Part 2

Khushi: can I .. can I lend your body?

Arnav who was standing near the canvas almost trip over it, when he heard her request. He was surprised with her request..

ASR: WHAT? What did you just say?

Khushi (looking down and slowly said): I , I just said can you lend me your body? To be my model.. I never had a male model to paint..so..so..

ASR (Scratching his head, looked left and right, cant believe what he just heard from this petite girl in front of him): I cant believe this..!

Khushi looked at him with hopes in her eyes. Somewhere deep down her she felt save being around this one man only. At first she was most afraid of him because of the reputation he had which was exploited by the media but when she came to know him, she felt he was not what he portrayed to the outside world.

ASR: I seriously cant believe this, when I said I would lend you my body, I never thought that you would waste a heavenly thing for painting'hmmm..let it be.. just tell me where and when I will be there ok!

Khushi (looked at him with a slight smile): tomorrow after office hours? Here?

ASR: tomorrow is good. but not here, somewhere else.

Khushi: where? I don't have any other place..

ASR: hmm..how about my place? That is if you don't mind! I promise I wont do anything to you (he carried his hand in a pledging way)

Khushi (reluctantly): hmm.. ok!!

The Next Day

A sudden board meeting was arranged in AR Fashion House (ARFH). Aakash is trying to contact ASR. All of them in ARFH were at the edge because Ashutosh Singh Raizada was in the house. Everyone including the interns were called to the meeting. He was questioning on the progress of ARFH. When suddenly ASR barged in..

ASR (shouting): what the hell is everyone doing here?

That's when he noticed, his "so called" Father sitting there. He just looked at him for a moment and took his seat. Than he looked at Shyam. He knew Shyam was up to something that's why Ashutosh was here.

Shyam: owh, very well! Arnav is this the time to come in? you are late by 3 hours..

ASR( ANNOYED): YAA, so?

Ashutosh calmly looked at Arnav. He knew his son does not like his presence and would retaliate.

Shyam: what do you mean Yaa, so? you are the boss of ARFH..IF you yourself are irresponsible, then how would your staff respect you. I guess what the media has been saying is true after all..

Khushi just watched arnav. She had never seen him so furious. She know shyam was doing all this because Arnav helped her yesterday. Arnav was beyond rage. He clutched his fist.

ASR: maybe! Maybe it is true. But atleast I am who I am. And if I am irresponsible can you please care to explain the current rise of profit in our company for the past year which is ever since I stepped in? a person should not be judge by his appearance but what are the end results by him, Shyam Manohar Jha! Because as far as I know he can look all responsible and nice but he is nothing but a disgusting A** hole who takes advantage on his female co-workers in the name of work. I hope this rings the bell in the tiny head of yours! You son of a b**ch!

Ashutosh (who all the wile kept quiet): CHOTEY! BEHAVE YOURSELF!

Arnav was infuriated when he heard Ashutosh. Everyone was looking at the father son duo..

ASR (shouting): don't call me that.. !! (saying that he pushed all the files on the table down and stomped of from the board room)

Arnav was sitting in his cabin, he was holding his head. It was aching so badly! Various visions disturbing him.

Vision 1:

A Lady standing on some tall building, looking at him.

Lady: chotey! He hates you, he will kill you! Come with me..

Vision 2:

A lady at the mandap! Her wedding shattered! Tears flowing down her cheeks! Her dreams shattered!

Vision 3:

Everyone shouting! Running around screaming. A body was on the floor splattered with blood.

Present:

ASR: Ahhh'

He got up from his chair, and loosened his tie. He was sweating! He took some mendicants from his drawer gulping it down as he drank some water and sat back calming himself down. He heard a knock on the door..

ASR: COME IN!

IT was Anna. She came in walking sexily.

Anna: ASR u ok?

ASR: hmm, yaa! Wads up?

She walked up to him and sat on his lap. she crawled her hands to the back of his neck and brought her face close to his ear.

Anna: hmmm.. nothing baby..just thought of accompanying u. how about you and me, tonight? Your place or mine or anywhere..(licked his ears as she finish)

Arnav felt annoyed, this girl never seem to understand. He politely made her stand and smirked at her.

ASR: haha.. anna you know we are long time over you see and you know I don't get involve with my staffs. Whatever happened between us was before you joined ARFH Soo ..I hope you understand..

Anna(seducing): owh come on ASR.. a bit of fun wont harm.

ASR: hmmm, aint gona give up aren't you! Ok I will call you if needed.. now lets get back to work can we..

Anna was delighted. She thought Arnav finally gave in to his temptation for her. She got up and leaned to kiss him on his cheeks "see you tonight" and left. Arnav was relieved that she decided to go. He thought to him self " god! This woman! Such a pain."

It was after office hours, Khushi stood at the entrance with her painting stuff waiting for Arnav to come. When Arnav passed her, she looked at him. He just looked and came near her.

ASR: hi Khushi! what are you doing here? Do you need anything?

Khushi just looked at him with hope in her eyes. She did know what to do!

ASR: Khushi is all fine? You want anything? (no response, he thought she is back to herself) ok! If you have nothing to say, then I will take my leave. Have a good day! Bye.

Saying that, he left. she was disappointed. She felt hurt that he forgot his promise. But after awhile she saw him running towards her! Catching his breath he said " sorry! Sorry! I totally forgot!" holding his ears!

Khushi: its ok!

ASR: shall we?

She just nod her head and they started to walk to the basement! When they arrived at his bike, she gasped in shock!

Khushi: are we going in this?

ASR: haan! I came with Bike, why?

Khushi: then never mind, I will take auto and come to your place, you give me the address..

ASR: Khushi, its ok! I wont drive fast!

but she still looked adamant! Then he decided to just ask the company car to drive back to his home. When they arrived Khushi was stunned to see his apartment but she just quietly set her sketchpad and art utensils and started sketching him. Arnav was asking her too many questions at first then he just sat playing his game on his I pad quietly! When she looked up she saw him sleeping!

She walked towards him. She took a close look at his face; She felt an urge to touch his peaceful looking face! While she traced a finger starting on his forhead she was having a monologue to herself, comparing Arnav and Shyam!

Khushi(monologue): he acts so crazily! And its difficult for people to identify him! but he has such a clean face, such pure face! I cant sense any trace of malice in it! In this world there is many malicious people and you cant do anything about them. It doesn't matter how hard they pretend, But eventually their facade will be realized bit by bit and emit a foul smell!

Suddenly arnav opened his eyes wide! And she was shy to be caught staring and touching him like that. she quickly took steps behind! He smirked and raised an eyebrow towards her.

ASR: like what you see?
