"Hahahaha!! don't worry jis hisaab se bhai kaam kar raha hai, shaadi to nahi hone wali, time chahiye naa shaadi k liye, aur dadi app dekh lejye gaa bhai itni asaani se shaadi k liye hargiz nahi maane ga..." Rahul laughed when he heard about Armaan's wedding discussion...
Mallik family was on their breakfast table, discussing about Armaan to get married soon which was the favorite topic of all the members in the house excluding Armaan himself...
"Ab Armaan to NewYork mein betha hai, to kya wo yahan ki ladki se shaadi karna pasand karega??" Tanya chachi put forward her question...
"Kyun??? tum Armaan ko jaanti nahi ho kya??? wese bhi usse jab bhi poocha hai ussne humaisha kaha hai k jo bhi ladki hum sab ko pasand hogi, wo usse shaadi kar lega.." Arjun chahoo added...
"Hain??? matlab bhai arrange marriage karenge??" Rohail (Son of Arjun chachoo and Tanya chachi, Armaan's cousin brother) asked...

"Tujhe waqai lagta hai k Love Marriage k liye bhai k pass time hoga??" Rahul chuckled...
"Aree bus!! chup ho jao tum sab... mein Armaan ko jaanti hun, wo meri baat nahi taale ga.. Lekin agar tum sab roz subha sirf batein he banate raho gay to hogai uski shaadi... Koi ladki to dhoondna shuru karo..." Armaan's dadi almost ordered...
"Lekin maa, agar usse koi pasand hui to??" Annanya interrupted.. She was Armaan's mother and knew him very well... He says he don't have time, but she also knows that some day he will fall for someone and she doesn't want anything to be forced on Armaan...
"Agar pasand hui to bataye naa... humne mana thodi kiya hai.." Dadi smiled at Annaya's question...
"Jo bhi ho... Bhabhi ek dum cool honi chahiye, jo bhai k saath suit bhi kare aur narrow minded na ho..." Rohail started with what qualities that girl should have...
"Haan, chipku aur sir pe pallu daal k bethne wali bhabhi nahi chahiye..." Rahul made a face...
"To beta! aisi bhi nahi chahiye jo chote chote kapre pehn k ghar mein ghoomti phire.." Billy looked at Rahul and Rohail with narrow eyes...
"Sanskari ho, har cheez ka tareeka ata ho, aur sab se bari cheez k Armaan k dill ko bha jaye, aur Armaan uske dill ko... Aur kya chahiye humay??? akhir zindagii to saath mein un donow ko he guzaarni hai na???" Dadi summarized the qualities everyone wanted in Armaan's wife to be...
"Acha khayali pulao bohat ban gaya, Armaan ko mat bata dena koi, warna bhaag jaye gaa.." Arjun laughed and got up..
"Rahul! Rohail! chalein?? meeting hai mere khayal mein..." Billy looked at the two who were still busy in having their breakfast...
"Pata hai!! app aur chachoo jab bhi office ka koi kaam humay dete ho to dill karta hai k bhai k murder kar dein... Khud to wo wahan chain se bethta nahi hai, aur yahan humay bhi nahi bethne deta... I am sure wo jald he beemaar parne wala hai!" Rahul pouted..
"Achaw! wo beemaar parne wala hai??? to phir theek hai tum donow ko bhi NewYork bhej dete hain Armaan k pass!! uski khidmat karna... humare under kaam karne mein itne nakhre hain tum donow k, wo sudhaar de ga ache se tum donow ko..." Arjun cocked his eyes at Rohail and Rahul...
"Idea bura nahi hai... do hafte reh kar ao tum log uss k pass..." Billy supported Arjun...
"Kya?? bilkul nahi, hum insaan hai robot nahi..." Rohail and Rahul's jaws dropped down their knees... and all the family members started laughing...
"Hello!! mom!" Armaan waved Annaya... "Arre!! aj mujhe kaise call kar liya???" Annanya smiled seeing Armaan on skype..
"Buss aj app ki bohat yaad a rahi hai... neend bhi nahi arahi to socha k app se baat kar lun.." Armaan pressed his lips together...
"Kya baj raha hai wahan iss waqt??" Annanya asked with a frown on her face...
"Raat k 2..." Armaan told Annanya looking at the wall clock...
"Hmmm phir bhi neend nahi a rahi to zaroor koi pareshani ki baat hogi... haina???" Annanya narrowed her eyes..
"Nahi mom!!! bus yahan mein akela hun aur yeh kaam to khatam ho k de he nahi raha, bus jaldi se yeh project khatam hoga aur mein wapas a jaoon ga..." Armaan took a deep breath...
"Chalo acha hai, mein bhi tumhe bohat yaad karti hun tumhe... Armaan!! ek baat batao, kabhi... koi bhi aisi ladki nahi takrai tumse jiss k saath tum zindagii bitana chaho??" Annanya asked softly..
"Arre mom!! app phirse uss shaadi k topic pe a gai???" Armaan rolled his eyes...
"Kyun??? ab tumhari shaadi ki umar bhi to ho gai hai... ghar pe sab ko kitna intezaar hai tumhari shaadi ka... aur tum ho k shaadi k naam se he door bhaag jate ho.." Annanya raised an eye brow...
"Mom!! shaadi k saath kitni saari zimaddariyani bhi to a jati hain... mein ..chh.." Armaan chuckled
"Armaan!! zindagii aise nahi chalti... tum jis tarah chirr rahe ho naa??? usse saaf pata chalta hai k tumhe aj tak kabhi kisi bhi ladki se pyaar nahi hua.." Annaya tried to make him understand...
"Dekhna, jis din wo aye gi naa... yeh jisko tum zimmadaari ka naam de rahe ho naa??? yeh khushi ban jayegi phir... Aur mujhe poora yaqeen hai k tumhare dill ko parhne wali jaldi he aye gii.." Annaya looked at Armaan lovingly...
"Arre cut it out mom!!! app bhi kya le kar beth gai??? dill ko parhne wali and stuff!! Agar jaisa app keh rahi hain wesa hota hai to mere saath to aj tak hua nahi... Aur mujhe app par poora bharosa hai, app mere liye jisse bhi pasand kareingi, wohi meri bhi psand hogi..." Armaan finally gave up at that point...
"Chalo phir ab se mein apni bahu ki talaash shuru kar dun???" Annanya giggled...
"Mom!!! Mujhe neend a rahi hai ab.." Armaan whined with a pout...
"Hahahaha!!! acha chalo jao ab tum so jao!!" Annaya laughed...
"Mumma!! please!! mujhe nahi jana kisi bhi party mein..." Shilpa pouted...
"Shilpa! dekho zidd nahi karo... tum wese bhi kabhi nahi nikalti ho... kitaabon se thoda to bahar aoo.." Padma scolded Shilpa...
"MBA is a tough job mumma!!" Shilpa giggled...
"Pata hai!! zyada nakhre karne ki zaroorat nahi hai, chup chap shaam mein tayyar ho jana warna pitto gi mujhse..." Padma glared at Shilpa...
"Ok mumma!! ab mein parh lun??? please!!!" Shilpa stretched her arms in the air...
"Yeh ladki!! kabhi nahi sudhar sakti..." Padma shook her head smiling at her daughter...

It was Mr. Mittal's wedding anniversary celebration which was more like a business party where not only Shashank Malhotra with family was invited but many more big names like Billy and Arjun Mallik with family as well...
"Kya dad!! ajeeb zabardasti hai! kitni boring parties hoti hain yeh..." Rahul grinned his teeth... "Ab tum donow mein se koi bhi kuch bola... to bohat zor se mujhse pitt jaye gaa..Samjhe?" Billy glared at Rahul and Rohail..
"Ajeeb zabardasti hai bhae!! Bhai kitna lucky hai! sunkoon se NewYork mein betha hai, koi rok tok nahi... aur hum yahan iss boring party mein sir phor rahe hain..." Rohail whispered in Rahul's ear... "Oye chal naa.. bus rehne de, Bhai ki to baat he mat kar.. khud chala gaya aur hum bhugat rahe hain... wo yahan hota to iss party mein humay ane ki zaroorat he nahi thi... bus wahan beth k hukum chalata rehta hai.. huh!!" Rahul cursed Armaan...

"Shilpa tum yeh kya kar rahi ho???" Padma glared at Shilpa who was standing on a side with earphones in her ears...
"Kya mumma??? itni boring party hai... yahan sab he business ki baatein kar rahe😊 hain.. aur mein jab tak job start nahi karti iss sab se dooorr he achi.." Shilpa got irritated...
"Shilpa!! mujhe pata hai k tum yahan bore ho rahi ho.. lekin beta!! jagah to dekho... tum kis tarah khari ho?? kya kar rahi ho??? sab dekh rahe hain.." Padma asked Shilpa to behave...
"Mein kya karun??? meri age k jitne yahan hai wo saamne baar pe mojood hain!! i hate drinking and people who drink especially the way they are drinking..." Shilpa pointed at Girls and Boys on the bar...
"Acha acha fine... lekin dheyaan se shilpa!! mein nahi chahti k koi bhi tumhare baare mein kuch ulta seedha bole..." Padma told shilpa the reason behind scolding her...
"Hmmm..." Shilpa took a deep breath and sat down on a chair...
"You too feeling bored??" Rahul asked chewing chewgum... He was sitting next to shilpa with Rohail infront of him...
"Huh??" Shilpa frowned...
"Yahan jitne youngsters hain, un mein se kuch business freak hain, jo wahan hai... " Rahul pointed towards the middle of the hall...
"Aur jo un mein se nahi hai hain wo wahan bar pe hain... aur jo teen bore ho rahe hain wo yahan aise bethe hain.." Rahul laughed...
"Seriously yaar!!! its a boring party... i don't get it why am i here???" Shilpa made a face... "So do we..." Rohail made a face too... "So what do you guys do??" Shilpa asked casually... "Well, heard about Mallik Industries??" Rahul asked... "Yeah!! usse kaun nahi jaanta... infact i am doing my MBA and recently got to know that the famous Armaan Mallik from Mallik industries was once a student of our university..." Shilpa spoke excitedly...
"Haan wohi... wo genius ghalti se humara bhai lagta hai... aur ussi ki meharbani hai k hum yahan iss party mein phase hue hain... office isse kai gunna zyaada interesting hota hai trust me..." Rahul commented...
"Really??? u r his brother??" Shilpa asked excitedly...
"Haan ghalti se.." Rohail laughed...
Acually Rohail and Rahul were forced to join office soon because of Armaan's absence as work load was alot on Billy and Arjun so when they were asked to join office after completing their studies instead for a break or some workshops, they both refused but when Armaan got to know this he very nicely emotionally blackmailed them in a funny way and convinced them to work at least for week and that is when they both got stuck with the office for rest of their lives... It wasn't like there was some hatred or no love between these three brothers... The three of them were very close to each other but Armaan being Armaan plays smart some time... The three of them leaves not even a single chance to pull eachother's leg and share a very strong bond which was a example set for others...
Business parties were always very boring for the three of them, first it was the three of them who make plans to stay out of these parties but later when Armaan joined his hands in business he became so popular that people started recognizing him so he had to attend those parties after lot of lectures from Billy otherwise he would have never paid any attention to such stupid boring things.. But in all this mess Rohail and Rahul gets a way out to stay back and enjoy...
"Oh!! to yaani bare bhai ki dada giri chalti hai??" Shilpa teased them...
"Sab ka waqt ata hai.." Rohail rolled his eyes...
"By the way tumhara naam kya hai??" Rahul asked Shilpa..
"Hmmm aur tum donow ka naam??" Now Shilpa asked...
"Rahul... and Rohail.." They both introduced themselves..
The three of them soon got busy in chatting and laughing with each other unknown to the fact that Annanya was closely noticing this...
As the got back home, everyone was so tired that all of them retired to their beds whereas Annanya after changing went to Rahul's room where Rohail and Rahul were arguing over something...
"Kyun jhagar rahe ho tum donow??" Annanya frowned at them...
"Hum????" Both Rahul and Rohail looked at Annnaya with narrow eyes...
"Hum kahan jhagar rahe hain bari maa??" Rohail asked...
"Khair jo bhi hai... aj wo ladki kaun thi jiske saath tum donow party mein baat kar rahe thai??" Annanya asked sitting on the couch...
"Wo... actually bari maa, wo hain naa kya naam hai??? haan... Shashank Malhotra.. jin k saath yeh naya project hum log handle kar rahe hain... unki beti thi..." Rohail answered...
"Shut up! tumse sirf naam poocha tha uska..." Annanya glared at Rahul and stood up to leave...
"Lagaye gaa bet??? Kal Mr Shashank Malhotra with family yahan dinner pe invited honge..." Rahul winked at Rohail... "Bet lagane ki zaroorat nahi hai... mujhe pata hai! Bhai ki to lag gai..." Rohail gave a high five to Rahul...
As predicted, Next day on the Dinner Table Malhotra family was having dinner with Malliks with an special eye on shilpa... Her simplicity and beauty has alread won everyones heart but now Annanya and dadi even loved her because of her behaviour and nature... She was just adorable to them, the way she talks, walk, behaves and most important give repect to others...
"Chachi!! Zara sochein, Shilpa natak kar rahi hui to???" Rahul sat down on the kitchen slap and asked Tanya in full dramatic style... "Chup!! drama.." Tanya commented twisting Rahul's ear...
"Arre kya chachi, kuch tafreeh hai he nahi... yeh bhai jab se gaya hai naa life se tafreeh se khatam ho gai hai... aur wo idiot Rohail! usse kal ek presentation deni hai wo uski tayyari mein laga hua hai.." Rahul pouted...
"Acha hua tum donow k liye kaam choron! Armaan k jaane se atleast yeh faida to hua k tum donow line pe a gaye ho..." Tanya chachi frowned at Rahul...
"Wese Ap sab ko Shilpa pasand to khoob a gai hai, lekin bhai ko pasand aye aur bhai usko pasand aye iss baat ki kya guarantee hai??" Rahul asked taking a bite of an apple...
"Tumhe iss sab ki tension lene ki koi zaroorat nahi hai! jo hoga dekh leyna... abhi chup betho aur mujhe kaam karne do.." Tanya said putting dishes a side...
"Arre wah wah wah! hone wale dulhe raja ka phone hai!!!" Rahul jumped with excitement as he saw Armaan's name flashing on his phone...
"Kya baat hai bhai??? tumhari he baat kar rahe thai sab..." Rahul giggled.. "Meri baat??? zaroor buraiyaan kar rahe hogi meri tum log..." Armaan cocked his eyes...
"Bus ab rehne do bhai! burai to meri aur Rohail ki hoti hai yahan, tum to champion bane bethe ho... kisne kaha tha uss manhoos project mein mujhe aur Rohail ko involve karne ko??? saara din bus ussi mein sir khapana parta hai... Socha tha thoda ghoomein gay hum donow studies complete karne k baad phir office join karein gay lekin tumhe bardaasht thodi tha... chale gaye NewYork aur phasa diya yahan humay.." Rahul complained...
"Oye Chal oye... bakwas kiye ja raha hai uss waqt se... " Armaan frowned...
"Acha bhai ek baat batao... tumhe ladki kaisi chahiye shaadi k liye??? kya haina yeh aj kal ka daily discussion topic hai humare ghar kaa.." Rahul came into the mood to have a little fun..
"Phir shuru hogaye tum sab ussi topic ko le kar... Kal mom bhi..." Armaan pouted...
"Hahahaha... mazak kar raha tha bhai... tum samajhte nahi ho..." Rahul laughed... "Acha khair! aur bata kya ho raha hai?" Armaan asked...
"Kya hoga??? kuch nahi, Dad k kuch guests aye hue hain wo unke saath busy hain... Rohail project presentation ki tayyariyun mein aur mein..." Rahul was about to complete but Armaan cutted of... "Humesha ki tarah free... haina???" Armaan completed Rahul's sentence...
"Haan haan hass lo jab meri baari aye gi naa tab poochonn gaa.." Rahul pouted...
"Acha khair, chal mein rakhta hun mujhe bohat kaam hai aj..." Armaan said putting his cloths into the washing machine...
"Haan haan jao... aish karo..." Rahul smiled and ended the call...

Armaan used to get lot of free time after office so he never hired any servant... cleaning, washing, cooking... no matter whatever it is he does it by himself only and that was the only thing he never told at home or else he knew Rahul and Rohail will make lot of fun out of it and other members of home will scold him for that...
"Kya sab ki sab meri shaadi karwane k peeche par gaye hain?? Biwi mere sir pe mussalat ho jaye gii aur inhe apni tafreeh ki pari hai... huh!!" Armaan rolled his eyes..
After washing cloths and dishes, he started cleaning house which he do twice in a week.. Suddenly he started taking hiccups.. "Yeh hichkiyaan kyun ane lagi mujhe??" Armaan thought taking a glass of water to drink...
"Phir koi shaadi ki planning kar rahe honge sab... aur koi kaam thodi hai kisi ko iss k ilaawa..." Armaan pouted...
"Ladki to bohat achi hai... aur iss baat mein koi shak nahi... to kya khayal hai??" Dadi asked everyone as they all gathered in the hall after bidding bye to Malhotras...
"Mujhe bhi bohat pasand hai... bilkul wesi jaisi humne Armaan k liye sochi thi.." Annanya too smiled...
"Haan bohat he pyari lagi mujhe to..." Tanya added...
"Bus to phir chalao baat.." Billy gave a final node...
"Arre lekin bhai se nahi poochen gay kya??" Rohail interrupted...
"Haan haan... mazak apni jagah lekin bhai ka bhi to koi decision matter karta hai naa??? ap rishta bhej dein aur phir bhai ko pasand nahi i to??" Rahul added...
"Tum donow to chup he raho... Armaan k chmche..." Arjun asked them to keep quiet...
"Armaan ko koi aitraaz nahi hoga... jo hoga uski khushi se hoga... bus!!!" Annanya shut off Rohail and Rahul...

"Kya??? Armaan Mallik ka rishta???" Shilpa jumped up when she heard about her marriage proposal that too for Armaan Mallik...
"Haan!! tumhare papa bhi keh rahe thai k bohat he acha aur suljha hua ladka hai... wo mile hain ek baar Armaan se... aur tasveer dekhne par mujhe bhi acha laga..." Padma smiled...
"Arre mama yeh shaadi kahan se a gai beech mein?? mein to parh rahi hun abhi.." Shilpa looked at Padma with confused eyes...
"Beta! yeh poora tumhara decision hai k tum kya chahti ho... agar tumhe aitraaz hai to hum mana kar dein gay... Lekin soch samajh k faisla karna beta!! Armaan bohat he naik aur acha ladka hai... aur tumhe parhne se koi rok nahi raha hai... Abhi zyaada se zyaada roka hoga ya phir sagai... shaadi ki baat to tumhare parhai complete karne k baad he aye gii aur phir wo bhale log hain, jahan tak meine unhe jaana hai wo tumhe job karne se bhi nahi roke gay..." Padma tried to make Shilpa understand while combing her hairs...
"Aur yeh app ek he mulaqat mein kaise keh sakti hain??" Shilpa asked...
"Arre wo isliye kyun Annanya meri bachpan ki saheli hai... hum donow school aur collage mein saath thai... phir shaadiyaan hogai to milna he nahi hua kabhi... uss din party mein bhi itefaaq hai k itne logon k beech humara amna saamna nahi hua lekin parson unke ghar jab hum gaye to ek doosre ko dekh kar chaunk gaye.." Padma smiled...
"Mumma... shaadi???" Shilpa bit her lower lip with confused expressions...
"Mein jaanti hun Shilpa! k tum Armaan se ek baar bhi nahi mili ho... isliye jhijak rahi ho... aur yeh sahi bhi hai k jisse tum jaanti nahi uske liye ek dum se haan kaise keh do... Wese to Armaan bhi tumse kabhi nahi mila aur usse bhi abhi tak koi baat nahi hui hai iss baare mein kekin uske ghar walon ne yeh khwahish zahir ki hai k wo tumhara haath Armaan k liye chahte hain...Lekin wo Armaan se pehle tumhari marzi bhi janna chahte hain kyunki tum abhi parh rahi ho... Agar tum hammi bhar do gii to phir Armaan se bhi baat ki jaye gii taake tum donwo apas mein milo aur phir jo theek lagay faisala karo...Hmmm??? Shilpa!! beta iss baare mein sochna zaroor.. agay tumhari marzi.." Padma kissed Shilpa's forhead and left the room closing the door behind...
Still confused with her thoughts, Shilpa got up from the couch and went towards her bed... She opened her side drawer and took out a diary...
In the middle on that diary there was a photo which she took out and looked at it..." Armaan Mallik!" She whispered... Flash Back...
Shilpa was coming back from her collage when it started raining one day... Surprisingly she was taking a short cut that day but her car got punctured and now she was walking all alone in the rain, it started getting dark and Shilpa found no one there to help her...
She was really worried about how she will get back home as her car lock got jammed and her mobile was inside...
"Ab kya karun??" Shilpa soliloquized and started walking but got slipped due to water when a hand held her hand and pulled her back...
"U ok??" He asked...
"Yeah!!!" Shilpa took a deep breath...
"App yahan iss tarah akele???" He asked offering her a ride back home pointing towards his car...
"Ummm meri gadi kharab hogai thi... Thanks..." Shilpa said with a bit hesitation and sat down on the passenger's seat next to him...
"Koi baat nahi, let me drop you... app ka address??" He asked and she told him quickly...
He dropped her home without even asking her name and left without telling his name as well...

Years later... Shilpa was doing her MBA, she was given a project where she has to research about something when she came across the name Armaan Mallik and his photographs... "Yeh to wohi hai..." Shilpa still remembered his face and kindness... She searched more about him and almost became his fan... more and more she got to know about him, more and more she started admiring him... His personality, looks and everything was making her attracted to him, Meeting Armaan someday became her dream and he was kind of an inspiration for her.. Flash Back Ends...
Lekin meine yeh kabhi nahi socha tha k ek din aise kismat mujhe tumse iss tarah milwana chahe gii..." Shilpa whispered looking at his photograph... Somewhere deep down she knew she liked him and now when his proposal came, she got a little scared and confused but happy about it at the same time... Unknowingly she started developing feelings for him...
"Agar mein haan kahun to?? par mere sapne???" Shilpa closed her eyes...

The very Next Morning when she came at the breakfast table Shashank and Padma both were looking at her silently, expecting an answer or the demand of some more time from her side but she kept quiet all the while eating breakfast...
"Shilpa!!" finally Shashank broke the ice... "Mana kar dun unhe???" He asked with a smile as he can see his daughter stealing glances of them...
"Wo Papa..." Shilpa tried to say something still looking down...
"Beta darne ki koi baat nahi hai, hum khud abhi tumhari shaadi k baare mein kuch nahi soch rahe... yeh to bus achanak se ek acha rishta ya to humne pooch liya tumse..." Shashank trieD to make her comfortable...
"Wo papa!! Agar app logon ko theek lagta hai to... to mujhe koi problem nahi hai.." Silpa tried to hide her blush and ran towards her room...
"Sharma gai..." Padma smiled at Shashank...
"Hmmm... humari beti ab waqai bari hogai hai..." Shashank smiled back...
"To bus... mein aj he phone kar k unhe Shilpa ka jawab bata deti hun phir dekhte hain... Lekin Shashank! app ne achi tarah se Armaan k baare mein pata kiya haina???" Padma once again conformed...
"Haan padma!! bharosa rakho..." Shashank held her hands with comfort...
"Kya??? uss ne haan kardi??? ab???" Rahul's jaw dropped down...
"Bagair mile???" Rohail's eyes popped out...
"Shaadi k liye haan nahi kahi hai! Armaan se milne k liye haan kahi hai!" Tanya shut the off..
"Haan aur isse pata chalte hai k wo waqai shareef ghar ki sanskari ladki hai jo apne maa baap pe poora yaqeen rakhti hai." Dadi said...
"Hain??? yeh kaun se sanskaar hain??? rehna to usse hai bhai k saath na k uske parents ko..." Rohail sounded logical...
"Oh ho... dekho abhi sirf baat chalai hai hum logon ne... "Baat to sahi hai tanya ki..." Billy raised voice...
"Mein batata hun, bhabhi ya hum mein se koi usse baat kare usse acha hai k in donow ko New York bhej dein...Kyunki yeh donow he hain wo usse haan bulwa sakte hain shaadi k liye... Atleast Shilpa k baare mein wo soche to sahi... aur wahan yeh donow usska kaam jaldi khatam karwane mein madad bhi kar dein gay hopefully!!" Arjun chachoo suggested...
"Brilliant Idea!" Billy clapped...
"Haan yeh sahi rahe ga.." everyone agreed.. "No No Never!!!" Both Rahul and Rohail jumped up...
"Hum kyun pitne jaein??? shaadi ki baat ap logon ne cheri , ladki ap ne pasand ki aur baat almost app ne pakki kar di hai... hum kyun bhai ki jhar sunne jaein??" Rahul tried to put his hand aay from that matter...
"Aur nahi to kya??? Hum nahi jaein gay..." Rohail too backed off...
"Chup!!! Samaan pack karna shuru karo... tum donow parson ja rahe ho.." Arjun glared at them...
"Ajeeb musibat hai.." Rohail and Rahul gave a look like Beta! ab to gaye...
Shilpa was sitting in the cafeteria still in her thoughts when her best friend Anjali came with Atul and sat down taking a chair on the same table...
"Yaar Anjali!! tum itna dimagh kyun kha rahi ho??? Mein tumhe yeh topic dus baar samjha chuka hun lekin tumhe yaad he nahi rehta yeh... Shilpa se samajh lo ab, mujhe jana hai professor sinha k saath..."Atul tried to make an excuse..
"Atul!! tum professor sinha ko bardasht kese karte ho??? unhe to class mein bardasht karna bhi mushkil ho jata hai humare liye .." Anjali scratched her head... She was Atul's fiance as well...
Well, Atul Joshi was one of the best student of his times, after completing his studies, He joined hands with his father in construction business... Later he also got engaged to Anjali Gupta who was the daughter of his Father's best friend and his childhood friend as well... Right now Anjali was doing her MBA from the same university from where Atul used to study few years back and Atul was called there by the Principal because he wanted to expand the building of university and for that he needed a second opinion which he thought Atul is the best person to give as he has already studied there so he can conclude what students think and what will be more beneficial for both students and faculty...
"Isse kya hua hai???" Atul pointed towards Shilpa who was not even listening to them and was busy in her own thoughts...
"Shilpa!!!!" Anjali clicked fingers in front of her...
"Huh???" Shilpa came out of her thoughts...
"Kahan gum ho??? isse samjha do naa yeh case study.." Atul asked..
"Haan lao naa.." Shilpa said while looking at the case study...
"Tumhari chonch kaise bund hai aj??? aise to har waqt chi chi karti kehti ho..." Atul asked raising his eyes...
"Shut up Atul!" Shilpa glared at him... she came back in her mood of having fun putting her thoughts about Armaan Mallik away for sometime...
"Kis k khayalon mein gum ho??? Aj kuch khaas hai kya??" Anjali teased Shilpa after Atul left as she saw her blushing a little..
"Kya khass hai???" Shilpa acted innocent...
"Bachoo kuch to chakar hai... batao..." Anjali looked at Shilpa with doubtful eyes...
"Kuch nahi hai... kya hoga??" Shilpa looked down...
"You are blushing!!! tum sharma rahi ho... Kaun hai wo??" Anjali asked with a naughty smile on her face...
"Koi nahi hai aur koi khass baat nahi hai.." Shilpa tried to deny the fact...
"Jee nahi!! kuch to hai, abhi parson tak to aisa kuch nahi tha jab mein tumse akhri baar mili thi... lekin yeh ek din mein aisa kya hogaya k tum kisi k khayalon mein itni gum rehne lagi???? Tumhe pehle meine aise kabhi nahi dekha!! So mujhse to chupane ki koshish bilkul mat karo aur batao mujhe..." Anjali made Shilpa look her instead of surrounding...
"Ahhh its nothing! just.."Shilpa looked down..
"Just what??? bolo.." Anjali smiled with excitement...
"Anjali please yaar don't look at me like that... warna bilkul nahi bataoon gi..." Shilpa pouted...
"Ok ok... ab serious hun... bolo.." Anjali stopped teasing her and smiled getting straight...
"Ummm u remember about Armaan Mallik???" Shilpa asked biting her lower lip..
"Of course.. of course i know Armaan , Atul ka bachpan ka dost hai... aur iss university ka topper bhi" Anjali said in a flow...
"One minute..." Anjali's eyes widen up just after a second... "Armaan Mallik!! the one who also dropped you home that rainy night, the one about whom you went crazy after research about him for a project???" Anjali connected Armaan and Shilpa's link...
"Right!!" Shilpa smiled...
"No way!!! i mean how??? wo to yahan hai bhi nahi... NewYork mein betha hai wo..." Anjali almost jumped up...
"Kya kar rahi ho tum???" Shilpa pulled her down on the chair again...
"Uska proposal aya tha mere liye... and..." Shilpa left her sentence incomplete...
"What??" Anjali's jaw dropped down
"Well... yeah!" Shilpa replied with a bit hesitation...
"OMG! This is a news... Kis dill ne usse maanga tha Shilpa tumne??? Ladkiyaan marti hain uspe aur wo unhe bhaw nahi deta, And for you straight away uska proposal agaya??? Hhh This is amazing!" Anjali jumped with excitement...
"Lekin, wo tumse saamne se a kar kab mila??? i mean wo to meri engagement mein bhi nahi tha... New York mein tha wo uss time.." winkles appeared on Anjali's forehead...
Armaan was not a stranger for Anjali as she knew him because of Atul since childhood... Anjali and Armaan leaves no stone unturned to pull each others leg whenever they meet... Armaan used to tease Anjali by warning Atul about her attitude and by calling her bhabhi ji in front of her and Anjali used to team up with Rahul and Rohail to irritate him like hell...
Armaan and Atul's families became friends with each other after some time of their friendship so yeah! They were like brothers and gets treated like family members in each others family...
"Mein nahi mili usse kabhi... In fact abhi to officially haan bhi nahi hui hai.. jab tak hum apas mein ek doosre se mil k baat nahi kar lete..." Shilpa told Anjali the background of the story...
"Oh ho!! to yeh baat hai !!! Lekin tum to usse pyaar kar bethi ho, agar daal nahi gali to???" Anjali got a little worried.. she doesn't wanted her sister like friend's heart to be broken up into peices...
"To meri kismat!! lekin iss pe mera ikhtiyaar nahi hai, pata nahi kaise, mein usse ajj tak face to face mili bhi nahi phir bhi yeh sach hai k usse pyaar karne lagi hun..." Shilpa pressed her lips together looking down...
"Chh... choro!! tum positive socho!! Jahan mein Armaan ko jaanti hun wo bohat he simple hai, zindagii ko khul k jeeta hai aur Tum bhi kuch aisi he ho to mujhe lagta hai k things will work out between you two..." Anjali smiled cheering her up..
"Lekin please tum Atul se kuch nahi kahogi jab tak kuch bhi official baat nahi hoti.." Shilpa requested Anjali...
"Hehehehe! dont worry!! kuch nahi kahungi usse...Ab dekhna yeh hai k Armaanh wapas kab ata hai.." Anjali smiled biting her lower lip...
Armaan was sleeping peacefully in his room when he heard the door bell... He rubbed his eyes and looked at his watch which was showing 3 am in New York... "Iss waqt kaun a gaya hai??? Wo bhi yahan???" Armaan made a face and got up to see... "He opened the main door with a yawn where Rahul and Rohail were standing with there bags... "Kya bhai?? aur deir se kholte darwaza..." Rahul complained and without giving him any chance to question both of them entered...
"Tum??? oh hello!! tum donow yahan kya kar rahe ho??? wo bhi achanak iss tarah???" Armaan rubbed his eyes not able to believe what he saw...
"Kyun??? ghar mein kisi ko chupa k rakha hai?? jo humare ane se pareshaan ho rahe ho???" Rohail teased...
"Chup bay! Tum pehle mujhe yeh batao k tum donow yahan kaise???" Armaan asked while closing the door...
"Socha chuttiyaan manein!!" Rahul laughed and Rohail too, thinking about their real intentions of visiting him...
"Mujhe pagal samjha hai tum donow ne???" Armaan frowned...
"Haan!! wohi to banne wale ho tum bhai!!" Rohail laughed...
"Dafa ho jao! mein sone ja raha hun, meri neend kharab kardi.." Armaan threw a sofa cusion at them and marched towards his room...
"Bhai se baat kase karoge??? joote lagaye gaa yeh to humay..." Roahil asked Rahul when Armaan went back to sleep...
"Hum koi rishta le kar aye hain jo baat kareinge???? Hum baat thodi karein gay hum to tafreeh lein gay..." Rahul gave an evil smile...

In the Morning... Armaan woke up with a jerk feeling himself getting wet with water... "Gadhon!! atay he shuru ho gaye tum donow???" Armaan yelled at Rahul and the glared at Rohail who was laying lazily while reading a book on the other side of the bed... "Meine kuch nahi kiya!!!" Rohail puts his hands up hiding his smile...
"Tum donow kar kya rahe ho yahan??? wahan ka kaam kaun sambhale gaa??" Armaan asked snatching away the water bottle from Rahul...
"Hum yahan apni marzi se nahi aye hain... bheje gaye hain..." Rohail chuckled...
"Arre lekin kisne bheja hai tum donow ko yahan mera dimagh kharab karne??? aur kyun???" Armaan made a face and threw the remaining water on Rahul..
"Dad ne bheja hai... bole Armaan ki madad karo wahan ja kar so taa ke ... tum apna kaam khatam karke jaldi se India lauto !!! Tumhari band jo bajani hai..." Rohail mimicked...
"Kya bakwaas hai yeh???" Armaan glared at them...
"Abhi to humne bakwaas shuru he nahi ki..." Rahul passed an innocent look...
"Kya???" Armaan narrowed his eyes...
"Arre kuch nahi bhai!!! tumhe tung karne ka bohat mann kar raha tha to a gaye, socha thodi tafreeh bhi ho jaye gii..." Rohail finally ended the teasing session...
"To aise bolo naa... Lekin tum donow ko dekh kar ujhe koi positive vibes nahi a rahi hai... kuch to garbar kar k aye ho tum donow..." Armaan shot a doubtful look at them...
"Kya bhai??? yahan a k bilkul he bore ho gaye ho... mazak bhi nahi samajhte..." Rahul threw himself on the sofa.. "O..teri!! tum donow k chakkar mein bhool gaya k 10 baje meri meeting hai aur 8 yahin baj gaye hain..." Armaan hit his head against his palm and ran into the washroom...
"Abay marwaye gaa kya?? Gharwalon ne ek serious zimmadari de k bheja hai humay... " Rohail got a bit serious...
"Arre pata hai yaar!! dekha nahi akele reh reh k kitna boring hogaya hai bhai! Choti choti baat pe to chirr jata hai, aise mein baat ki to joote parein gay... Kuch proper planning karni paregi... " Rahul said while crossing his legs
"Haan!!! wese tu kya chahta hai??? bhai ko haan kehna chahiye ya???" Rohail asked...
"Yaar!! Shilpa waqai achi hai, i think they will make a good couple... to haan mein yehi chahta hun k haan kahe bhai... Lekin yahan k asaar to kuch aur he bata rahe hain... aise he chalta raha to haan to door shaadi ki baat se he chir jaye gaa yeh... Kaam ki ziyaati ne cool dude Armaan ko busy Armaan bana diya hai ek dum..." Rahul rolled his eyes..
"Hmmm... yaani mission patao bhai chaloo karna pare gaa..." Rohail said while scratching his head..
At one point, Shilpa started day dreaming about Armaan... It was natural for her to fall in love with Armaan so deeply as first she was attracted to him for the person he was.. It wasn't the Mallik tag which attracted her towards him she herself was the daughter of a very rich business man and wasn't greedy for money or power... She was attracted to him because of his simplicity...
That day when he gave her a ride back home, he could have flirted like others or check her out because she was so wet that moment due to rain and her clothes were almost sticking to her body exposing every inch and curve of her but he not only provided her with his jacket but also didn't even dared to look at her or talked her except for asking her about her address so that she won't get scared or feel uncomfortable..
He dropped her home and waited till she got inside without even asking about his jacket... Shilpa never met him again to return his jacket but she even didn't disposed it off and put it in her wardrobe... Somewhere she was really touched by this act of him and later when she came to know about his success and who he is? she was touched more and more thinking about the person who could be a spoil brat but he wasn't... He was kind of an inspiration for her about whom she only discussed with her best friend Anjali a long time back... And now when she got a marriage proposal from him, she started developing feelings for him...
She took out that jacket from her wardrobe which she always use to look at and remember that strange night but never touched again... But today she took he out and smiled at it... at one point she was feeling her self in cloud 9 and was enjoying this feeling of love but on the other hand she had a fear as well that what if things will not work out??? what if he will reject her??? she don't want to face a rejection which feels terrible...

Rahul was too irritated when he got to know that there is no servant in the house... He was hungry and there was nothing to eat... He walked up to Armaan's room where Rohail was completing his sleep...
"Abay oye!! uthoo!!" Rahul kicked Rohail...
"Rahul k bache! kya masla hai??? sone de mujhe..." Rohail threw a pillow over Rahul and again went to sleep..
"Arre yaar!! isse apni neend ki pari hai aur yahan mere pait mein choohe dhorr rahe hain..." Rahul started cursing Armaan under his breath...
"Tum sote raho... mein officwe ja raha hun bhai k pass..." Rahul threw the same pillow over Rohail which Rohail threw at him few seconds back...

"Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho???" Armaan asked with narrow eyes as Rahul entered in his cabin...
"Office ghoomne aya hun!!" Rahul replied sarcastically...
"Bhai!! tum kitne kanjoos ho gaye ho... itne bare ghar mein, ek bhi servant nahi hai.." Rahul grinned his teeth taking a chair...
"Kaun jhele gaa servants ko??? aur mere akele ki liye servants ki koi zaroorat nahi hai..." Armaan replied in an irritated tone...
"Itna irritate kyun ho rahe ho??? kya hua hai??? Kal raat ko hum aye hain aur tab se ab tak tum sirf jhinglaye hue he dikh rahe ho???" Rahul asked with concern...
"Kuch nahi yaar!! audit chal raha hai aj kal... " Armaan told the reason of his behavior...
"To aise bolna tha naa... mein pareshaan hogaya k pata nahi kya hua hai..." Rahul breathed lightly...
"Khair yeh sab chor... yeh bata ghar mein sab kaise hain??? Aur tum donow waqai ghoomne aye ho ya kuch aur chakkar hai???" Armaan asked with doubtful look...
"Neend poori karne aye hain!! seriously matlab humay sunday ko bhi offnahi milta hai, Chachoo aur Dad k under kaam karna is too difficult..." Rahul gave a deadly look...
"Hahahahaha!! " Armaan laughed...
"Rohail kahan hai???" Armaan asked...
"Neend poori kar raha hai, mujhe bhook lagi thi dekha to kuch tha he nahi ghar mein... isiliye soch aaj itne time baad tumhare saath lunch kiya jaye..." Rahul smiled...
"Arre haan yaar sorry!! wo time he nahi mila mujhe ghar k liye shopping karne ka.." Armaan apologized...
"Tum shaadi karlo bhai!! tension he khatam ho jaye gii iss sab ki..." Rahul gave Armaan a serious suggestion...
"Yeh kaam khatam kar ke meine wapas ghar he jana hai beta! yahan humesha nahi rehna hai jo mein iss sab se bachne k liye shaadi kar lun..." Armaan answered sarcastic...
"Shaadi azaab hai.. haina???" Rahul smirked...
"Nahi yaar!! lekin bojh bhi nahi honi chahiye naa... agar marzi nahi hai to shaadi kar k faida??? na khuid khush raho na he doosre ko rakh pao..." Armaan gave an explanation...
"Huhhh yeh to hai... wese ghar pe roz ka yehi topic hai... kya khayal hai??? koi pasand i?? " Rahul asked with a bit naughty smile... "Nahi yaar!! time kahan hai iss sab k liye... wese bhi meine mom ko bol diya hai jo bhi unki pasand he meri pasand bhi hogi..." Armaan gave an straight answer...
"Arre??? agar kal ko ghar walon ko koi bhi pasand a jaye aur wo rishta tey kar dein phir tumhe achi naa lagay to??? zindagii azaab banao gay kya???" Rahul rasied his voice...
"Jazbati kyun ho rahe ho itna??? paani pee lo..." Armaan asked Rahul to calm down...
...
"Pata nahi yaar.. lekin aj tak kisi bhi ladki se mil k aisa nahi laga k mein usske saath zindagii guzaarna chahta hun... na he koi achi lagi k uske saath time spend karne ka jee chahe..." Armaan said while having his food...
"Lo humay to roz koi na koi aisi ladki dikh jati hai.." Rohail laughed...
"Abay oye sudhar jaa... chup chap se khana khao..." Armaan shook his head at both his brothers
"Acha khair, yeh shaadi ka topic ab close... aur do teen din aur araam kar lo lekin phir office ana shuru karo tum donow taa ke yeh project khatam ho kisi tarah..." Armaan almost ordered...
"Haan humay bhi to apna project khatam karna hai..." Rohail took a deep breath...
"Tumhara project???" Armaan cocked his eyes...
"Iss ka matlab hai k tum jald se jald ghar lauto... sab bohat miss karte hain tumhe..." Rahul tried to cover up...
Few Days Later...
"Armaan se baat hui???" Annaya called Rohail...
"Bari maa!! App itna tension kyun le rahi hain??? kar lein gay baat yeh thoda sa kaam nimat jaye office ka phir bomb phor dein gay bhai k sir pe... Wese mujhe nahi lagta k bhai mana kare gaa... Jahan tak meine samjha hai, app sab faaltu mein darr rahe hain yeh soch kar k bhai app logon ki khushi k agay apni pasand k baare mein nahi bataye gaa... wo kisi mein interested hai he nahi aur i am sure k Shilpa bhai ko zaroor pasand aye gi..." Rohail tried to satisfy Annaya that nothing will go wrong...

Armaan was in his cabin checking some file whereas Rohail was at home and Rahul was out for some shopping... Armaan was turning the pages of his file when by mistake he hit theglass full of water and it fall on his file... "Shoot!!!" Armaan quickly tried to dry the file when a photograph of some girl fell down from the file... "Yeh kya hai??" Armaan thought while picking up the photograph but in order to remove water from it, he rubbed the water drops which resulted as the picture got blured... "Yeh kis ladki ki photograph hai???" Armaan thought...
"Zaroor yeh Rahul ya Rohail donow mein sekisi ki harkat hai... kabhi to sudhar jaein..." Armaan thought to gave them a lecxture at home...
...
On the dinner table Armaan kept the photo and asked... "Yeh kaun hai???"
"Yeh????" Both Rohul and Rohail looked at each other with a grin..
"Koi ladki lagti hai... lekin iss ke chehre ko kya hua hai???" Rahul tried to hide his smile...
"Yeh to mujhe bhi pata hai k yeh ladki hai! lekin yeh photograph office ki file mein kya kar rahi thi??? Aur yeh photo hai kis ki" Armaan glared at both of them...
"Hone wali bhabhi ki..." Rohail blurted out...
"Kya????" Armaan's eyes popped out...
"Mera matlab hai k ... Rahul ka love interest hai to meri to bhabhi hui naa..." Rohail put the cap on Rahul's head...
"Meri???" Rahul jumped up at this sudden attack...
"Rahul k bache... pehle kuch ban to jao phir ishq larana... aur tu ne mujhse chupaya???" Armaan narrowed his eyes...
"Achi hai!! i mean ghar walon ko asand aye gii... lekin pehle settle to ho jao..." Armaan put his thoughts forward...
"Arre ghar walon ko to a he jaye gii pasand mein to app ki pasand pooch raha hun.." Rohail inquired more...
"Arre bola naa she is nice!! Chehra blur hone ki wajah se theek se nahi dikh raha lekin meine kahin to dekha hai isse..." Armaan scratched his head...
"Arre wah! app miley hain pehle Shilpa se??" Rahul asked winking at Rohail..
"Shilpa??? kahin to dekha hai isse.. lekin kahan yeh yaad nahi... but she is nice.." Armaan pressed his lips together...
"Matlab... bus aise he hai??? kuch zyaada khaas nahi hai..." Rohail made a bad face and tried to control his laugh... He never heard Armaan so soft that too about a girl...
"Arre mujhe kya pata yaar??? jo patta raha hai usse poocho..." Armaan again glared at Rahul...
"Bhai!! Tumhara dill to kisi k liye abhi tak dharka nahi... to mujhe kyun ghoor rahe ho??? mera dill to dharak sakta haina??" Rahul talked non sense..
"Abay chup kar naa... baat kyun bigar raha hai???" Rohail pinched Rahul...
"Wese agar aisi he koi ladki ghar walon ne app k liye dhoond li jis mein saari qualities hon jo wo chahte hain to??? ghar walon ki khushi k liye haan kar dein gay??? ya apne dill ki sunn k naa???" Rohail asked carefully...
"Phir meri shaadi beech mein le kar a gaye... ajeeb ho tum log... aur wese bhi yeh ladki dikhne mein achi hai, aur agar aisi he koi ghar walon ko bhi pasand ho to mein... kis base pe mana karunga??? Jab mera kisi se koi commitment hai he nahi to phir dill ki kya sunoo??? a b c d??" Armaan answered raising his shoulders...
"Haan!! atleast unse to different lag rahi hai jo aj kal ki hain... chipku!!" Armaan made a face...
"Bhai ek baat kahun???" Rahul asked showing his dimples..
"Kya???" Armaan smiled...
"Yeh Rohail k saath saath, meri hone wali bhabhi bhi hai..." Rahul started laughing...
"What????" Armaan jumped up and Rohail burst out laughing at his face...
"Tum donow.???" Armaan shouted with widen eyes...
"Haan hum donow!! isiliye to aye thai!! Ab tum maan gaye bhai!! wah, ab maza aye gaa!!!" Rohail dances...
"Maze k bache... ruko tum donow abhi batat hun..." Armaan ran after them and they ran to save their lives...
...
"Mom!!! apka kaam hogaya bhai ab na sirf Shilpa se milega bal ke haan bhi kahe gaa... mein likh k de sakta hun..." Rahul danced while talking with Annaya on the phone...
"Aisa kya???" Annanya cocked her eyes...
"Arre badi maa scene dekhne wala tha, bhai ko laga k Shilpa Rahul ka love interest hai, pehle to bhai ne Rahul ko khoob sunai k apni harkaton ko sahi rakho aur phir jab humne achi tarah se Shilpa k baare mein unki rai jaan ke unhe bataya k Yhan unki shaadi ki baat ho rahi hai to shakal dekhne wali thi!!! hahahahahaha thaty was worth watching!!" Rohail laughed
"Ab dekhna thodi he deir mein bhai app ko phone kare ga... to drama k liye tayyar ho jaein!!" Rahul giggled switiching off the loud speaker and then ended the call...

"Yaar ahan dekha hai meine isse?? Chehra kuch saaf dikh raha hota to shayad pehchaan leta..." Armaan scratched his head with Shilpa's photo in his hand which was covered with scratched and stains of water, her face was also not very much visible...
"Khair! ab un namoonow k saamne bol diya hai to zahir hai k ghar tak to baat pohunch he gai hogi!! Beta Armaan! Ab to milna he pare ga.. Khair usme kya hai??? mil ke dekh leyta hun shayad mujhe bhi yaad a jaye k meine isse pehle kahan dekha hai..." Armaan thought and decided to meet Shilpa...
