I really want Khushi to tell Arnav that it was HIS fault that she met Shyam in the first place.

It was Arnav who released the footage of him & her together which caused goons to misbehave with her and Shyam to come to her rescue.

Argh. Can you imagine the amount of anger & guilt Arnav would feel if he found out it was actually his fault Khushi & Shyam met?
