The day couldn't be better '''.. I was enjoying a lot from the morning '''''' may be I should call maan he must be having tough time facing geet's issues ''''''. I was about to dial maan's number when my phone buzzed ''''' wow Think of the devil '''''
" hey maan wats up ?" I said cheerfully
" sam come to ***** hospital immediately " maan said with panic which I never have heard in his voice
" maan are u ok ? " I asked
" come fast'''''.geet fainted suddenly '''''.. I don't know what to do ''''arjun is out for a meeting " he said in one breath and cut the call
GEET! Why is maan caring? I thought by now he would have managed to send her out of KM''''''she fainted?...does she still carries his baby inspite of me warning her '''''. I have to go to hospital to find everything ''''''.
I immediately went to hospital and spotted maan there'''''.
"maan is everything ok ? " I asked in concern coz his eyes held an expression which I didn't understand because I haven't seen that before
" sam thank god u r here " he said
" maan u didn't call me for past two days and now you called saying geet fainted ''''' wats all this " I asked
" me and geet were having an argument ''''. I behaved like a complete jerk ''''''.. I was shouting at her and she fainted ''''. I never knew my acts could be so stupid " maan said
Did I hear it right ? ''''''''did MSK call himself a jerk and stupid ? '''''''..what is happening ? ''''''..why were they arguing ?... is there any connection between her fainting and pregnancy or its just anything '''''''.did she just abort the child ?...maybe I should tell maan about how I met her few months ago ''''''''.
My thoughts were broken when doctor came out of the room ''''''''
" is she alright ? " maan was too quick to ask
"she is fine Mr. Khuranna '''''.. but taking stress is harmful in this condition ''''''. She is unconscious still but u can see and take her home in the evening " the doctor said ...maan took a relief breath
May be i should tell him everything before he meet her ... i held him by wrist when he was about to enter ...
" maan i need to talk to you " i said
" not now sam later " he said
" no its urgent and its about geet" i said and it did have effect on him
We moved near the window in the floor ...
" after a month we left hoshiyarpur geet somehow traced our number and called me... i didn't want to disturb you as u were in hospital with daadi who was sick then ... i went to meet her ... and she said that ... that she was pregnant " i stopped to register the expression in his face ... he was shocked
" i ... i insisted her to abort the child saying that u ll never accept her in ur life ... but i guess she hasn't done that ... i should have told you but ..."
" does that mean... " maan stopped
" she is pregnant " i said
" i should have told you ... i don't know if i had done the right thing but i..."
" its ok sam i were right from ur own side ... i can handle "
He said as if it was very common thing but his eyes had different story ... i m with maan for past 15 years and i very well know his each gesture ... his eyes held very unique glow when i mentioned about he being pregnant ... was he happy ?... i thought he would get angry hearing this ... i can't be wrong judging him ... the maan i know will never react like this ... why sudden soft corner on her ?... something is defenitely fishy ...
I walked into the room where geet was resting ... she was still unconsious due to medicines ... maan knelt before her ... he looked at her face for brief seconds the touched her belly ...
" are u sure she hasn't aborted yet ? " he asked
" i guess ..." i said doubtfully
" i know she wouldn't have ..." maan said with a chuckle
I walked closer to see his expressions ... he slowly caressed her tummy ...
"i can't believe that another soul is inside her " maan said
I looked at him in awe ... Never ever i have seen him in this way getting excited about anything ... i should talk to him ...
Geet wriggled in her sleep ... maan looked up at her and she opened her eyes trying to adjust it to the atmosphere ... he immedately got up from his position ...She looked at him in confusion ... he went near her and cupped her face ...
" u r ok ? " he asked tugging a strand behind her ear
she nodded ... he kissed her forehead ... i looked in amezement i have never seen him like this ... never seen concern for anyone... anyone who doesn't know them better would think them to be a happily married couple ...
Then her eyes fell on me ... She looked at me with anger ...then she looked at him ...
" u know sam so i don't have to introduce eachother ... she came to see you " maan said
She again looked at me with same expression ...
" maan i think we shd go " i said
" u r right ... pay the bills i ll get her " he said giving me his wallet
After 30 mins i met them in the parking ... His one hand was around her waist she was trying to get out of his hold but his grip was tight ...
They walked to the car and he made her settle in back seat ...
" sam u drive " he said giving me the keys
" what ?" i asked in surprise
maan never asked me to drive before he was always used to show his male domination on everything ...
" sam drive baby i ll sit with her ..." he said
OMG!! i can't believe that he just said that ...I started to drive with a frown and we reached KM...i left without speaking as if he was in the mood to speak with me ... i decided to talk to him in the night and so left ...

SRY FOR LATE UPDATE ... I KNOW ITS SHORT BUT I M SORRY ...MY COUSINS CAME FROM CHENNAI AND WAS BUSY HANGING OUT ... MY FRIEND'S B'DAY FALLS THIS WEEKEND AND FOLLOWED BY A FAMILY FUNCTION ...SO UPDATE WILL BE LATE ... I LL TRY TO COMPLETE THE OTHER SS BY NEXT WEEK
I MAY START A NEW SS SO IF CAN GIVE ANY IDEA OR CONCEPT I LL BE GRATEFUL
