Disha is sitting alone and crying (what's new!) over what her father said to her. Inder on the other hand tells Anupam that he is going to the Bhosale residence and telling Vijendra about what happened at Kanaka City. Anupam says that he will talk about this to Vijendera himself, but he is more worried about the loan that Vijendra has got approved from the Bank. Inder calls up Shikha Roy on her cell and tells her that he would like to meet up with her regarding the loan that Vijendra has got approved. Shikha is surprised and wonders who Inder is, but anyway she agrees to meet him. Shikha is sitting with DK in his Office and he listens to the conversation. Shikha asks him what is to be done now. He tells her that she should meet Inder but in no account should the house papers go back to Vijendra.
Inder comes to meet Shikha and tells her that they can no longer afford to take the loan and that she should cancel the loan processing. Shikha is taken aback and very rudely informs Inder that this is not possible now. Inder replies back that there is no such rule wherin a person has to take the loan just because the Bank has approved, he threatens to her that he will take up this matter with the consumer court. Shikha gets petrified and rushes to meet DK. DK tells her to cancel the loan amount and give the collaterla back to Vijendra. DK's assistant Raj and Shikha are shocked and ask him why does he want to give Vijendra the papers back after going through so much of trouble. DK gives them both his typical withering look and tells them to shut up and do what they are being asked to do. Shikha and Raj give DK a dirty look!
Meanwhile in the Bhosale home, Vijendra gets to know the truth about the Kanaka Contract and is mortified that he laid all the blame on Disha. He goes to Disha's room where Ranu is pacifiying Disha and apologises to her. He tells her that he is proud of her that she refused the indecent proposal from DK. He says that nothing is more important than honour and self-respect for him and that Disha has upheld his belief. Suhas comes in with Anupam, Gautam and they have a happy family reunion. 
Then Vijendra says with a very angry expression that there is still some unfinished business left and he has to take care of it.
Meanwhile in Kanaka Office, DK tells Shikha that more than Vijendra's enemity, his friendship with Shikha is more profitable for them. Raj and Shikha as usual do not understand anything. DK in his trademark style comments that both of them have anyway never understood more than what their brains have been functioned to accept. Shikha mutters under her breath about DK being an impossible guy to understand and work with. She takes leave and goes out of the building when she sees Vijendra storming in to DK's cabin. Vijendra does not see her.
September 27 Episode-18
Vijendra bangs into DK's Office and introuduces himself. He then screams on DK being an arrogant, indecent man who blackmailed his daugher for giving their company the contract. He says that he will never forget this insult to Disha and that he swears to bring DK's empire down and that he wil put DK on the road. DK is furious, when Raj says that he will ask the security to stop Vijendra in the gate and they will deal with him in someother way. No one will get to know that Vijendra ever came and went from Kanaka. DK stops Raj much to his experation and tells him that he will make everything that Vijendra just said true... but it will apply for Vijendra and not for DK.
Vijendra is sitting in his office with Anupam and discussing the financial state of their company, which is pretty bad. He says that now that they do not have the Kanaka Project and neither any finance, how should they begin again. Just then Shikha Roy comes in and tells Vijendra that she had to quit her job at the Bank because of the loan fiasco. Vijendra apologies to her and thanks her for going out of the way to help him. She says that she has already got a job with a leading finance company where she would be the boss and that she wants Vijendra to be her first client. Vijendra is elated and thanks Shikha profusely. He tells Anupam that Shikha is like an angel who always comes in to help him out. When Shikhas steps out, DK calls her on her cell and tells her if Vijendra has fallen for the bait, she replies in the affirmative. He thanks her courtesely. Shikha then wonders how volatile DK is, and how he keeps changing his moods. She smiles to herself as she wonders if she is attracted to him!
On the other hand, Suhasini and Gautam's mother decide that Ranu should be sent out of their house for some days as Ranu should not come to know of Inder and Disha. They decide that Gautam' s mom and Ranu will go to Dubai to attend a relatives wedding. Suhasini then insists on them leaving immediately as she does not want Ranu to face either Inder or Disha for fear of the truth coming out. Ranu is very upset as she wants to meet Disha once before going but is not able to do so. Gautam's mom and Ranu leave for Dubai.
On the other hand, Disha tells Inder that Ranu is hopelessly in love with him and that he is lucky to get someone's love and devotion and that he should accept it happily. Inder says that the same can be true for Disha also as she is also getting Inder's love, then why is that she is rejecting it for her sister's happiness. Disha is at a loss of words, Inder says that he is leaving for the Bhonsale residence right now and is going to speak to Vijendra about them. Before Disha can stop him, he drives off. Disha is petrified and tells Gautam that they have to stop Inder before he speaks to her father.
Inder reaches ahead of them & tells the truth to Vijendra. Gautam and Disha come home to see a shocked Vijendra with Inder who looks both guilty and relieved at the same time. Vijendra then gives a questioning look at Disha who is totally at loss!

After Boston Boy tells Vijay the truth, he asks Disha is this is true. Disha as usual just weeps and keeps quiet. Inder keeps pleading and begging with her but to no avail. She keeps mum. Vijay then tells Inder that it is probably Inder's misunderstanding that Disha loves him. He says, now that Inder has got Disha's answer, will he marry Ranu, even though it is now clear that Inder does not love Ranu. Inder is dumbstuck and looks at Disha begging her to say something. Gautam too puts in a word for Disha and Inder but Vijay tells him that if Disha is not able to stand up for herself, then no one else has any right to say anything for her. Vijay then asks Disha that why is that she does not trust him enough to tell him the truth, why is that she is always sacrificing for the happiness of others. He says that even though she is is not saying anything, he can make out from her silence that she loves Inder. He then takes Disha's hand and gives it to Inder. Disha then remembers her Aai's words that Ranu will do something drastic if she doesn't get Inder. Disha wrings her hand from Inder and runs away to her room. Inder looks on with tears in his eyes.
On the other hand, Suhas while returning from the airport after dropping Ranu and Sukanya goes to a fortune teller whom Sukanya had recommended. She then shows Ranu and Inder's horoscope to the Jyotishi and asks him about their future. He tells her that he will speak only on the condition that she has to believe in what he says and not treat his art skeptically. He says that Ranu and Inder are destined to be married to each other and no matter what problems come in their way, they will be together. Suhas is absolutely elated. She then shows him Disha's horoscope. The jyotishi is shown to be a little petrubed, he asks who this girl is. Suhas says that she is her elder daughter. He says that her horoscope is very bad and that she is destined to live a life of dejection and hardship. Whenever she does any good for anyone, she is destined to suffer only. Also, she will be under the influence of a very evil force (read DK!) who will make her life miserable. Suhas is shattered to hear it, then the jyothishi also says that her planets are so bad that all her near and dear ones will suffer along with her. She will be a very bad influence on her father and that she might also become a reason for his death. Suhas cringes at this and travels back home with great tension over what the jyothishi has said.
When she gets back home, she tells Vijendra that she has shown Inder and Ranu's horoscope to an astrologer and that they are perfectly matched for each other. Vijendra then tells her that Inder had come and told him that he is in love with Disha, but Disha had not said anything. Vijendra then says that he cannot let Disha make such a big sacrifice for her sister and that he will convince Disha to marry Inder and that Ranu will have to make the sacrifice. Suhasini is shocked to hear this and thinks why is that Vijendra always thinks about Disha's happiness and sacrifices and not of Ranu's. She decides that no matter what, she will make sure that Inder and Disha won't get married.

Suhas and Vijay have a showdown on the Ranu vs Disha issue. Vijay says that there is no question of Disha sacrificing as Inder doesn't love Ranu and he won't marry her whatever the situation. Suhas says that she will never sacrifice her own daughter's happiness for a servan't daughter. She says that they have done more than enough for Disha inspite of what her father did. She says that Vijay might be a great human being to make sacrifices but she is a mother and she will always uput the happiness of her children before someone else. She says that it is enough for her that Ranu is in love with Inder and that she will make sure that the two of them get married. Vijay is stupified at this statement and Suhas walks off furiously. Disha hears this entire conversation and is stunned to learn that she is not Vijay & Suhas's biological daughter. Disha goes to Suhas and asks her about what all she just said. She begs Suhas to say that all that she heard was just Suhas's anger and not the truth. As usual she keeps crying and weeping. Suhas is moved but does not react, just keeps mum. Vijay hears this conversation and gets all emotional. He tells Disha that she is their own daughter and whatever she heard was just an emotional outburst. He tells her to never even get such a though in her mind about Disha not being their daughter. Disha goes back to her room not entirely convinced. She thinks that if all that she heard was just anger on part of Suhas then why is that Vijay could not look at Disha directly when convining her. She realizes that something is definietly wrong. Suhas comes to Disha and apologizes for her outburst. She says that she has never differenciated b/w Disha and Ranu and that Disha is as much her daughter as Ranu. She then says that Vijay has decided to get her married to Inder. She says that Vijay has proved his responsibilityas a father and now it is upto Disha to prover herself as a sister. This conversation convinces Disha that she is not Vijay & Suhas's daughter but she has been adopted. She thinks to herself that for all practical purposes she is and will always be their daughter and that they have loved her more than her own parent would probably have loved her. She thinks about Ranu who adores and looks upto Disha more than anyone else. She says to herself, now that she knows that she is the adopted one, it is all the more her responsibility to repay what Vijay and Suhas for their gratitude towards her. She decides that she will never marry Inder come what may. |
