Can Shivam dance?

I have not seen him dancing yet. Correct me if I am wrong. Although we have seen his friends dancing on 3 occasions:

1. Face off between St.Louis and KR in St.Louis that is when Shivam first stepped into St.Louis College during dance fest.

2. Secondly during Shivam's party.

3. Lastly for Footloose eliminations by copying all the steps from Dazzlers.

Shivam might have helped his friends winning footloose competition but was never seen himself dancing. If he can't dance then what is he doing in D3?
