In todays episode they showed Arti blabbering out in distort state of mind but we do see
Big S calling them chotae log, less money, no respect, no aristocracy, Yash actually found it all hypocritical. He knows now that his parents who are still icons have little respect for human beings in general.

He realized Arti not being rude but just unable to control her emotion.
