Armaan malik:The Blue-eyed intern currently working in sanjeevani.Smart,Intelligent,witty guy,The COMPLETE prankster and immensely handsome.Very dedicated towards work.Does a bit of harmless flirting but respects a girl and does not cross his limits.Sometimes childish.On the whole,he is the typical "Prince charming"-a girl dreams about and has many girls drooling behind him.He loves basketball.
Relationships:Was best friends with sukirti in school and then lost contact.Rahul and Nikki became his best friends in college.Shilpa is his ex-GF,he just had a break-up with her.
Riddhima gupta-The pretty hazel-green eyed girl next door who everyone fall in love in with.She wears both western and traditional.In other words,she dresses according to the occasion but mostly wears salwaars to work.She has newly joined sanjeevani mumbai.She did her 6 months internship in america and now coming back.She has a innocent charm but don't go her looks.She can be one-hell of a prankster.Loves her Di to the core and can do anything for her.In other words,mature,dedicated to her work,loyal and a child at heart.She loves basketball and is obsessed with books.
Relationships- Muskaan is her best friend and rahul was her childhood friend due to the same school but lost contact after school.They started talking again after she played cupid sitting in america and helped muskaan confess her feelings to rahul.And anji and she share a very nice rapport.
Anjali gupta-Shy but will not take insults lying down,Ambitious but a sweet person.She was an introvert after her parent's death at the age of 10.She was adopted by the Dr.Shashank who was her chachu.She never felt alone as her new family was very nice.She had gotten very nice companions in the form of atul and riddhima who helped her out of her shell.Very protective about Riddhima.She and atul were childhood sweethearts,here also ridz played cupid.Atul is now her fianc.A nerd at heart.
Atul Joshi-Smart,intelligent.He is the guy next door.Simple but an extrovert like his twin sister Muskaan.Best friends with anjali and now fianc.
Muskaan Joshi-Atul's twin sister.An extrovert and a complete chatterbox.Can makes friends easily.Riddhima's best friend.
Shilpa malhotra-The hottie of sanjeevani.career-oriented,good person at heart but can become a little arrogant at times,impulsive.All the male nurses and doctors drool over her.Sid and Abhi are her very close friends.Just broke up with armaan.
Nikki malhotra-Cousin of Shilpa but doesn't interact with shilpa much due to her arrogant and impulsive nature.Very bindaas,a bolder version of riddhima.She is a total jungli billli!

Rahul garewal-The serious kind of guy.He is hot but doen't know about the effect he has on girls.He is an introvert and best friends with armaan and nikki.He is the level-headed one in the group who helps armaan in his decisions

Abhimanyu modi-The elder one of the siblings.He is sid and sukirti's bade-papa's son.He is nice,handsome and funny.But don't get on his wrong side as he can become very angry.He shares a very good rapport with sukirti.Has a crush on Nikki.
Siddhanth modi-The playboy of sanjeevani.HE's smart and funny but a BIG flirt.An immature and careless version of Armaan.But SOON going to change because of LOVE.He and Shilpa are very nice friends.he doesn't like Armaan much because everyone adore him and his own sister considers him as her best friend

Sukirti Modi-Down-to-earth and a very friendly person but can be a little selfish at times.This selfish nature comes out very less.She can also become very possessive about people close to her heart.

Except for ridz,all have been working as interns in sanjeevani for 6months.Armaan and muski have also become very nice friends while armaan and sukirti also caught up!Nikki also knew riddhima as nikki-muski-anji had sleepover and would skype-chat with riddhima.Shilpa doeesn't talk with them that much,she is friends with only Anji,Sukirti and the guys!Sukirti was reserved and wouldn't go for sleepovers!
