Days had passed and the atmosphere of mourning was depressing. How could it not be? The Khushi of both houses had been snatched, Gone, Disappeared, Vanished. Literally. Isn't it weird? How once upon a time a person was your entire universe and then it's over in the next? This is exactly how Arnav Singh Raizada felt. And this is his story.
The sad thing is that Khushi had died just before saying the 3 words Arnav now yearned to hear. But after all, nothing can separate true love, if it's true love.
Epilogue:
Days had passed and Arnav Singh Raizada had stayed still sitting on the cold floor with pictures of him and Khushi, Her clothes, her scent, everything was surrounding him. His tummy rumbled again, he groaned and brought Khushi's photoframe next to his heart as a tear fell onto his cheek again. He hated it. He hated this feeling of detachment and he wanted his Khushi back. He closed his eyes and remembered.

He had taken care of her than. He had gotten angry at her and than looked after her. She was so tender and beautiful. He opened his eyes to find his mobile vibrating. He looked up and immediately picked it up.
"Saale Sahab." A deep voice came through the phone. Arnav glared and clenched his fists on the phone.
"You. YOU did this."
"Saale Sahab. I'm sorry. I need to meet you, I'm deeply very sorry for whatever has happened."
"You killed her" Arnav croaked furiously.
"Oh come on Saale Sahab, Lets do this. Lets forget this drama and lets finish this. Outside the temple at 7. Who knows, You can be lucky enough to go to Khushi?" Shyam smirked as he cut the call and laughed.
Arnav stood there and let the words sink in. "Lucky enough to go meet Khushi?"

Arnav was early. He always respected time. But it was ironic how he hated it now. Time had snatched his Khushi before it was her time.
"You. You watched her die. And you never stopped it" Arnav stood in front of Devi Maiyya's murti (Statue) and shook his head.
"I never believed you and why should i? You've always snatched everything from me. My maa, My family, My Khushi. Everything." Arnav cried as he slouched down onto the floor.
"Why? Why did you snatch her from me? Why? Khushi always devoted her time on you. How could you be so cruel? How could you watch her die dammit!" He screamed as he stood up.
"I'm just here because of her. That star. That bright star looking down on me that's telling me to be. To be myself, To live. Even though she knows I can't live without her. I'm here only because of Khushi. And now it's my turn. If your real, If Khushi's faith was even a smallest bit true, than you have got to give justice today. You HAVE to deliver justice today!"
He screamed as he turned around. Before leaving the temple, He banged the bell thrice and left.

Arnav stood in the cold. He watched the car slide onto the road and come out. He glared as Shyam came out and watched him flaunt a gun out. Arnav smirked.
"Your not even man enough to kill me yourself? You pathetic, pathetic man"
Shyam twisted his lips and glared. He watched as Arnav came closer.
"Stop there. Or I'll shoot you" The wind howled and the clouds opened. It was going to rain. Arnav continued walking slowly glaring at Shyam who stepped back slowly and pulled the trigger hitting Arnav's shoulder.
"She never loved you. You know that right?"
Shyam smiled his twisted smile and raised his eye brow.
"Ridiculous. She loved me"
"She loved me, She came in between the bullet for me" Arnav smiled challenging Shyam.
"Exactly Arnav. EXACTLY. It was you, It was because of you that Khushi died" Shyam's eyes came out as he glared harder and laughed a maniacal laugh. He walked forward towards Arnav. "And you know what; She would be alive if it wasn't for you" "SHUT UP YOU!" Arnav screamed. "Arreh Arreh! Saale Sahab, Tut Tut. How many times do I have to tell you? Don't take any stress. Calm down. Everything will be fine, Just accept it. Khushi loved me and not you" "STOP IT" Arnav screamed as he reached for Shyam's color and began squeezing his neck. "HAHA Saale Sahab, You are something. Why don't you accept it. She never loved you" Arnav caught Shyam's neck and threw him onto the floor. Shyam banged his head hard and looked up smiling through the blood that was forming due to the cut on his lip. "Saale Sahab? She was just using you" Arnav got his head and banged it onto the pavement twice. "She." "Loved" "Me". "She despised you" Arnav replied as he hit Shyam.
By now, Shyam was furious and got up. Both began hitting each other and the wind howled. The bells of the mandir began to ring and the thunder clapped. It happened suddenly, out of the blue. A gun shot. A loud gun shot. Arnav fell on to the floor and the blood oozed out of his chest. He grinned as he layed down. "Thank you" Arnav whispered looking at Devi Maiyya's statue in front of him. He smiled as tears clasped his vision. Shyam stood up and grinned. He wiped the blood from his lips. "Sorry Saale Sahab. It had to come to this. You just wouldn't accept the truth" Shyam threw the gun on the floor and tilted his head. "Say hi to Khushi for me" he grinned maniacally and walked towards his car. Using all his might, Arnav grabbed the gun. "SHYAM" Shyam looked back and Arnav shot him on the chest twice. "Go to hell" he yelled as Shyam's lifeless body fell on to the floor.
Arnav felt the wind wipe out of his body, He felt his soul being lifted. He smiled. He remembered his life happily. The moments, the happiness. He was happy he was finally going to his Khushi. Di had Aman and they were going to have a future together, He made sure of that. The money, The property, Everything was given to Di, Nani and the Khushi foundation. (Charity made for Khushi). Everything was going to be okay now, Everything was going to be okay.
"I'm coming Khushi. I'm coming"
