Aravind Krishna and Supriya Sailaja are playing the lead in director Raj Mudiraj's upcoming flick, "Rushi". Ramesh Prasad, son of legendary Tollywood filmmaker LV Prasad, is producing the film on his home banner, after a gap of over two decades. "I really loved the subject when director Madan narrated it to me. The film takes a nuanced look at the lives of medical students when in college, something that hasn't been explored before. That's what caught my fancy and decided it would be the right film to re-launch the banner with," says Ramesh Prasad.
Actor Aravind Krishna sounds quite upbeat about the project. "It is an honor to be working under such a prestigious banner in Tollywood in just my third film. "Rushi" tries to capture the travails of medical students when in college. Director Madan has done a fabulous job, I am sure the film will strike a chord with the medical fraternity," says Aravind Krishna who plays a medical student in the movie.
