Jennifer Lopez joins Hispanic TV network

Jennifer Lopez has been named a co-owner of NuvoTV, an English-language network that targets Hispanic viewers in the US.

Lopez and her production company, Nuyorican Productions, will take an active role in the network, providing programming, assisting with marketing and strategy, reports Bloomberg. The former American Idol judge will receive a minority stake in the eight-year-old network in exchange. Other financial terms were not revealed.
