still do. I am not going into the house to pick fights," he says.
