PART 15

Meanwhile, in these 3 days, from the time Geet was going to start working with Maan, Khanak had already started her work... Shaan and Khanak had already become good friends and work was going well... Khanak and Adi also shared a good friendship... Shaan had started giving hints to Khanak and vice versa... They had their sweet eyelocks, n sometimes heated arguments relating to work, and later laugh at it as if nothing had happened... Their love story had already started blossoming... (Maan and Geet, kuch sikho inse... :P)

Next day, new day, new zeal to achieve something, new ambitions, new desires, new dreams... The new day had brought many new things in Maan's and Geet's life... Both, making the same decisions, both oblivious to it, had already started their journey towards their ever blooming love... Both in their rooms open their eyes to the new day, and new achievements to be made... Geet had decided, she will not tell these dream things to mom and dad till she tells it to Maan; he is the main person who has the right to know about it first... She can tell Rano and RH at any time and she knew they will never get her wrong... Maan, on the other hand, was contemplating his thoughts as to what is to be done, as to how he was going to woo Geet (no efforts Maan, vo to tumse already impressed hai...) Both got up from the bed and towards their daily chores... Both were ready by 8.30am... Both at the breakfast table at the same time, obviously at their respective houses... Rano was happy to see Geet in a good mood...

Rano- Geet, tumhara leg ab kaisa hai??? Dard to nhi ho raha hai na???

Geet- haa Mom, leg ab fine hai... Dard kum ho gaya hai... Pinky teri studies kaisi chal rahi hai????

Pinky- Di, achi chal rahi hai... thode parts baki hai, but abhi vo padhne jaungi to jo padhke hua hai vo bhul jaungi, u know na how it is...???

Geet- yes Pinky, i know it... wo agar zyaada nahi hai to thik hai, but agar bohot hai and if I can help then tell me, I will help you... nahi to baki ka revise karlo... aur tension bilkul bhi mat lena... thik hai, sab ache se ho jaaega... you know na, kitna patience rakhna padhta hai...you have seen me na...

Pinky- Yes Di, me jaanti hu... thankx for asking...abb me chalti hu, college me bhi jaana hai... Mom me vahi se liabrary jaane waali hu, so aane me late ho jaungi...

Rano- ok, ye le tera tiffin... Geet, I m leaving too...tujhe drop karna hai kya????

Geet- yes mom... bas 2 minute... with all set, all the three ladies left the house...

In car,

Geet- Mom, Dad kab aaenge??? Aaj to ho gaye na 3 din???

Rano- haa, mene kal raat ko ki thi tere dad se baat, vo aaj shaam tak aa jaenge...

Geet- ok Mom... Rano drop Geet near KC building...

Geet- bye mom... Lene mat aana, me TJ ko bol dungi drop karne...

Rano- ok beta, byee.. take care... Geet entered KC...

Same time of breakfast, in KM...

Maan reach the breakfast table... DJ and Annie were already settled... Seeing Maan, both started giggling...

Maan- Good morning DJ, Good morning Annie... ab aap log kyu rahe ho???

DJ, controlling her laugh- Good morning beta... Aaj office jaaneka mood ho gaya... Annie giggled...

Maan, in a stern voice- DJ, aap chahti kya hai, me nahi lu chutti... Kya mujhe nahi lagta hoga ki me kabhi chutti lu... itna kaam hota hai ki khudke liye fursat nahi milti... To thoda aaram karne ke liye chutti le li to tum dono meri jaan leloge na...

DJ- aare, aap to serious ho gaye... hum to mazak kar rahe the beta... ab kya hum apne pote ke saath mazak masti bhi nahi kar sakte kya..!!! DJ, batting her eyelashes... (nautanki DJ...lol)

Maan- ha ha thik hai, ab aisi shakkal mat banaiye... comedy lagte ho... Melodrama queen...Maan gave a lop sided smile...

DJ- Kya kaha??? Melodrama queen... to tum kon ho, Mr. Khadoos!!!!

Maan- DJ, plzz aise namo so mat bulaiye, ye Annie ki bachhi fir mujhe chedhati rehti hai... Aur uppar se jaake Shaan ko bhi batati hai... Shaan ki chamchi...

Annie- Kya kaha??? Abhi to me pakka jaake bataungi Shaan bhai ko... ab to aap dekho me kya karti hu... She got up and started walking away while dailing number on her cell... Maan immediately got up from his chair to catch her...

Maan- aare ruk, me to mazak kar raha tha... oh no... He ran towards her... Annie started running away from her before she could get caught... But Maan was too fast and caught her and snatched her cell...

Maan- thank god...

Shaan- kya thank god..??? Princess tum thik to ho... ye kon hai waha... Shaan had a petrified voice...

Annie had already dialled the number and the phone was ringing...before she could talk, Maan snatched the phone, and in this process the call was shifted to speaker mode... The phone was far away from Maan, so Shaan dint recognize Maan's voice... Shaan thought Annie was in some danger, so got tensed...

Shaan- hello, koi kuch bolta kyu nahi??? Annie, tum ho kya????

For a moment, Maan was happy to hear that tensed voice... He came to know, how much his friends were protective about Annie... he always knew this, but today he got the proof of it... seeing Maan lost, Annie found the opportunity to scream... She screamed out loud...

Annie- aaahhh... Shaan bhai...

Shaan, now lost it totally... He panicked listening to Annie's scream...

Shaan- Annie, where are you??? I m cuming right there...just tell me who is it... I will kill that bas***d with my bare hands... hello Annie...

Before Annie could speak, Maan kept his hands on Annie's mouth to stop her screaming... He told her to keep quiet and winked at her... Annie understood that Maan was in a prank mood... She smiled looking at him and nooded her head...

Maan, in a changed voice- Kya bola be tu... tu mujhe marega... teri itni majal, ab dekh me iss ladki ke saath kya karta hu...

Shaan- Saale, kutte, kamine, tune agar use chua bhi to me tere tukde tukde kar dunga... [I know thoda filmy ho gaya ;)]

Maan- acha ye baat hai... to ye le, mene isse chu liya... Maan put his hand around Annie...Maan moves his head to signal Annie to scream... and Annie screamed...

Annie- Shaan bhai, bachao mujhe, ye aadmi mujhe kahi ka nahi chodega...

Now Maan couldn't take it anymore and started laughing putting his head back...

Listening to Maan's voice, Shaan got alert...

Shaan- Maan?????

Maan- Kya yaar Annie, kitna ache se chal raha tha...Aisa filmy dialogues kyu maara... dekh use bhi pata chal gaya ab... hey Shaan, its Me...

Shaan, sat on his chair, holding his hand on his head- Maan, saale me kitna darr gaya tha aur tujhe mazak suj raha hai... Aaj to tu jaan se gaya hai bete...

Maan- Aare, just chill dude, me to mazak kar raha tha...Dekh raha tha, mera dost kitni care karta hai meri behen ki...

Shaan- Abhi me yah ape marr jaata saale... saale teri koi bhi ho vo, meri Jaan hai vo... Agar use kuch ho gaya na, to me zinda nahi reh paunga... Tu jaanta hai na... wapas aisa mazak kiya na Annie ko leke to me tujhe jaan se maarne se pehele ek baar bhi nahi sochunga...

Now Maan was total emotional...

Maan- Itna pyaar karta hai Annie se, apne dost se bhi zyaada...

Shaan- haa, tujhse bhi zyaada... abb emotional mat ban, rulayga kya... office me hu me aur saare log mujhe dekh rahe hai... Aur tu meri lovestory barbaad kar raha hai... Khanak mujhe kabse ghoore jaa rahi hai... Agar kuch ulta seedha ho gaya na, to tu sach me nahi bachega...

Maan laughed- To tune use bhi fasa liya haa...

Shaan- nahi re, iss baar sach me pyaar ho gaya hai... Aur me use jald hi batane waala hu...

Maan- ye sach me pyaar wala dialogue tu pehele bhi maar chukka hai bohot baar... Iss time pakka hai yaa fir vahi...

Shaan- nahi, iss baar pakka wala...

Maan- thik hai, all the best...

Annie- kya all the best... Shaan bhai, aapne mujhe nahi bataya ki aap ko pyaar ho gaya hai... yaha ho kya raha hai...meri to kisiko kadar hi nahi hai... Annie turned her face to fake anger...

Shaan- Arre tujhe nahi bataunga, to kisse bataunga, isse yede ko...

Annie smiled listening to Shaan's words...

Shaan- but pehele fix to ho jaane de... Aur ab to mujhe lagta hai aur zyaada time lagega... She has walked away from here... Tum dono ne bohot damage kar diya hai already... ab mujhe jaake damage control karna padega... rakho ab phone, u devils...

Maan and Annie laughing- byee...

They cut the call... Maan was satisfied now, that whenever Annie would be in any kind of danger and if he is not around, he would not have to worry much, till Shaan and his other friends are around... He knew, even Adi would have panicked seeing Shaan... Thinking this, he bid his byes to Annie and DJ and left for work...

He reached office... A very sweet ans small smile, hardly noticeable, crept on his face... He missed his baby, KC... (To, tumlogonko kya lage, me geet ki baat kar rahi hu) Even though, he didn't come to office yesterday, he had remembered it... why will he not, its the first love of his life, and now also brought love in his life... He went inside... He neared his office... there was someting different in the air today... He was feeling very much at ease today... Then he saw someone standing outside his cabin... He recognised the person, and his heart started beating fast... Geet... She was talking on her phone...

She was standing near his cabin and peeping inside, to see if he was already there... But she dint see him... She stood outside his cabin... Suraj saw her and went to her and greeted her... She too greeted him... Her phone began to ring... She saw it was TJ... She picked up the calling and told her to come to KC to help her... Suraj was happy that even TJ was coming in KC...

Geet felt something or rather someone at her back... He felt someone was staring at her... She turned back, and there was he standing looking at her... She missed a beat looking at him... Both had missed each other so much... Actually both had not thought of anyone else except each other for the last 2 days... They were drinking in the presence of each other... no one of the 2 blinked for sometime, thinking it to be a dream and if they blink, each one would vanish...

All the staff was looking at the two, looking at each other... All girls were jealous of Geet, and all guys envied Maan... All had missed a nice opportunity of wooing and making theirs... But least did they know, the two of them had already lost themselves to each other... Suraj's voice brought them out of their thoughts...

Suraj- so the two of you have made it to office today... Geet is considered, but what about you Maan, why dint you come yesterday????

Geet became alert listening to what Suraj said...

Geet- kya hua Maan, tum thik to ho naa...Tumhe kya hua tha??? Doctor ke paas gaye the kya?? Haa haa, tum kyu jaoge doctor ke paas, tumhe to kuch bhi nahi hota na... Dare devil jo ho... oops, what did she say??? She shut her mouth with her mouth to stop her blabbering and closed her eyes hiding her embarrassment...

Maan ke mann me aata to vo use abhi kaske jhappi maarta... but apna Maan to Maan hai na... He hid his laughter behind his straight face and said,

Maan- Into my cabin, now...

Geet nodded and entered his cabin, limping... All were shocked to hear, what she had said... All started pitying her already... Maan does not get angry easily, but jab gussa aata hai to kisi na kisi ki shaamat aa hi jaati hai... not to the extent to remove fromjob, but bohot daant padti hai...

Maan- Others, back to work, yaha koi entertainment nahi chal raha hai... Suraj, Geet ke cabin me saare needed files rakh do, till then I'll talk to her and send her back...

Maan entered his cabin with a smirk on his face... how much he liked her blabbering... He would have seriously hugged her then and there...but controlled a lot... Today, Maan was seriously in prank mode... First Shaan, and now Geet...

Maan- khadi kyu ho betho, pair me dard wapas badh jaaega...

Geet, stunned to hear his calm voice... She sat down obeying his order...

Maan would have laughed out loud seeing her scared face... Yaar, ye to jaisi bhi hai mujhe bohot pasand hai yaar... I have definitely lost my heart to her... He went to her and kept his hand on her shoulder... Geet skipped several beats, and shivers ran down her spine feeling Maan's hand on her shoulder... She turned back ever so slowly and tried to look at him without being lost in his eyes... There was a hint of mischief in Maan's eyes... She could very well see it... She realised that Maan's eyes talk a lot...

Maan was also staring at Geet... Even he realised that her eyes talk a lot... She had a slight fear due to his angry mode... He calmed himself down, and smiled...

Geet realised he was kidding... She shook his hand and turned around, faking anger... Both had already started their eye talks... Maan sat in the chair next to her...

Maan- kya kaha tha tumne mujhe??? Maan smiled at her...

Geet knew by now that he was in a jolly mood- Dare Devil... She looked at him smilingly...

Both were smiling now... both knew, they were kidding... They started laughing later...

Maan- Where did you get that name from???? Aaj to sab mood me hai mera naam badalne ke...

Geet- sab matlab??? Aur kon badal raha hai tumhara naam???

Maan- my sis and DJ...

Geet- ohhh... but u scared me for a while, with that stern voice of yours...

Maan- tum darr gayi... Maan bent forward on her to scare her more... His face was very close to hers... they could feel each others breath on each other...

Geet tried to bent behind, but her hand was entangled between the chair handle and her crutch... She felt a little tickling on her skin with his breath... They were in the same position for a while... (wah Maan babu, sahi jaa rahe ho)

With the knock on the door, Maan backed away from her... uff, kabab me haddi kon hai, he thought...

Suraj- Maan, everything is ready... Geet, TJ has arrived, i told her to wait her in your cabin... It's just besides Maan's cabin... He left saying everything in one breath...

Maan thanked Suraj's stars... If he would have entered his cabin now, he would have definitely broken his nose for spoiling such a sweet moment of theirs...

He turned to see her face... She was looking everywhere but him... He enjoyed looking at her condition... Her cheeks had turned crimson red... uff, he would have kissed them right now but he has to control... Maan bohot tez jaa raha hai, gaadi slow kar, nahi to accident ho jaega, he explained himself... He got up and went to his chair... he broke the awkward silence...

Maan- Ab tumhara leg kaisa hai????

Geet- ha...ha... ab th... thik hai... she stuttered...

Maan- kya hua??? Tumhe bhi Adi ka bhoot lag gaya...

Geet- kya??? She got confused...

Maan- Adi ko bhi aadat hai, kabhi kabhi stutter karne ki, when he is nervous or scared... but tumhe kya hua???

Geet, composed herself- nahi kuch nahi... she tried to divert her mind by changing the topic... vaise tum kyu nhi aaye the kal office????

Maan- tum nhi aayi thi naa...

Geet was shocked to listen to his answer...
