The ring that gave Toasty away to a fan

Aishwarya Sakhuja

Sure TV stars have their fans just like film and pop icons do. And some fans go the distance with their star-love. Take Toasty of Optimystix's Entertainment's family drama Saas Bina Sasural on Sony or Aishwarya Sakhuja as she is known in real life. Beginning as an anchor, Aishwarya today is one of the favorite bahus in television today.

Like all other stars even Aishwarya attracts attention while she is traveling. But she was quite taken aback by a fan when she was returning from Bagdogra to Mumbai. She had tried hard to disguise herself by covering her face with a cloth and donning large glares as she was tired after all the time she had spent with her fans earlier. She was sitting in a corner when to her amazement a lady fan came up to her and asked her: "Aren't you Toasty of Saas Bina Sasural"?

Aishwarya was suprished as she thought she would not be recognized, courtesy her disguise. "I asked her how did she know that I was Toasty," says the actress. "The female then explained that it was the ring that gave me away and that she had seen me wearing it all the time on the show."

The female fan went on to query her about the ring and got all the info she could get from Aishwarya about it.

Well that makes us curious as to why the TV star has to wear that ring always on the show. "I believe it's my lucky charm and I have liked it ever since I bought it some time back. I spoke to the producer and after a lot of persuasion they agreed to let me wear it," says Aishwarya.

I notice that ring in every episode too...I keep trying to find a ring similar to it whenever I go shopping because I love its design 😆
