Arnav's friends had arranged a splendid party for him and it had gone well, after many days he'd enjoyed his friends' company But there was something he was missing and that was her presence, he wished for a moment Khushi would be with him but then he reminded himself that what type of relationship they shared, he laughed inwardly at his heart to thinking like this ,But fact couldn't have changed, he was missing Khushi,really missing her,her face was again and again flashing in front of his eyes, he'd tried to take thoughts of her off his mind since he'd entered in party but she always returned in his mind, sometime he felt as she was close to him, once he saw her standing at the one of corner looking at him but it was his illusion , "you've gone Mad Arnav Singh Raizada,Khushi is not here" he hit his head with his hand sipping another glass of his drink,he shrugged Khushi thoughts and turned his eyes towards dance floor where couple were dancing on slow music, he smiled taking another sip.

"Congrats Arnav"he swung around to felt someone standing at his back and it didn't take him too much time to recognize the person who was he, "hi I am Shayam,you must be heard about me from your wife"

He smiled meaningfully and Arnav tightly clutched the glass in his hand, anger rushed in his veins and his eyeballs fixed on his face,Arnav didn't reply so he opened his mouth further, "if she didn't tell you,let me introduce you myself ,I am her Ex-fiance.I'd broken our marriage." Giving him meaningful smile Shayam continued his bullshit,the way he was trying to remind their ex-relationship to him,Arnav's blood boiled in anger he felt urge to smash his face and hit him hard but then gasping air he tried to control his anger as he didn't want to create any scene there "I don't want to hear your bullshit,stay away from me "

Saying this with great difficulty holding his anger Arnav turned to take steps when his voice stopped him, "I know you are not interested but I want to tell you something about your wife, Khushi, you know she is not innocent girl she'd many affairs and before few days of our marriage suddenly she got kidnapped and after spending a night with a stranger...''"

Arnav threw the glass in anger and took step towards him

"Shut up Bas****, how dare you say about my wife like this?"Arnav caught his collar and gave him punch hard on his face, he taken aback at Arnav's sudden attack as he did not think Arnav will react in this way he thought saying all this about Khushi he would create a problem for her But it turned out opposite.. Shayam got jerk and couldn't compose himself, "how dare you say bad about my wife"Arnav shouted on him with the top of his voice in anger giving him another hard punch and he fell on floor, everyone rushed towards Arnav to stop him but he was not in his senses anymore, "how dare he take my wife's name.."Arnav smashed his face with another quick punch and blood came out from his mouth , he couldn't attack back, "Arnav please leave him"Avinash(Arnav's friend)held Arnav trying to stop him but he was continuously beating him up, some security guards also came there and they tried to stop Arnav, "Please Arnav ,he is injured'"Avinash held Arnav trying to keep him away from Shayam and Arnav giving him a last punch moved away from him,

"How dare he say about my wife?"Arnav was murmuring continually in his mouth in anger giving Shayam angry stares and Avinash holding Arnav hand took him another side so they could give Shayam first aid,

"What happened Arnav?why have you beaten him up so badly? If something would happen to him then...'"

Arnav interrupted him looking straight at him, "So what I don't care about anything, he said bad about my wife, how dare he even take my wife's name, I'll kill him"

Arnav said throwing his anger and Avinash pressed his hand on his shoulder signaling him to calm down , "Relax Arnav,I can understand but you should not have beaten him up so badly, he gets very injured, I just advise you to stay away from him,it'll affect your reputation and I don't want people think wrong about you "Avinash tried to calm him down and Arnav gasped air controlling his anger,

"I am sorry yaar,I didn't want to create any scene here but that Shayam'"Arnav said in apologizing tone trying to shrug his anger but last words came in a rage voice as Shayam face flashed in front of his eyes raising his anger.

"its ok Arnav but please relax"Avinash gave him slight smile patting his anger.

Arnav took a deep breath, "I want to go back home"

"Let me drop you"Avinash suggested looking at his condition, he knew Arnav was in so much anger what If he hurt himself..

"NO, I'll go by myself, I am fine"Arnav turned down his suggestion to apologizing look and Avinash didn't insist him though he wanted to drop him.

"ok but be careful"Avinash gave him a side hug and Arnav taking out his car key went towards the parking area, he didn't want to stay there for even a moment as he knew if he saw him again he could not control his anger, how dare he talk about Khushi like this, didn't he know how much she is innocent, she is pure like an angel, how dare he even think about Khushi like this..i'll kill him if he ever tries to say bullshit about her..

Murmuring those words in anger again and again accusing Shayam in his words Arnav when reached home he himself did not know..

Today the way he reacted at Shayam's words he himself didn't know what had happened to him? Why he could not bear when he took Khushi's name,he was confused at himself for behaving like this he never did like this before, how badly he'd beaten him up if Avinash did not take him away he would probably kill Shayam..

He took a deep breath before stepping inside the house, for his luck, lights were switched off it meant no one was awake, he gave a quick glance to his parents' room for confirmation and then slowly taking steps he moved towards his room, No their room..He corrected himself; clicking the knob he opened the door and slipped into the room, giving a quick glance around finally his eyes fell on her who was sleeping on bed peacefully. He took step towards bed as he was very tired but then thinking something in his mind he dropped the idea, he knew his presence on bed would make her scared, uncomfortable and he did not want her to get scared, he hated her those fear filled eyes .Arnav looked back at her ,she was looking so beautiful, so cute, though the lights were switched off but the dim light of moon peering through the window falling on her face making her more beautiful, he could not pull away his eyes from her face as something was in her captivating him ,something which he never felt before for anyone, he tried to jerk off these thoughts who were making him restless, But could not get succeeded whenever his eyes fell on her he got lost in her, a great urge to hold her, to kiss her, to see her smiling was raising in his heart, his hand unintentionally moved forward and bending down on her face his fingers slightly played with strands of her hairs, his lips curled into a smile when she frowned in her sleep he felt urged to feel her lips but then he shrugged the idea and caressing, tracing his fingers carefully on her face he enjoyed her frowning in sleep, he leaned down and placed his lips on her forehead, something strange emotions had been captivating his heart and he could not do anything and let his heart to do what he wanted to do, he lingered his lips for some time to feel great peace in his heart and then immediately moved away before she could awake due to his impulsive act, but for his luck she did not wake up he sighed happily and smiling inwardly he walked out the room closing the door carefully behind him..

Shilpa opened her eyes with jerk feeling something near her feet and the sight in front of her eyes brought the tears in them .She smiled looking at his son who was sleeping near their bed keeping his head closed to her feet. "Arnav"she surprisingly gave him another look getting up and lovingly moved her fingers on his hair, "Arnav slept here" she murmured caressing her cheek with motherly affection, he used to do the same whenever he got upset, "does Khushi know Arnav is here?"

The sun rays peered into the room through the light shade curtains and disturbed Khushi's sleep she rubbed her eyes irritatingly and opened them, "get up Khushi,its 7.30 now"she mumbled looking at the clock irritatingly, she removed the comforter from her and stretched her arms "feeling so relax because I did not see him the whole past day"she smiled happily remembering the past day which was the best day for her after her marriage to Arnav,she spent the whole day with her parents and enjoyed Arnav's absence..

"Thank GOD he was not here if he would then we would've to act like a lovey-dovey couple in front of them'"she sighed happily and placing aside her comforter she sprang out of bed but then something struck in her mind she again gave a look to the whole room..

"Where is Arnav?"A question raised in her mind as she realized his absence in the room.
