Abhay comes with phulwa to court. Abhay warns phulwa not to act smart and give her some paper in hand. Inside court judge ask phulwa that if she want to defend.phulwa saw paper and says she accepts her guilt.judge will continue court next day. Abhay happy so thakur is amazed that how he managed phulwa to tell it corrupted judge also wants to knew.in jail evrybody wants answer why phulwa accepts it phulwa show a photo. Where babu is at point blank in gun at hospital bed. Abhays shows babu in hospital thakur happy and he really deserve his son. When abhay goes.thakur smirks and tells judge that he only using abhay as his own good only accepting son cause for advantage he gets. Phulwa gives photo to abhay and ask him to kill her coz if she alive then she will make them pay for it. Abhay ask not to over confident as she is in jail. Phulwa challenges that god is with her and he will send someone to overcome her pain. abhay got tensed. A unknown lady reads newspaper about phulwa and takes black court and calls someone. Next day phulwa arrives court abhay warns phulwa not to act smart as babu still in line of sight. Judge ask phulwa as anything to say.phulwa ask judge that she accept guilt and no advocte is with her.a lady lawyer comes and she suggest that she will fight case for phulwa.opnt advocte sharma calls her advocate roshni mukherjee (rakshanda) a true fighting justice lawyer she appointed by gyatri. Roshni suggest phulwa is being blackmailed to accept guilt as she is innocent.phulwa tells its not true. Roshni ask judge for time to council phulwa.roshni try convince phulwa that she should stand for truth inthat moment peon intrupts and tells his name is babu giving phulwa reminder.
