Contestants dissatisfied??

Hi Guys !! Gd Morning n Namashkar !

By the time the show was over I secured loyalty points by playing through SMS ( more than 18000 points) and by landline ( more than 13000 points). I think I would have secured maximum loyalty points in this game !! As per the extant rules of the game show I had requested them by letter and also over phone to redeem the points. But till now there is no response from the ZEE TV officials. Can anybody suggest me - how to make them respond?
