Part 19

Geet was at her doorstep... She rang the door bell... RH opened the door...

Geet- Dad... She was very happy... And seeing RH, she was on cloud nine...

RH- hey princess... kaisa hai mera bachcha...?????

Geet- Dad, m fine...

RH noticed the glow on her face... She seriously seemed to be very happy... A slight blush was also noticeable but not to RH's eyes...

RH- acha, subhe to Rano bol rahi thi ki you were feeling sad that I m not around, but tumhe dekhke to aise nahi lagta...

Geet- Aisa nahi hai dad... I was really missing u... Aap kabhi bina bataye nahi jaate na, to thoda odd laga... Kuch pata nahi tha to thoda tense thi, but aapko dekhke mann khush ho gaya... (Yaa, and obviously Maan, she said it in her mind...)

RH- ok, jao change karke aa jao... Khaana khaate hai... and how is your leg???

Geet fumbled- umm, vo... Dad, ab thik hai... vo thodi lagi thi wapas, but ab thik hai...

RH- haa Rano ne bataya tha.. Kya karti rehti ho beta... Ab to thik hai na...???

Geet- haa, Dad... ab thik hai... (ST) abhi jo hua vo nahi bataungi, nahi to aur daant padegi... Dad, me abhi aati hu...

She went in her room, got freshen up and came down for dinner... They had dinner together, talked some more and then left back to their rooms...

All this while, Maan and the kiss was on her mind... She was blushing inside... Sitting in front of her parents, she had to talk to them, but her thoughts were clouded by Maan... She lied on her bed and switched on her iPod...

She smiled listening to the song... Her iPod also knew her state of mind; it had chosen an exact song for her condition... She was already in her dreamland with Maan... And the kiss topped it all... Today, in just 1 day, they both came very close to each other... How, with authority, he scolded her, took care of her, and also arranged a car for her, how well he understood her... She was so happy... Everything in today's happenings was so very namkeen, his anger, his masti... There relation is still at that masti stage, playing pranks with each other... They have started feeling their love too, in the first day itself...

She rolled on her bed thinking about all her moments in this very single day... She held her pillow tightly under her chin, dreaming about Maan and her moments... How the day had started with his simple prank, him being angry with her... The way it had ended, being too much into it... All her memories of his past just vanished as new memories were made... All those hundreds and thousands of memories were replaced by just a few of them, just in a day... New memories have replaced all her memories let alone his... their love is definitely blossoming... All this while she was blushing...

She was now waiting for a new day... What will happen tomorrow??? How was she going to face him??? Vo kya soch raha hoga mere bare me???? All questions came into her mind... The song was taking toll on her and her thoughts... It would be like a test to face him tomorrow... but seeing him will sooth everything, she knows... They just get lost into each other... Every moment seem to freeze now... She doesn't know what will happen tomorrow... She fell asleep thinking of Maan, and what will happen tomorrow...

On the other hand, Maan's condition...

Maan started driving towards his home... He was very happy with what happend just now... That was totally unexpected... It was like hidden profit for his business mind (uff Maan, n u were scolding Geet to stop thinking of work)... He felt like screaming out loud to let everyone know how much happy he was... Not that he was never in a relationship before, but they never worked for him... They never reached to the stage of kiss... He was never much interested in them... But this, just friendship with Geet had enlightened him so much... In just one day, they had become so good friends that they were playing pranks on each other like college goers... He thought for that moment that he was in college, how all his friends used to play pranks on each other... In this happiness, he searched for his cell in his pockets and fished it out; he desperately wanted to hear some romantic songs... Now don't ask, how does he had romantic songs collection... He was crazy about music; music was his life in his college days... Because of the work load, he was not able to keep track of it, so he had some old collection, not too old but very heart soothing songs... He played one of his favourite songs that was just perfect for his mood...

Maan had always loved Sonu Nigam... And this song was his all time favourite... His voice had something which always kept him calm... And now his mood was already nice, it added more colour to it... He was already lost in her... Her beauty had already mesmerized him...And her working skills were like, beauty with brains... But he frowned at her working habit, Kitna kaam karti hai ladki ki aas paas kya ho raha hai uska khayal hi nahi hai... If he would have not scolded her, she would have sat their, the whole night... She was haunting him from day 1... And today's day was bliss for him... they had spent so much time together, well, not that much but knowing each other's workload, that was too much for them...

Maan was so happy seeing her today... He had been so restless for the last 2 days, not being able to see her... He was worried to know that she was hurt... Even today, when she got hurt, he couldn't bear it, as if he had got hurt... He was lost in her charm, mischieves, and also the nautanki, all her childish behaviour too... She was looking so cute in that baby face, when he said he will give her sazaa... He chukled remembering her face... He was driving and thinking about her...
