my brainstorming :

Pre scene : tht she asks him why did he help her, and he avoids the question and goes off

My added twopence : the scorpion would have bit Arnav, since it was on his sleeve...and Khushi notices it , and without a second thought, she picks up thats scoprion and throws it ... but in the process got stung

so yes, when she is unconscious, he has a self realization...but when she will be conscious again... I hope he says : "Ek sawaal tumne poccha tha mujhse...aaj main poochta hoon , apni jaan jokham mein daal ke tumne mujhe kyun bachaya? "
