I am a fitness freak. Being an actor, it's very important to look good and be healthy. I hit the gym everyday and do cardio & weight training. I meditate everyday as it keeps my stress levels in check and I sometimes do yoga also. I love to workout. I feel fresh and energetic after it. Sometimes my work doesn't allow me to go to the gym and if that is the case, then I train at home. I workout four days a week without fail and I try to put in one and half hours in each session.
