CHAPTER 26

Khushi woke up early the next morning.

No not early.

Wait did she sleep???

No...!!!

Yes...!!!

She didn't know.

She blushed on seeing Arnav next to her remembering the last day's and night's events. It was the happiest day of her life.

She got married to the person she loved, she got her dream wedding, her whole family were present, her brother, her only blood relative who was still alive, her parents, even though they were not her biological parents they had cared for her very much.

She got out of bed went to have a shower. She wore a red saree for the other rasms which were to be performed post marriage, for she knew he loved to see her in red. She came out of the washroom. Water was dripping from her wet hair adding a sexy look to her. He was still sleeping. He looked like a small kid while sleeping and she stood there lost in his looks.

She then went to get ready, sitting in front of the mirror she applied light make up, she was about to apply lipstick when she felt his hands holding hers.

"Good morning Arnav"

"Just a good morning?"

"What else do you want Hubby dear?"

"For my morning to be good your wish alone wont do, I want you to give me something else before you put this on" He said pointing at the lipstick in her hands

With that he claimed her lips. Khushi grabbed his hair and a low moan escaped gain from her mouth when she felt his wet lips touching her neck. Involuntarily Khushi put her lipstick down and put her hand around his neck while Arnav placed moist and hot kisses from her ear,to her jawline and to her jawline to her neckline, pushing her wet hair to one side.

"Arnav, we need to stop."

"Why sweetheart?"

"Arnav they all will be waiting"

"Who all???"

"Arnav, may be you don't want to, but I have got to perform some rasms"

And then she pushed him aside.

Khushi dried her hair as he looked on at his beautiful wife. She took the box containing the sindoor in her hands.

"Khushi wait...!!!"

"Kyun???"

"I think thats my right"

He moved forward taking the box in his hands, took a pinch of sindoor in between his fingers and filled her maang. Some fell on her nose.

"Oh I'm so sorry Khushi. I spoilt your make up."

"No Arnav that is ok.. infact very nice"

"What the..."

"No more what the's Arnav, you know something?"

"I know many things but what do you want me to know right now?"

"Naak mein sindoor girne se pyaar bhadtha hein. So I'm very happy...!!!"

"Really...???"

"Yeah."

"Thats very nice Khushi. BTW can you wait or 5 more minutes?"

"Why"

"So that we can go down together"

"Ok"

Arnav was back from shower within three minutes. Khushi picked up his 3 piece suit with white shirt. She loved him in that shirt. They went down together.

"Naani, one couple is out...!!!" Anjali exclaimed on seeing them

Arnav and Khushi were happy that the other two were still in their own world and they had managed to be out before them.

"Khushi, your face is glowing, I've heard that this glow appears only when.."

Khushi blushed and ran to the kitchen before Anjali could complete her sentence. The others had a laugh while Arnav phoned Aman to inform him that he would be away for a week and to contact Akash in case of emergency.

In NK and Lavanya's room, NK was sleeping on the floor while Lavanya got dressed. She rememberd the previous night's events with a smirk.

~~~FLASHBACK...!!!~~~

"NK you need to give us money in order to get in" Akash said

"Maasi what is going on? Akash mere bhai, you know I'm a very poor man I don't have any money with me"

"NK bitwa, No enterings without NEK's..!!!"

"Maasiji aap bhi???"

"yes NK bitwa, no arguing with maasi...!!!"

"Lavanya mere inteqaam kar rahi hein"

"Inteqaam nahi intezaar...!!! And if you don't have money then you have two other options" Maami said

"What???"

"First is you can stay out the whole night" Akash said.

"NOOO What is the second option?"

"Give us your chain?"

"What chain"

"The gold chain you are wearings around your necks..!!!"

Finally NK reluctantly gave it away, entered the room and closed the door.

"Lav, see I'm here."

"SO???"

"What do you mean by so?"

"I mean I DONT CARE."

"LAV, I'm your husband...!!!"

"But you don't behave like one, you put me down two times in the last three days"

"I'm sorry for that"

"No need of sorry, you deserve punishment"

"What? Oh BTW you have upper hand in this marriage right, so tell me what should I do?"

"Sleep down"

"Yeah tonight you will sleep on the floor and me on the bed"

"But our suhaag raat?"

"This is your punishment"

And then NK slept on the floor.

~~~END OF FLASHBACK~~~

"NK wake up. Its morning"

"Lav, is my punishment over ya I will have to do many more things?"

"Punishment over"

"Does that mean we can have our SUHAAG RAAT tonight?"

"well that depends on your today's performance. If you behave well today I will consider that. Now get up and be ready. We have to go down. I have to prepare sweet dish as part of the rasm"

NK got reay and came down along with Lavanya.

"Anji, the other couple is also down" Arjun said as he saw then climbing down the stairs.

"That means we all can have breakfast now" Arnav said and gestured Khushi to sit beside him.

This did not go unnoticed by Anjali.

"Khushi sit beside Chotte, otherwise he wont eat anything" Khushi blushed again as she heard these words.

"Lavanya, I don't think your face is glowing as much as Khushi's..!!!"

She then noticed NK who was having difficulty to turn his neck.

"NK bhai, what happened, is this an after effect of what happened yesterday night?"

"DI you know what happened yesterday night in our room?" NK asked while the others were keen to know what he would say.

Lavanya stamped his feet and he yelped in pain.

"Lav, I'm your husband why did you stamp on my feet?"

The others present let out a laughter while Lavanya was embarrassed.

OK. I THINK THIS WAS ENOUGH

I couldn't include NK-LAVANYA suhaag raat in the last chapter so I thought of including it here.
