The next day maneet woke up n were back with their routine life..

Maan reached Kc n started to work..geet was in km with Vicky…she was explaining to dadi what all happened the previous day…n how they met maan's friends…how friendly they are…she was in chater box mode…Vicky kept his ear phone in ears n started to listen to music..

Dexture st:omg…ye geet bi na..kitni bolthi hai…par..agar wo chup rahi tho bi acha nehi lagtha…hearing her blabber my ears will bleed..this Vicky..he atleast hears music…but what am I to do…

It closed its ears n went under the couch..dadi glared at both..vicky smiled weekly at dadi n removed his ear phone…

Dadi:whats ur plan today..

Vicky..we r going to watch tv.. :nothingelse..

Dadi:ok..u carry on..

Kc 10 a.m

Maan got a call from reception that arun varun has come to see him..

maan :send them in..n till they go out I don't want any disturbances..

rec:ok sir..

AV entered his cabin…they were nervous..n sweating badly…

Av:gud morng sir..

Maan lifted his gaze from the file n looked at them…they looked scared..he was sure there is something behind their nervousness..even geet also did not say anything to him..

Maan:morng..guys..take ur seat..

Av:its ok sir..

Maan:I said sit down..he slightly raised his voice n they sat immediately in fear..

Maan took the paper weight n started to roll on his table..they both imagined maan throwing it on them n breaking their head..fear engulfed more in them..they gulped their saliva thinking how to say the bitter truth..what will be his reaction..avs silence irritated maan..

Maan:u wanted to say me something..thats y u both r here..then y u r silent.

Av:erm..wo..sir..

Maan:spill the beans..i don't have full day for u both..

Av:sir..pls..after saying the truth..pls forgive us..we are really sry for what we did…n we assure u it wont happen again..we have changed..

Maan couldn't understand anything..

Maan:what r u saying..

AV sighed..

Av:sir..we know that u n geet hold some relation..

Maan:like..

AV:friends..relatives..or may be u love her..

Maan stopped rolling the paper weight n saw them both..

Maan:what made u think so..

Av:pls sir..dont harm us..

They closed their eyes n said..

Av:when u came to rescue geet in library..we were there…we heared u calling her jaan…

Maans eyes turned red in anger..

He stood up from his chair making it move long away from him..he grabbed both avs collar..with neck…

Maan:it means..u both harmed her..u r the reason for her torturous nights..

Av:sir,actually..the prank was for Vicky..but geet came their…it was unintentional..yakeen keejiye..sir pls…

Maan tightened his grip on their neck n pinned them to wall..both tried hard to come out of his iron grip…they failed n coughed badly..

Their breathe shortened

Av:si..r..pls..trust..us..we love our friend..we care for her…

Maans grip loosened n they freed themselves from him..

Av:sir..geet has forgiven us..pls u also forgive us..

Maan closed his eyes n tightened his fingers..to control his temper..

He has seen their care n love for geet..they also behaved protective like him..he stamped his foot in anger n went n sat in his chair..

Maan:what made u think I will forgive u both..

Av:bcoz we accepted our fault..as per we know u always support truth..n we genuinely feel bad for what we did..if we want we would have hidden it from u..

Maan smirked..

Maan:if I ve found u na..ur heads will not be in ur place for hurting her..

He sighed n continued..

Maan:n I forgive u as u confessed u r guilty…n more over ive seen ur concern for her..

Av were happy:thank u sir..shall we go now…

Maan:hmm..but with one condition..

Av:what?

Maan:u both will never let others know..that..

Av smiled teasingly:ahem..we got..we wont say u love her..n she too loves u…

Maan:what?

He screamed

Man:how can

Av:we both saw u both in theatre also..ahem..ur hands entangled with hers…she was happy seated next to u..

Maan was left speechless as they have seen them both.…

Av:but,,ive one doubt..did Vicky know about u both…becoz he was always with her..then how come he don't know about geet n u..

Maan:will u both shut ur mouth.just keep full stop to ur thinking..its our personal matter..geet is my everything...n haan if u ever open the mouth then u imagine ur consequences..if u care for her truly u wont say..bcoz if the news is out geets life will be in danger..

The last sentence made them think..

Maan smiled slightly..u may go now..n forgot that u ever met me..

He hesitated then said

Maan:take care of her..n if u think she is in problem n I must be there .call me..

Av :yes sir..

They said thank u n went back to house

In their house

Arun:did u see his eyes

Varun:he loves geet so much..

Both hi5ed..n relaxed as their heavy heart was light today..

The days passed n week end came…

Vickys friends booked a hall n made arrangements for celebrating geets birthday...they called their whole group along with arjun ,hiten n gauri…

Geet was dressed in a pair of jean n kurti with shawl around her neck…she wore a simple bracelet n the watch which Vicky gave…

Vicky was instructed to bring geet blindfolded…n he did..

Entering the hall,he removed the cloth..flower petals showered on her..n all friends sang Happy birthday to u…

she was baffled seeing the decors n arrangements…it was perfectly done of her choice..she was guided towards the cake..she blew the candle n cut it..she gave the first piece to Vicky…then to others…all gave her gifts..all girly stuffs..

arjun n arohi gave her a video game..which she liked the most..

all started to dance n had full fun…geet enjoyed a lot..

after having dinner,all went to their homes..bidding bye to each other saying will meet on Monday in college..

the next day..

the college was fully busy..the results were announced for all..all students were happy n excited to meet the friends after a long leave..n were searching their names in notice board..some were happy..some were dull according to the percentage they got..

principal took the mike

princi:hello students..

students chorus:hello sir

princi:hope u enjoyed ur vacation..

students:yes sir

princi:.u must have seen the board..

students:yes sir..

princi:here I am proud to share some things with u..who topped college..

principal was saying about the toppers of all courses..who did bachelors n masters..

principal..:now its time for the breaking news..who topped not only in college..all over india in bba..any guesses..

principal:yes..maan singh khurana..i am proud to have a student like him..he is not all rounder in studies..he looks after his construction company also..all students must take him as idol…n move towards ur victory..n one more gud news..he is continuing his masters here..

there was a huge applause..geet was feeling proud….she is the topper in first year..but her happiness were boundless hearing maans praises..

sam n shyam has just passed…shyam felt jealous hearing the praises of maan…next he smirked..its time to execute the plan…

he moved to maan…who was sitting with his friends…but was busy checking mails in his phone n replying them…

arjun,hiten n gauri has also passed in first class n has decided to continue masters..so their friendship continued now too..

Maan did not care..

Hiten:did u fight with him..

Gauri:u hiten..arghhh..he is not u..that I will fight with him..

Maan smiled inwardly..this two cat n rat will never change…

Maan looked at him..like what u want

He said ever so soft…

Maan looked at his eyes ..it looked cunning n had some mischief behind it…

Shyam extended his hands

Shyam:maan lets forget the past..im sry for all..can we be friends…

Maan looked at his hands..

Maan:shyam,maan makes friends of his choice…my hands never extends to all..

Gauri:haan haan nazeeb walon kohi miltha hai..

Shyam,s ego hurt hearing his no indirectly..…but he still plastered a fake smile..

Shyam:maan we are again in same class..atleast as collegues we may share a gud relation..

Maans phone buzzed..

Shyam was still thinking how to make him accept..

All four friends looked at each other..they know shyam is upto something..n maan wants to know it..

Shyam kept the coke tin some distance away from him..he took 5 pebbles from ground..

Shyam:sam,count the time..she looked at watch..

Shyam stood in a normal distance n threw the pebbles..it reached safely inside the coke can..

Shyam:sam,how much time it took

Sam:45 sec

Shyam gave the pebbles to him..

Shyam:if u pocket this within 45 secs.u r free..

Maan took the pebbles n stood a lil far away from where shyam stood..before shyam thinks maan is fool to compete him,he was proven wrong..maan pocketed all 5..all their jaws were wide opened

Maan:how many seconds arjun

Arjun:15 seconds..

Maan :ok guys..im free now u all enjoy..i am going for a meeting..

Maan came to shyam..

Maan;bye shyam..better luck next time..bcoz im maan..not others…

Shyam still couldnot believe it..the whole college knew that only he can pocket pebblesin can..others always missed 1 r 2..but maan did it..

Hiten gauri n arjun passed away him n sam

Gauri spoke a little loud so that they may here..

Gauri:some people are shameless,how many times u defeat them..they will come again to get humiliated..

At night maan came all exhausted..he fell on the couch tiredly..just then he felt two soft hands removing his tie n coat..

Maan:mishty..tum..

Geet:haan mein..kyun..

Maan:I thought u must have slept..

Geet:how could i..i want to wish u straight..u topped…I am so happy…she hugged him tight expressing how happy she is..

Her one smile makes his tiredness away..

He hugged her back..

Congrats to u too mrs .khuarana..u also topped in first year..im also proud of my wife…he said rubbing his nose with hers..

She giggled..n the next moment she stopped hearing his stomach growl..

Geet:prince u r hungry..now go freshup n come..ill prepare the table..

Maan looked geet in horror..what if she messes up..

Geet said like he read his thoughts..

Geet:prince trust me..

Maan left to room..freshed up n came down…he was surprised to see all his favourite foods on counter top in kitchen..he took the seat there..

Maan:it smells gud..

Geet prepared his plate n placed before him..

All south Indian dishes…rava kesari,idli,pongal,sambar,chutney..

Maan had it..he tasted every bit of it..

Geet was looking at his expressions..

Maan:yummy...i must kiss those hands today…kalakka..ur taste is too gud than ever..

Kalakka came there..she took geets hand towards maan..

She said teasingly n went away leaving the two turn red..

Geet:in vacation..i don't know all..only few dishes..that too only ur favourites ..

Maan was again falling for her innocent acts..he kissed her cheeks..

The next day he brought glass bangles for her n made her wear it..

For the hands which made tasty food for me..

Geet was very happy..

Geet:how do u know I like glass bangles..

Maan:bcoz still u r same innocent my kiddo wiffy..who is happy with small things..geet shaked her hands making sounds n smiled happily..

Both were looking at each other..their love is evident in their every acts..but who will proceed….both are thinking about each other..maan thinking about her health.n about her innocence...geet trying to understand why she feels something different for maan..

Second year of college started to Vicky n geet…maan in mba first year..their relation ship was same…Vicky n geets bond was growing…which made gossips in college too..for their luck it never reached their ears nor maans..

during convocation day also the medias made a big news on maans topping…which only angered rahul..every news of maan added fuel to him..

At any cost I will not let u get this..if this contract goes out of my hand..i will be pushed to second place..n u will get the first place..mei ye hone nehi doonga..i can even kill u 2 make u out of this contract…

A man came with drinks n gave to him..he went out n called maans bg bahadur..

Man:sry..this time I cant help u..i heared that he has planned something against IT contract..he has called the man from washroom..so I couldn't trace it…n sir life is also in danger…take care..if I came across anything I will inform u.

Bahadur:ok..i will inform sir..thanks for the information..

Bahadur called maan n informed that rahul is with some plan of making the contract his..n even planning against maan..

Maan:ok..n keep tight securities for all…

Bahadur:samajgayi sir..for all..

Maan never cared for him or his life..but now..he wants to live atleast for his innocent wife..he must safeguard her from all harms..unknowingly if anyone came to know she is maan s life she will be in danger..he cant risk her life nor dadi nor Vicky…

He tightened the security….still geet n vicky were in their own world ..their masti never ends when friends are around them..whenever the boys fall on her beauty n tried to approach her Vicky n friends shielded geet..n kept her away from them..it was one reason for shyam..he was getting more attracted to her beauty..n determined to broke the wall around her..sam was still jealous on geet as she got the priority among friends n college…sam tried to talk to maan..but maan always avoided her..sam was getting mad on maan n shyam on geet..both were waiting for the perfect timing…

Maan was busy in kc..the next day was the IT contract day…the md has specially visiting all construction companies n making a graph of it..he needs the best…so maan was making all run with perfection in work…at evening when maan came to the conference hall..he saw the blue print missing n the cd was broken…his one month work has been wasted..maan looked at his watch..it was 4..still he has time..22 hrs left for presentation.the meeting was scheduled at 2 after lunch..he ordered his staffs to redo the work..most of them are family persons n other than adi all left by 7…maaan was getting highly tension…he can guess it's the work of rahul..but before that he must make the works ready …he cant lose this contract..

Maan worked till 11 pm n asked adi to go home…he too went home ..he did not even talk to geet..nor he changed his dress..he again started to work..geet was worried n was also hurt with his behavior..first time he is ignoring her presence..maan finished the presentation file n kept aside..he went n started to make blue prints..he came back to table to verify measurement…geet who was getting angry just stamped her foot n turned fast to go back…but by mistake the water jug fell on the file making all his work again wasted…

Maan looked geet angrily..his work pressure n tension made him angry..geet was standing there with her palm on mouth..she was really sorry for what she did..

Geet:sry..prince..i..did not see it..

Maan gave her the file…

Maan:I don't want any explanation…if the damage is done by you..recover bhi tume hi karna hoga..

Geet:but..how can i..

Maan:I don't know what u will do..do u know what u did..its tomorrows presentation..already the file is missing cd is broken..im trying to recover all..but u are again spoiling my works..go..finish n come..

Maan again concentrated on blue prints…
