Where did Shyam's allergy go?

I just thought of this thing - he told Anjali that he gets allergy attacks when he is near flowers - remember he was trying to make Anjali look bad in Khushi;s eyes - Anjali said she doesn't need flowers - did she forget that he gets allergy from that or did CV conviniently ignored that?
