Well, the CVs had to show shyam khushi scene...you see when Arnav gets kidnapped there has to be a reason for Khushi to doubt Shyam and now that she knows that shyam wanted Arnav to sign the papers she will connect the dots.
If they did not show the scene then why will she think shyam is behind it.
