Sasha got the shock of her life. She couldn't believe that her Vicky and Maan Singh Khurana were related….no no not related but brothers….in fact twin brothers…..
"Yup sweetheart….Your dear MK is your to be dewar….."
"Shut up you idiot….tumne to abhi tak mujhe propose bhi nahi kiya hai…."
"Arrey we Khuranas don't propose….hum to seedhe shaadi karne mein believe karte hain…. You see mere pyaare bhai ne to baal- vivah hi kar liya tha….."
Sasha was shocked while Geet turned a dark shade of red.
"Arrey Menadaki tumhe nahi pata….tumhari pyari behen Geet ne to tumhare boss MK se tab Shaadi kar li thi jab wo sirf 11 saal kit hi…."
"Kyaaa shut up I am not a frog you….you Godzilla…..What rubbish…..tum mujhe phir se bevkoof bana rahe ho na….I mean MK ne to Geet se abhi kuchh din pehle hi shaadi kari hai…."
"Aaap dono ek dusre ko aise naamon se kyun bula rahe ho…..Godzilla to wo Rimi hai….Bass bichari kapde chhipkali ke size ke pehanti hai…."😆

Now Vicky and Sasha both screamed together, while Geet looked at them with a cheeky grin.
"Haan…..mere 18th b'day par Maan ne mujhe hamari court marriage ke papers bhi sign karne ke liye bheje the as a b'day gift!!…."
"Oh god….Geet mujhe yakin nahi hota MK itne romantic bhi ho sakte hain….I mean mujhe to lagta tha ki wo apni suhagraat par bhi sirf gussa hi karenge aur unki biwi unse darr kar bhaag jaayegi…..Though Geet is defo something else…."
"Arrey haan….isiliye to ab tum bahut hi jald Mami cum Maasi cum Taiji ban ne waala ho…."
"Achchha parr main to….OMG GEET ARE YOU PREGNANT???"
Geet nodded shyly while Sasha hugged Geet immediately.
"Congrats dear….I am so happy for you and MK…."
Vicky had a satisfied smile on his lips watching their bonding. He was thankful to God that after so many days everything in their lives for slowly returning to normal even though there were still some unaccomplished tasks.
HOSPITAL
Meanwhile Maan had rushed to the hospital after getting a call from Geet's gynecologist. Apparently she had to discuss something very important with him and had even requested him to come without Geet. Maan was getting all sorts of bad thoughts in his mind and they were scaring the hell out of him.
"Mr. Khurana, Doctor ne aapko apne cabin mein bulaaya hai…."
Maan nodded and slowly made his way towards the cabin. He entered the cabin but not before shooting up a prayer to Geet's babaji.
Doctor's Cabin
Doctor asked him to take a seat and didn't say anything for a while as she was soing through some reports. Maan was shifting uncomfortably in his seat as her expressions were also not giving him any teeny-meeny idea of what was going in her mind. Finally the doctor looked up and let out a sigh before speaking-
"Mr. Khurana, mere paas aaj hi Geet ki test reports aayi hain aur…."
"Oh….I hope sab kuchh normal hai doctor….I mean she is perfectly OK na….aur baby bhi theek hi hai, hai na…."
"Please calm down Mr. Khurana, main jaanti hoon ki you are very worried par I wish main aapko bol sakti ki everything is fine….but…."
"BUT…..what???"
"Mrs. Khurana is extremely weak Mr. Khurana…. in fact unhe severe anemia hai….. Unka haemoglobin aur blood count level bahut low hai….jiski wajah se unke liye yeh pregnancy bilkul bhi safe nahi hai…."
Maan felt as if land has slipped below his feet. He stared at the doctor wordlessly for some time before he finally found his tongue and spoke with utmost difficulty-
"Y..yeh a..aap kya keh rahi hai d...doctor...A..are you S..suggesting a..ab..abo..abortion??"
"I wish aisa ho sakta Mr. Khurana…. parr now its too late for that too…."
"Parr Geet is only one month pregnant…."
"No Mr. Khurana Geet is more than three months pregnant….uss waqt mera diagnosis galat tha….aurr ek baat hai jis se aap abhi tak shayad anjaan hai, Geet ke weak hone ke pichhe ek reason hai…."
Maan's mind flew back to the first time they made love...It meant that Geet had conceived at that time itself…..
"Reason???"
"Ji….aisa lagta hai ki Geet ka recently kuchh mahinon pehle hi accident hua tha…. jis mein unhone kaafi blood lose kiya tha….Definitely unka koi major operation hua hoga…."
"WHATTT….."
"Abb hum issi wajah se abortion ke baare mein nahi soch sakte because humein unpar operate karna hoga..jismein unki jaan ko khatra hai…."
Maan was stunned with these revelations. HIS GEET had had an accident and he didn't know??? He definitely needed to seek some answers from Geet, there were too many things still hidden from him. And now her life is in danger because of their baby??? He somehow composed himself and asked-
"Abb humein kya karna chaiyeh doctor…."
"Well Mr. Khurana, as for now humein bahut savdhan rehna hoga….. We have to really work hard on her hemo levels….Make sure she eats well and takes her meds on time….Haan sabse zyaada iss baat ka dhyaan rakhna hai ki wo bilkul stress na le and kisi bhi wajah se unko koi chot nahi lagni chaiyeh….Because even a little bleeding might prove fatal…..And haan please bring her for sonography and some other tests next week…."
Maan nodded and after taking all the necessary instructions from the doctor, he exited the hospital.
"Geet….main tumse to iss accident ke baare mein kuchh nahi pooch sakta kyunki main tumhe stress nahi karna chahta par haan main iss baat ki tah tak zaroor pahunchke rahoonga….meri sixth sense kehti hai ki you are hiding something big from me….."
