She was brought back from her thougta by the loud ringing of her cell phone

"Raj!!"...The name flashed on the screen.

She suddenly got shocked..Thinking about Mayank and then Raj's name flashing..She got a bit uneasy but then she realised it was Raj whose call she used to await soo much before...whose call brought her immense happiness before...but today his call had made Nupur uneasy..Why??...She shouldn't be feeling like that..Afterall she loved him..Did She really love him????...

She instantly picked up the call to avoid further confrontations in her mind

"Hello!!"

"Hello Nupur...Raj here...Nupur kaisi ho tum??.,...I miss you soo much baby...I feel soo restless here.."

"Raj...wohh..kya tum thori der baad phone kar sakte ho??"

"Nupur??..R u ok??...You sound soo low today...Kahi us Mayank ne toh kuch nahi kiya?...I'll not leave him if he he'll do anything with you..Iii.."

"Raj Please!!."...she spoke agitatedly..."Why do you start blaming Mayank everytime??...Main theek hun..bas thora sar mein dard hai aur kuch nahi"

"Sar dard??..tumne medicine li??...Mujhe pata hai tum zara bhi stress leti ho toh tumhe headache ho jata hai...tum plzzz jake dawai lena abhi..Ok??"

"Medicine??...Meri medcine ghar par nahi hai abhi"..Once again the thoughta of the magical touch of Mayank on her head came into her mind..and the way it made her headache vanish in a few minutes..and here Raj was telling her to take those tablets..

She smiled to herself thinking about Him..about Mayank..Never in her life anyone provided her soo much comfort other than tablet and her mom than Mayank did to her..not even her Dad..not even Raj.

"Ghar par nahi hai matlab??...Ek tablet nahi hai us Mayank ke ghar par..Great!!".

Nupur didn't feel like replying to him now...Coz the more he spoke ill of Mayank the more she got agitated and the more she had chances of developing an arguement with him..So she decided to stay quite

"Nuput Ek baat poochun??"

"Hmmm"

"You love me na???"

"Do you love me Raj??"

"Yes a lot!!"

"Toh mujhe yahan se jaldi le jao isse pehle ki main kisi ko hurt karun"

"Hurt whom??..Mayank?"

"I don't know...I don't know where is this everything heading towards"

"I'l come soon nupur...Just keep some more patience"

"Byee Raj"

She kept the phone down...Why did she talk to him like that today...She didn't want to do that...but now there was a certain kindof awkwardness when she spoke to Raj...I didn't know why...

"Nupur aaj tumne bilkul bhi rest nahi kiya hai na??..Is kamre ka naksha bata raha hai "...asked Mayank sitting on the bed

"Mayank kiya tha..thori der...phir I started feeling bored isliye thori se saaf safai kar di"..said Nupur sitting by his side

"Thori saaf safai??...lag toh nahi raha..Maa bhi anhi thi tumhe rokne ke liye...isliye tab toh tumne apni manmani kari hogi..Nupur U nedeed rest for ur feet..aur tum bhi na"

"Accha haan Mayank Ma akab aa rahi hain??...Main unhe bahut miss kar rahi hun.."

"Haan miss toh main bhi bahut kar raha hun unhe..she told me jab tak nani theek se recover naho ho jati she won't come back"

Nupur smiled triumphantly as she was able to divert the topic otherwise Mayank was in a high mood of scolding her

"Nupur...aisa bilkul amt sochna ki tum topic badal dogi aur main asli bata bhool jaunga..."..he uttered with maintaining sterness over his face.

"Mayank pata hai..jab tum mujeh aise dannte ho na toh aur bhi cute lagte ho..."..she giggled and pulled his cheks

and here he got lose in her the moment she presented this cute gesture

"Aur tum smile karte huye bahut cute lagti ho"...

This made her a little conscious...She wasn'table to understand that why whenever he spoke something good for her , his words made her blush...For her Mayank was an epitome of perfectness...She adored him and listening praise for herself from him made her feel special. His words had started to make a special place in her heart She loved listening to him

"Hmmm Mayank..main sach mein maa ko bahut miss kar rahi hun.She reminds me of my mother...I miss her too..."...tears dwelled up in her eyes

"Pata hai Mayank..bachpan mein jab mujhe headache hota tha toh maa bikul tumhare tarah mera sar dabati thi..Her fingers also had the same magic just like yours..I miss her touch..i miss her care..I miss her affection.."

Tears found their way through her eyes down to her cheeks

He came closer to her..pressed her hand with his and with the other hand he wiped off her tears

"Maine abhi tumse kaha tha na ki tumsmie karte huye acchi lagti ho.."

"aur rote huye nahi lagti??"..she asked innocently while crying

He smiled.."Rote huye bhi acchi lagti ho lekin haste huye toh kamaal lagti ho"...She smiled

"Nupur...tumhare paas tumhare papa toh hain na..He loves you like anything...Jo cheez hamare paas nahi hai uske liye jo hamare paas hai hum usetoh nahi kho sakte na...Apne papa se saari narazgi door akr do aur unse baat karo"

She didn't utter anything any further...After a pause she continued..."Mayank tum bhi toh apne Papa ko bahut miss karte ho na"

He suddenly became all so emotional

"Haan..bahut krta hun...pata hai he always used to say ki jab tu bada hokar job karne lagega na toh main aaram se ghar par baithunga aur tere aage apni demanda rakha karunga...I couldn't do anythign for him...He had soo much desires for me...and today he is not there to see what all i achieved"

For the first time Nupur saw tears in his eyes..Her heart melted like anything seeing him like that...

She couldn't resist more and hugged him tight softly caressing his hair with her fingers..He digged his face in her neck and let the tears falll which he had been keeping to himsef for soo many long years

"I really miss him Nupur...aur aaj itne salon ke baad I actually opened up my heart in front of anybody..."

She kepton stroking his hair while hugging him

"Woh jahan bhi honge na Mayank bahut khush honge"

She broke the hug and kept her one hand on his cheek.."Tum bahut acche ho Mayank...and your father must be really proud of you wherever he is"
