Shyam the only one with brains!

it seems that in IPKKND Shyam is the only one gifted with brains, he manipulates, thinks, plays with others feelings and emotions...etc, whilst Arnav can't figure out (or even be bothered) who purchased those camera equipments with Anji's credit card. and its better not to even talk of Anji's brains... hmmm sad that the leads are shown with such low intelligence.
