CHAPTER 7
Abhay was sleeping or rather trying to sleep. He was in deep thought. Sleep was miles away. he was messed up with his emotions. "what is wrong with me?", thought abhay . abhay closed hid eyes to get some sleep. He got up and so piya sleeping peacefully. She was looking like an angel cuddled up in her blanket. "screw you piya! You are sleeping peacefully while you have taken away my sleep!", abhay muttered to himself. Abhay decided to pen down his feelings..
ABHAY'S DIARY
I am so messed up. What is wrong with me? I am confused with my own feelings. I hate it when piya hangs out with jeh too much. but on second thoughts..why am I hating it? They are friends afterall. I kissed piya in fury! This wasn't me. Was this jealousy? I think yes! Sigh! Sid says may be I am falling for piya. Is it true? How can i? I was in love with alina! Wait a minute..did I just say WAS? Damn…these emotions are screwing me. I am having sleepless nights. I need help. Serious help. Right now or I will go mad…

Abhay closed his diary and called up sid. Sid was not picking up the phone. Finally after calling 5 times, sid picked up. "hello", sid said sleepily. "sid! Where are you? Why are you not picking up my calls?", said abhay almost yelling. "abhay, is that you? Damn its 3 in the morning and I am sleeping. What do you want?", answered sid in irritated voice. "I want to talk to you", said abhay sheepishly. "tomorrow abhay. good night", sid replied. "either you come to terrace or I am coming to your room!", abhay shot back. "whats so urgent? I am coming. Wait.", sighed sid.

Abhay was waiting on terrace. Sid came who looked like half dead yawning. "what do want abhay? couldn't you wait till morning?", asked sid. Abhay said," sid pleae, help me. I am so messed up. I am confused with me emotions." "let me guess, its piya?", said sid with a sigh. Abhay nodded. "you want answers, I want sleep. Lets play rapid fire round. I think you will get your answers.", said said. "shoot", said abhay excitedly. Sid rolled his eyes.
Sid,"feeling bad seeing jeh and piya together?"
Abhay,"yes"
Sid," cant stand jeh near piya?"
Abhay,"yes"
Sid,"feeling bad when piya ignores you?"
Abhay,"yes"
Sid,"you always want to be near piya?"
Abhay,"yes"
Sid,"u smile when piya smiles?"
Abhay,"yes"
Sid,"always thinking about piya?"
Abhay,"yes"
Sid,"missing piya when she is not with you?"
Abhay,"yes"
Sid,"feeling piya's pain if she is hurt?"
Abhay,"yes"
Sid,"always want her to be in your sight?
Abhay,"yes"
Sid,"you are in love!"
Abhay,"yes"
Suddenly abhay reralised what he said and yelled,"I am what?" "in love abhay", sighed sid. "but how? I mean I was madly in love with alina, then how did piya come in between?", asked abhay confused. "may be piya's love was more powerful. She won you back abhay! I have seen her in trauma when u were all rude to her. may be when u came to know about alina, that love vanished in front of piya's love. Piya's love was always strong abhay. accept it. You are in love. Whatever you are feeling right now is nothing but love for her. the day you will accept it, you will have control over your emotions. Ok, close your eyes and imagine all the moments spend with alina and piya. You will realize your feelings.", said sid.
Abhay closed his eyes and relived all his moments with piya. His heart skipped and automatically, smile crept his lips. But for alina, he didn't feel anything except for hatred. The love which he had for her, seemed to vanish for him. piya had replaced her in his heart. "piya, I love piya", said abhay with eyes closed. He opened his yes and saw sid smiling. "thanks sid," said abhay and hugged him and ran away. sid sighed.

next morning abhay got up with a smiling face. Afterall finally he had realized his love for piya. Abhay had decided that he will confess his love to piya today itself. Abhay saw that piya was still sleeping. Abhay went near piya and kissed her forehead and then her cheeks. She smiled in her sleep. abhay touched her cheeks with his thump caressing it. Piya suddenly got up and was surprised to see abhay near her. abhay again kissed her cheeks and said,"good morning piya". Piya was confused as well as taken aback by his sudden action. "good morning abhay", said piya giving him confused looks. Abhay smiled looking at her confused and said," what? Cant I wish my wife morning" winking at her. piya didn't say a word. She was trying to figure out what was in abhay's mind.
It was time for breakfast. Chand and haseena were out of town for two days leaving the house on kids. Misha, avik, and sid were already on breakfast table. Piya and abhay joined them too. "mom please, I want to go to the fair", yelled avik. Misha replied,"avik, not today. May be some other time" avik argued,"but today is the last day. I want to go. Dad pleash tell mom." Sid said,"ofcourse we are going. U, me and your mom" avik was happy and asked," piya, chachu, you two ale coming na? pleash" piya smiled and said," I am coming don't know about your chachu" avik looked at abhay who was smiling and said," sorry avik, I cant. I have lots of work in office. Next time for sure." Avik's face fell. Piya smiled and said," so what avik? I, you, mom , dad and ofcourse jeh uncle. I will call him. he would love to come." Abhay looked at piya giving disbelieving look. "what the hell! Jeh is coming too. Ugh! No way. Even I will go now", thought abhay. abhay finally said," ok, I am also coming. I can do rest of my work tomorrow also" avik yelled,"yay". Piya and sid were smiling. They knew why abhay made this decision. "u look cute when you are jealous abhay", thought piya. Suddenly, abhay's cell rang and went to take his call.

Abhay was in the caf waiting for someone. "hey dude, I am here!" , called someone. Abhay turned around and saw him standing after such a long time.abhay gave hi-5 and said," kabir, wassup! Today you called me up suddenly out of the blue. And where were you? Two years kabir! No calls nothing. I don't even know what you are doing!" kabir chuckled and said," relax dude. Things were not good in two years. Cmon sit. I will tell you everything." Abhay and kabir sat and started talking. Abhay asked,"so?" kabir sighed and said," I went back home two years back. dad was not well. Being his only son, I had to take up the responsibility. Few months passed by. I met love of my life. Hey don't look at me like that. ok, so I was happy with her. dad was also fine. Things were best. But then a year ago, mom and dad died in car accident. I was alone and shattered. That's when my love helped me out. And we got married. It happened all of a sudden. I thought I will give you all surprise but not even a week passed by and we had problems in out marriage. Things became so worse that we got divorced. But few months back, she again came back to me and said that she loves me a lot and want to give our relation, a second chance. And I accepted her whole heartedly. And now we are happy. We remarried. Actually, now I am planning a reception for friends and I wanted your help since its only you whom I can look upto." Abhay didn't knew what to say. Kabir has suffered so much. Abhay smiled and said," I am very sorry for what happened. But you could have called me once. I sorry for uncl and aunty but I am happy finally you have someone. So when can I meet her?" kabir smiled and said," now, she is on the way. Oh look, there she is"
Abhay turned around and was shocked to see alina there. Alina has married kabir too. He didn't knew how to react. On the other hand, alina was not in her senses. She was looking pale. "I am screwed", thought alina. Alina went near kabir and sat. kabir said," alina meet abhay, my best buddy. I know I never told you about him but look, here he is and abhay this is alina, my wife." Abhay smiled and said," hi alina, good to see you again." Kabir was confused and asked," you guys know each other?" abhay answered, "very well. Right alina." Alina tried to smile but couldn't. alina excused herself saying that she has an urgent call. She texted abhay not to tell kabir anything and she will tell abhay everything soon. Abhay smiled looking at the text. "I am not going to spare you alina.",thought abhay.
"abhay, you didn't tell me. How do you guys both know each other.", asked kabir. Abhay said," I will tell you everything but promise me you wont ask alina anything."
"but", kabir interrupted
"just promise me", said abhay. kabir nodded. Abhay said," meet me in my office at 2. Bring alina there too. And I am sorry for everything." Kabir asked," why are you saying sorry?" abhay said," because I am going to do something which may break your heart. But trust me its for your own good. See you at 2. Bye kabir and I am sorry once again." Abhay left leaving confused kabir there.

Abhay had already told sid about everything. He had to save kabir now. It was little late but not too late. Kabir had to know the real face of alina. "alina is disgusting. She was married and still married kabir. She doesn't know what she has gotten herself into", thought abhay
Sid and abhay were waiting for kabir and alina to come. Finally. They were here. Kabir wanted to know what was going on. Kabir asked," why did you call us here? And what were you talking back there?" abhay said," I want you to meet someone." Danish entered and was shocked to see alina there. He went near and hugged alina. Danish said," alina, where were you. I searched for you everywhere. Why did you leave me? Say something." Alina separated herself from him. alina was pale. She knew that now her time was up. Kabir interrupted," excuse me? Who are you? She is my wife alina" Danish was taken aback and said," what? Your wife? She is my wife alina. Alina say something." Kabir was angry and caught his collar," how dare you? Abhay whats going on here? You called us to insult my wife."
Abhay said," no, I called you to tell you the truth! Leave him kabir" kabir left Danish. Abhay said," now I will continue the story. Danish and alina were married. Danish had everything. He was rich back then. But he suffered a loss and lost everything. So one day, alina left Danish. She met sid and dated him. but sid realized that alina is not what she seems to be. She was just after money. So sid left alina. Then she met you and around same time me. She dated both of us together. But got married to you first. She asked for divorce so that she can marry me. But some how things didn't work out and I got married to piya. But you were already divorced. So she came back to you and remarried you till the time she gets her another target." Kabir and Danish were shocked.
Kabir asked," how can I believe you?" abhay showed the wedding photograph which was in danish's wallet to kabir and few photographs of alina and his. Danish also saw this and was shattered. Abhay continued," she was just after your money. She asked for alimony when you were getting divorced, didn't she?" kabir nodded.
Alina was standing quietly. She knew it was useless to tell anything now. Abhay said," alina, you time is up. Your plan was too good but you made a little mistake. firstly, u didn't knew that kabir and I are friends. Secondly, u married kabir without getting divorce from Danish which is illegal so now, you are going to land up in jail." The police was already there and arrested alina. While going, Danish asked," why did you do this?" alina said," it was for us. I love you Danish. I knew you wanted money so I did it for us. That was the only way." Danish said," I never wanted money. I wanted happiness. But you ruined everything. I hate you. U are disgusting. Get out of my sight"
Kabir and Danish were heartbroken and left

It was time for fun fair. Avik was very excited. Abhay was also excited because he would spend an entire evening with piya and ofcourse he will confess his love to piya. Every reached the fun fair. Abhay was trying to gain piya's attention but piya wa avoiding him. soon, jeh also came. Piya went near jeh and hugged him and said,"jeh, you came. I was waiting for you!" jeh said," ofcourse, u called me. I had to come." Abhay very angry seeing them like that. sid saw this and smiled.
"roller coaster jeh, lets go!", yelled piya. Abhay interrupted," since when did you start enjoying such rides?" "since now, if you want, you can also join in.", said piya. Jeh, sid, abhay and piya went for roller coaster ride. Misha decided to sit with avik. While sitting for the ride, sid and jeh sat together. Piya who wanted to sit with jeh had no choice but to sit with abhay. abhay whispered in piya's ears," you are stuck with me" piya rolled her eyes.
The ride started. Initially it was fun but later piya got afraid. She was yelling during the whole ride. She didn't even realize when she clutched abhay's arms tightly resting her head on his shoulder. Abhay was enjoying her reaction. The ride stopped but piya was refusing to let go of abhay. they got down from the ride but was still holding abhay's arm with her eyes closed. Misha, sid and jeh were smiling looking at piya. Abhay kissed her forehead and said," you can leave me. You are very much alive." Piya opened her eyes and saw where she was and left abhay immediately feeling embarrassed. Avik said," piya you ale dalpok. My chachu is a helo"
Avik was enjoying with sid and misha. Jeh was accompanying them. Abhay and piya were walking together. They were left behind. Piya was trying not to meet his eyes and abhay was enjoying it. Suddenly there was game of rifle shooting. Abhay thought of trying his hand. He took the rifle and started shooting balloons. To his surprise, he wasn't that bad in it. Piya was standing near him and was little amused to see this. Suddenly a group of young girls came near abhay and was giggling looking at him. abhay and piya both saw this. Piya rolled her eyes and abhay decided to play along.
One of the girl approached abhay and said, "hi handsome, you are good at it. My name is Tanya. Will you teach me how to shoot." Abhay saw piya giving dagger looks. He smiled and said," ya sure. I am abhay…abhay raichand. Nice to meet you. I must say. You are very beautiful. Let me teach you."
Tanya held the rifle in her hand. It was too heavy. Abhay stood behind her and helped her to carry the rifle almost hugging her. he was teaching her how to hold it. Piya saw this and was furious. She wanted to smack the girl right then and there and even abhay for doing it. The other girls kept staring and giggling. When Tanya was done, another girl approached and said," will teach me also?" that was enough for piya. She said," no, he wont. My HUSBAND has done enough for your Tanya. Tell her to teach you." And pulled abhay with her. abhay was laughing at her reaction. "not funny Mr. raichand", said piya. "what? Why are you behaving like this?", asked abhay. "what were you doing? Flirting with that Tanya in front of your wife!", yelled piya. "you mean I can do it behind your back then?", asked abhay teasing her. "you dare not!", said piya and turned around and saw a game where she had to put the ball in the small tub. If she wins, she can have the big teddy for herself. She ran to that game. Abhay followed her.
Piya started throwing balls. But her aim was bad. She was not able to do so. Abhay saw this and took the balls from her. to piya's surprise, every ball was landing up in the tub. And abhay won the teddy. Piya was happy. Abhay took the teddy and gave to piya. Piya snatched the teddy and hugged abhay tightly and kissed his cheeks. "thanks abhay!", said piya. Suddenly piya realized what she did and left abhay abruptly.
Piya was hungry. She went to the food stalls and started trying every possible dish she can. Abhay was smiling at her. he loved her this way always. "abhay I am tired. I want to go home. Let others enjoy. They can come later. Can we go?", asked piya. "sure piya. Take the keys of car and wait. I will come in few minutes. I will just inform them.", said abhay. piya nodded and went.
Piya went and sit inside the car. She was waiting for abhay. finally, abhay came but he had got an ice-cream for her. "here!take this", said abhay smiling. Piya got out of the car. No one was there near by. It was only abhay and piya. Piya took the ice cream and smiled at him. she ate whole ice cream. She finished it in 5 minutes but had it all around her lips and nose. "why didn't you bring for you?", asked piya. "don't worry. I will have it now", said abhay. "how?", asked piya.
Abhay started moving towards piya and pulled her towards himself. He held her from her waist. Piya didn't knew what was happening. She kept staring at him. abhay slowly brought his lips near piya's nose and sucked it. He then went to her lips and licked the ice cream from her lips and then started sucking it slowly. Piya didn't knew what was happening to her. abhay started sucking her upper lips and then lower lip in sync. Piya's hands automatically reached around abhay's neck. Soon, the kiss turned passionate. They kept kissing and teasing each other. Piya was filling dizzy but kept her hold on abhay. she kept playing with abhay's hair. Soon, both went out of air. They left each other and finally abhay whispered,"piya, I love you!" soon piya came to her senses listening to his words. She left him suddenly and looked at him. tears dwelled up in her eyes and asked," how? How can you love me? You don't. you don't love me!" and ran away saying it. Abhay stood their shocked.

Piya reached home. She had tears in her eyes. She was confused with abhay's words. Few days ago he claimed to love alina and now he loves her. how could it happen. She sat on her bed and started crying. Abhay came after sometime and saw piya crying. He went near piya asked," why are you crying? Piya, I love you seriously do!" piya asked," abhay, you were the one who told me that you can never love me. You hate me. You love alina. Then how? And why now?" abhay held her shoulder gently and said," listen piya, its true I said that I love alina. I said that I can never love you but look I have fallen for you. I am in love with you. I know you love me too. I am sorry piya for what I did. I regret it. Alina never loved me. It was you who loved me. I realized that may be there was a time when I loved her. but your love, innocence, purity replaced her in my heart and I don't know when. I am sorry piya. I am really sorry." piya removed abhay's hands and said still crying," no, you always do this to me. You say that you love me but I know you don't. "
Abhay again held abhay and piya kept fighting his grip. Abhay said," I love you piya". Piya said," I hate you abhay"

Piya hugged abhay tightly and started crying. Abhay separated himself from piya and kissed her forehead, eyes, cheeks and nose. Abhay's one hand was around piya's waist. Piya caught abhay's shirt tightly. Abhay wiped piya's tears with other hand but piya still had tears dwelling up in her eyes. Abhay sucked the tears from her cheeks giving her a wet trail of kisses there. Abhay didn't realize when his hand went inside piya's top touching piya's back and other hand slid the strap of her top from one shoulder…..
