After school, Geet was in Pari's car and together both of them were watching Maan and Sufiyan sitting on the back top of Maan's car across the student's parking lot.
Sufiyan asked, "You think whoever she is will come?"
Maan looked at Sufiyan with blank eyes, "I don't know...only time could answer that question."
Pari coxed, "Come on Geet, he really wants to meet you."
Geet stated, "No, I am not going to go. Already I have embarrassed myself a lot in front of him and anyway what you think, he will believe me when I go up there and say, 'hey... I am the girl whom you were dancing with last night' No, I don't think so. Almost all the girls in school want to be his and he will think I am one of them."
Pari kept her hand on Geet's hand and said, "You know I so wish I could say that is not true," she sighed, "but I can't"
Geet squeezed Pari's hand, "I know it's not," and smiled slightly.
Pari said, "Hey still we could give it a try, at least go and see may be it will work and he will believe you."
Geet sighed, emerged in her own thoughts, after few minutes she gave in, "okay, but this is only because you are behind me on this topic since morning."
Pari smiled, "That's my girl," she continued, "trying won't hurt."
Geet kept the bag of chips aside, she was munching on and climbed out of the car, closing the door she turned towards Pari asking is she could just sit back in the car with her eyes.
Pari wished, "Go and Good Luck!"
Geet sighed and mumbeled, "Thanks!" before she crossed the lot and walked towards Maan. Seeing her come up Maan and Sufiyan eyed each other and jumped down the car.
Geet greeted, "Hey...I know you are busy, but I got to tell you something."
Maan said, "Hey, yeah I also wanted to talk since last time you were running late, but right now I really got to find someone so, can we talk later?"
Monal bit her lower lip, "Yeah...but - "
Maan smiled, "Great," to Sufiyan, he said, "Let's go."
They both climb in the car and drive off.
Geet stared at the disappearing car, as it turned around the corner she turned around and traced her path back.
She slums her shoulders and looked at Pari. She was not sad at all, in fact she had totally predicted how it would turn out, it was her friend who had hopes, and could see in Pari's eyes that she was disappointed.
Pari smiled a small smile, "was worth a try," and started her car.
Geet said, "He didn't even heard a single word I had to say," she titled her head towards Pari and continued, "how is it worth a try, if he didn't hear me out at all?"
Pari gritted, "I am sorry," and blamed herself, once she was done blaming herself,
Geet asked, "Why are you sorry?" She continued, "Looks like it's too much to just dance with a superstar...I should be the one to be sorry...if I knew it was him than I would not have danced at all and any of this might have never happened."
The car stopped in front of Geet's house and she climbed out saying, "Thanks for the ride."
Pari waved, "Anytime...will continue the conversation later on."

The sun was all ready to slid down the horizon and call a day for itself, Geet was enjoying the welcoming breeze of the late evening, as she peacefully sat on her window sill gazing out up high at the sky to see the stars shine out slowly.
But her peace was not long lived, "Geet where are you?" Naina called.
Geet sighed, closed her eyes, and was on the urge to curse out severely. She took a deep breath, and heading out her door she yelled, "Coming" and made her way towards the sun room.
Naina looked up as Geet entered, "I want whole house clean, day after tomorrow I am having a party." She announced.
Geet narrowed her eye brows, making a thin line with her lips. "Party? For what?" She asked.
Naina gave her a look that said did you just dare to question me? and she said, "Don't ask questions, do as you are told to do."
Geet rolled her eyes and pitied on herself as she mumbled, "Geet, your true self is lost for good, she sighed and said a bit louder, "Kay, it will be done," as she walked back out and headed towards kitchen to get the dinner ready.

I know not a big update..specially considering the long wait. I am really sorry, but studies have kept me really busy. I promise the next update will be in next two weeks and it will be a long one for sure. Also, that's the new turn in the story, so far things have been going really similar to the movie, but now the plot is really taking its turn.
