CHAPTER 21
"Nannav mere bhai!!!" NK said as he saw Arnav and Arjun waiting to receive them.
NK came and forcibly hugged Arnav while Lvanya smiled at Arjun.
Arnav then hugged Lavanya.
"How are you ASR?"
"Fine Lavanya. BTW we have got a surprise for you both once you reach there. Nav and Arjun took blessings from NK and Lavanya's parents. Then he gave Arjun's car's keys to NK's dad.
"Uncle I know you love to drive.so here are the keys."
They loaded the luggage into the cars. The elder gang set out in Arjun's car while the youngsters drove off in Arnav's car. Arjun was in the Passenger seat while NK sat with Lavanya in the back seat.
"Nannav is the suprise only or La?"
"No Nk its for both. Infact a wedding gift from our, I mean my side. The others I mean Akash n di will give you separate gifts"
"Ok"
They were the first to reach. The pair took blessings from the elders. They were introduced to Khushal and Riana as Arnav's friends and also that Lavanya and family were to be with them in their house.
"Nannav where is the gift?"
"what gift chotte?"
"Di the gift I brought for them!!"
"Oh that, thats in NK's room."
"OK now both of you go there and look at your gift. Also bring it here"
"Ok" they said in unision and went up.
"What will it be NK?"
"I dunno , lets see"
They opened the door.
"Khushiji!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Chamkili!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Khushi was standing such that her back was facing them.
"Yeah Lavanya ji, Nanheji I'm back!!!"
"wow Chamkili I'm so happy for you"
"Chamkili ?? Why are you are calling Khushiji as Chamkili?"
"woh thats between us"
"Ok Lets go down"ing the room
Their parents had reached by then. They had only heard about Khushi and were happy to see her. Naani then announced the re marriage of Khushi and Arnav. They were all happy. Finally the young gang left for Khushal' new house. Lavanya told Khushi that she did not want a separate room and was ready to share Khushi's room.
Arnav and Khushi went to arrange Khushi's room. While Khushal and Riana went to their room. NK and Lavanya went to the room in which her parents were to stay and Arjun and Anjali started arranging the living room. Khushi was dusting the walls when Arnav hugged her from behind
"Arnav, we are here to make the room clean, not to romance."
"That doesn't mean we cant romance!!!"
"But Arnav"
"Khushi I really want to apol"
She cut him mid-off by placing a finger on his lips.
"Arnav , no more sorries and all.. I am happy how we are now and it will be better if we forget the past."
"But Khushi"
"No more buts Arnav, if my sister has said it, then that is it" Khushal said as the 6 of them walked inside.
"When did you all come here?" Arnav asked embarrassed. Khushi was equally embarrassed.
"When you said that you wanted to apologize. But now stop all those and let us have some tea. And for your kind information, we all have completed the works assigned to us, only you are left."
"Bhai, you all were doing it in pairs while I was doing it alone."
"Why? Where was Arnav?"
"Bhai maybe you don't know but he has dust allergy. So he couldn't help me."
"Dont worry Khushi we will help you. First we will rest.
After tea they all had arranged Khushi's room too they all went back to RM.
"So Lavanya bitiya are you happy to be there ??"
"Why not naani, I'll be with chamkili after a long time."
"And Arnav bitwa from tomorrow you wont be going to office. Tomorrow onwards we will have the shopping sessions. Kyun Khushi bitiya?"
"Ji naaniji"
After dinner they went to Khushal's house. Arnav and NK went along to drop them. After chatting or a while Arnav and NK returned.
This time Arnav was really happy not to go to office. It wasn't even half an hour after they had left. Arnav called Khushi.
"Hello". She heard his husky and sexy voice.
"Arnav it has been only hal an hour."
"I wanted to hear your voice dear."
"Really ASR. When did you get so romantic?" Lavanya had snatched the phone from her.
"Lavanya, you"
"Haan ASR its me. Why wont you talk to me?"
"Yeah 1 sec."
Arnav handed the phone to NK
"Who Nannav?"
"Your fiance"
"Lav?"
Arnav just nodded and went from there.
He went and laid on his bed. After about an hour NK returned the phone to him. He then slept thinking of his Khushi and their future life together.
Khushi too was dreaming of Arnav. And she slept in the dreamland.
Next morning Arnav and NK were there along with Arjun and Anjali even before the girls were up. Pyal had asked Khushi to do shopping on her behalf. They had breakfast there and went for shopping.
The four pairs never knew how the days passed in each others company shopping and arranging for the marriage. There were just 4 days left for the day. The 2 brides had an appointment with the beautician on the day. NK insisted on accompanying them there also but Arnav was more practical and instead helped the others in the arrangements. The next day was supposedly the sangeet. The Guptas by this time had shifted to Khushal's house on Khushi'ds insistence.
Khushi was looking really like an sngel. Arnav couldn't take his eyes off her when he went to pick them from the spa. They went to RM. Anjali applied a kala tikka behind the neck of the two girls.
"Last time in sangeet we had real fun isn't it Khushi ?" Anjali asked while Arnav smirked.
"Haan di. I think this time also we should have a competition and also that the brides and bridegroom's can also participate. What say?"
"Ok Khushi that will be fun. Anyways only family members are attending the function. It will be awesome."
Everyone agreed to the plan.
