Misha- Piya this is Varun. He used to be my best friend till you came.
Varun- Used to be! You replaced your best friend. Not cool.
Misha- I never said we were best friends forever so give it a rest. And Piya, this is Varun's cousin Samarth. He joined recently and he stays with Varun. Apparently Varun's dad likes Samarth more than Varun so these 2 are having some trouble bonding.
Piya giggled as Varun frowned at Samarth. Samarth gave a helpless smile and shook Piya's hand.
Piya- the next lecture is about to start in sometime. Is everything ok? You looked kind of tensed while talking on the phone.
Alina- oh, nothing actually mom is not well. She had suffered a stroke few days back. I better head home. The doctor was supposed to come today for the checkup but he cancelled. I am sorry I wont be able to catch up on coffee. We'll do it some other time.
Alina's face was perfectly synchronised with the lie but Piya felt her heart beat race. She didn't question Alina any further and waved her off. She turned to go back to the classroom, all the way wondering what was going on with Alina and why she is here. She decided to talk to Tara at the dinner table about this.
Vihaan- Tara, don't worry. Alina and Abhay are going home immediately. She told me Piya and Abhay didn't meet but it was a close call.
Tara- well, the problem is delayed for now. But what next? We can't do this every day. I'll take Piya and move to some other place. We'll start new,
Vihaan- But for how long will you keep doing this. What will you tell Piya. You just moved here and you are leaving again. Piya's questions won't stop and sooner or later, you'll have to tell her the truth.
Tara- What choice do I have! If she stays here then she will inevitably cross paths with Abhay. They both will end up killing each other. My sister is all I have. I can't lose her.
Vihaan- Nevertheless, we need to find a more permanent solution. If I talk to Chand, then I think I can get him to make Abhay back off.
Tara- Are you sure? Abhay lost his sister, he won't forget that so easily.
Vihaan- He won't forget. But Chand is his creator. He is obligated to obey his direct orders. If Chand gives him a direct order, he cannot twist his way out of it. But what about Piya then?
Tara- I can handle her. She has never gone against my wishes. Nor will she ever do so.
Vihaan- Then both families will live peacefully. Vihaan smiled at the prospect of having Tara back in his life now that their problems seem to mellow down.
Tara smiled sadly- We will see each other, but we still can't be together. I don't want Piya to know about us. I am sorry, but It will always be this way.
Vihaan's voice caught up in a lump- I'll still get to see you right. I can live with that. But I do wish things were different.
Tara- Me too. I'll see you around.
Tara turned around and walked back inside before Vihaan could see the tears rolling down her face.
The college was over. Piya was still curious. Her brain was hammering with all the questions, first that aura, then alina, something was off, something was not right. She needed answers. She had to talk to tara but right now she needed some time alone to calm down her anxiety. She needed to go to the forest for her alone time with nature and her powers. Piya texted tara that she is going to the forest. Tara sighed with relief that she wasn't in college anymore. She informed vihaan about it.
Abhay was in no mood to leave his task incomplete- Alina, I think she is here. She is here. I can feel her. I need to find her.
Alina knew what he was talking about- what are you talking about? Who is here? Abhay lets go.
Abhay was still searching for her- piya! I think piya is here! That aura which I can feel, its piya. I am sure. Alina, even u can feel that aura..am I right?
Alina shook her head- what are you talking about? Piya cant be here. Lets go. Its just that you are stressing yourself lately too much. I cant feel anyone. Abhay lets go.
Abhay yelled- why are you so eager to go home. I know she is here dammit!
Alina snapped back- abhay don't talk to me like that. why cant you get over it. Its been years now. Your sister is dead. She is gone. And piya, she is not even here. Why cant you just live and let others live
Abhay- so easy for you to say so. My baby sister is dead. Piya killed her. today, I have got a chance to avenge her death. How can you expect me to sit quietly. I promise alina once I avenge her death, it will be over.
"it wont be over so easily abhay. its just the start of the storm", thought alina.
Alina- abhay lets go. She is not here. please get a grip on yourself and your emotions.
Abhay- alina you go home. I just need to confirm my doubts. Please just for once listen to me
Alina- fine! Do whatever you want to do. It was my fault that thought to speak to you. my fault that I thought you will listen to me. Its my fault.
Alina started moving. She had it enough. Abhay sighed," fine! I will come with you. lets go"
Abhay and alina were driving towards raichand house. Abhay was lost deep in his thoughts. He needed sometime alone. He was sure that it was piya. But today he lost that opportunity just for alina. His family.
Abhay- alina you go home. I need some time alone. I will meet you there.
Alina didn't argue. She knew he wanted time. she knew he would go back running in the forest. She just nodded. Alina left abhay near the forest and drove off.
Piya kept talking to herself and walking- that aura! I feel like it was abhay. I don't know why. And alina! She is a raichand. Is she related to abhay? damn, I think it was abhay. no infact I am sure it was abhay. but before reacting I need to talk to di. God! My head is spinning.
Piya stopped at riverside- wow! This place is perfect. I need to work on my powers. I think this is perfect.
Piya concentrated looking at the river. She started chanting some spells and swayed her hand towards the river. The water in the river started twirling. Piya raised her hands and with that water also rose forming a view like fowntain. She again twirled her hands and the fowntain took the shape of a cyclone and the water started spinning too. Piya let go of water and the river was calm again.
Piya patting her shoulders- well done piya. Now next one
Piya summoned the nature's forces and within no time the weather changed only at the place where she was standing. The wind became gusty and the clouds started scattering over her. it became dark. there was loud lightening and it started raining. Piya started laughing and enjoying the rain.
Abhay was running through the forest in his own thoughts when he heard the lightening. He was confused. The forest was calm here and on the other side, it was gusty. Abhay went towards the darker side of the forest. As he was nearing, he could feel the aura again. This time he couldn't let it go. He kept walking slowly and then he saw her. piya dobriyal.
Piya turned around when the familier aura hit her. it was abhay raichand. Finally.
Piya- long time abhay. finally we meet.
Abhay smiled sarcastically- pleasure is all mine.
Chand was very anxious- is he ok? Did he do something?
Alina shook her head- he is fine. I got him out in time.
Vihaan- wheres abhay.
Alina shrugged her shoulders- the place where he can calm his anger. Forest. He is in there.
Vihaan- no way! Piya is there too. Tara told me that piya texted her that she would be in forest.
Alina smiled- great bhai. Time for some fun
Vihaan and chand glared at her. "what", alina asked. Vihaan shook his head and immediately called up tara and left for the forest.
Piya broke the silence- abhay raichand! I was dying to meet you. I have waited for years for you.
Abhay- piya dobriyal! Feelings are mutual. I cant believe finally I have you in front of me. Today you are meeting your end. Today will be your last day of your so called eternal life.
Piya laughed- you really think so? How nave! You are stealing my lines. It should be me speaking those. Ah ah! Never mind. Today you are free to speak whatever you like because definitely one has to die today and its YOU.
Abhay took his fangs out and piya glared- you really think I am afraid of those raichand.
Abhay- you will be
Abhay launched himself towards piya. But she was swift and moved out of his way- that was lame abhay. you could have done better.
Abhay smiled- then show me what you got
Piya glared at abhay focusing on him and chanted spell. Abhay started feeling pain all over his body. He was not able to stand on his feet. And he fell down. Piya started increasing the power of her spell but suddenly her spell broke. Abhay lunched on his feet- did you really think that was enough for me.
Abhay again launched towards piya and held her neck. He pushed her towards the tree- you can never defeat me.
Piya looked at abhay. she clicked her fingers and suddenly a big log of wood came downwards towards abhay. abhay left her neck and moved away. the wood fell near piya's feet. She started coughing and massaging her neck- did you really think I am that weak?
Piya summoned the nature's forces. The weather became more gusty. The trees were swaying swiftly. It became sheer dark and hardly anything was visible- you cant kill me abhay. you cant kill me.
It started raining heavily and there was lighting. Piya directed that lightning towards abhay. Abhay immediately projected his shield around himself. Piya kept penetrating this shield with the lightening. She was using all her powers but abhay was strong. Yes, he was strong and it wasn't that easy to stop him. Her nose started bleeding. But piya kept chanting. She had to kill abhay. it was now or never.
"piya stop, piya I said stop", called tara. But piya was in no mood to listen. " piya if you have ever considered me you sister then stop", yelled tara.
Piya stopped her chants and fell on the ground. she became unconscious. Tara rushed towards her. on the other hand, abhay was also exhausted. He too fell on the ground. vihaan rushed towards him.
Vihaan- are you ok?
Abhay nodded. Tara kept piya's head on her lap- piya! Piya! Baby please wake up. Piya look I am here. everything is fine. Piya please get up.
Vihaan- tara take her back home. She is exhausted. She will be fine.
Abhay snapped- no she wont. Why did you come here vihaan? I would have killed her today. All our miseries would have been over.
Vihaan- are you out of your mind? I told you to stay away from her. I warned that you would not lay a finger on her ever.
Abhay- why? Why do you care for her so much? she killed my sister and i will kill her
Vihaan- ENOUGH! Abhay lets get you home. We will deal with it later. (to tara) take her home. And call me if you need any help.
Tara took piya home and vihaan took abhay with him.
Chand rolled his eyes- why? Why did you do that? were you out of your mind? It was over long time ago. Why did you start it all over again.
Abhay- I told you before also. This wont stop for me until piya dobriyal is dead. She has to die. The day she dies, it will stop. I would stop. It was never over dad. My sister is dead and its all due to her. she killed her.
Chand- abhay get a grip on yourself. Abhay its not a war. We have been running only for you. We loved her too. But it wasn't piya's fault. It was no body's fault. The timings were wrong. Abhay that night you lost your sister and piya lost her parents.
Abhay- so? i don't care if she lost her parents and why does it matter to you? i dont get it why everyone is running to protect little precious piya!
Chand glared at vihaan with what he was about to say. Vihan held his tongue and continued- I mean abhay we have just moved here. so as them. lets live in peace and let them be.
Abhay snapped- on whose side are you? me or them? you claim to love her yet you dont want to avenge her death?
Abhay sighed- fine but dont expect me to act goody two shoes. (thinking) I wont harm her but dad I am going to make her life hell. She will curse the day of her existence. I promise. I promise you my baby sister.
Abhay stormed to his room. Chand and vihaan sighed. vihaan shook his head- this isn't over dad. I know abhay. he wont stop. I am sure he has something in his mind.
Chand- I know. All we can do is wait. The time is arriving too fast. If he comes to know about them being in same town, a big storm is heading our way.
